Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Desayuno totalmente ordinario, sabe a Bodega Aurrerá, puras cosas baratas en serio. Están peleados con la calidad de los alimentos, se enfocan más en la cantidad.
Mala insonorización, había gente conversando en el área de alberca hasta bien tarde y su vocerío no me dejaba dormir a gusto. Además, no servía el elevador, había que usar las escaleras de servicio que tienen un peralte más alto de lo normal y eran muy incómodas especialmente cargando mi equipaje.

Recepción tiene una actitud pésima; un día no pusieron papel, toallas para secar manos, etc. Dijeron que el hotel no contaba con eso ese día; les dije que cómo era posible si no era un hotel barato. No cambian las sábanas regularmente, solo tienden la cama; si es de larga estancia, no lo recomiendo. Nos cambiaron de habitación, siendo que estábamos reservando varias noches; la tarjeta se desactivó todo el tiempo. El personal de recepción no es amable, contesta de mala manera.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025We selected this hotel for easy off, easy on highway access and its generous parking facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast had unique offerings.
An electrical or mechanical whine continued throughout the night, setting our teeth on edge. When we went to get breakfast we discovered the elevators were not functioning. We were on the fourth floor and had to carry down our bags on some very uneven steps. No sign was put on the elevator doors to alert residents that they were non-operational.
