We had to go and buy Clorox and a scrub to scrub the bath tub as it was yellowish and we did not want to bathe or toddler there and take a shower before cleaning it properly. Water was running from the shower head even though we tried closing it properly but it still kept on running which is a lot of waste of water.

Nada me gustó, está horrible. Nunca se hospeden ahí.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026El hotel está muy anticuado por dentro y las instalaciones se encuentran bastante deterioradas. Se nota claramente que no han recibido mantenimiento en mucho tiempo. El cuarto donde nos hospedamos estaba en malas condiciones y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba; nunca logró enfriar durante toda la estancia, lo cual fue muy incómodo. En general, muchas áreas del hotel se ven viejas, dañadas y descuidadas. Da la impresión de que el lugar necesita una remodelación urgente, ya que las condiciones no corresponden con lo que uno espera al pagar por una habitación. Además de todo esto, el precio es demasiado alto para lo que realmente ofrecen. Honestamente, es muy caro y no vale lo que cuesta. Por la calidad de las instalaciones y el estado del hotel, no considero que la relación calidad-precio sea justa

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Excelente ubicacion e instalaciones, la infraestructura del hotel esta desaprovechada por falta de mantenimiento, es una lastima.
La habitacion que nos asignaron no contaba con telefono, fallaban las luces y el Aire Acondicionado no enfriaba, nuestra estancia fue de 2 noches, se solicito a personal revisaran el Aire Acondicionado al salir en la mañana, regresamos en la noche y el clima de la habitacion estaba exactamente igual, se pregunta a personal en turno e informa que los compañeros del turno de la mañana no le avisaron ni dejaron pendiente nada, a las 11:00 PM nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion. Es una lastima que no tengan personal comprometido con la atencion al huesped de acuerdo a la categoria del hotel. Ojala y tengan en consideracion mis comentarios y se preocupen por mantener adecuadamente las instalaciones

Clsetin t descalsa No hay agua caliente ni tibia salió siempre fría No hay servicio de restaurant , ni nada para comer En la máquina faltan bebidas El elevador solo uno funcionaba Sobre todo la higiene al ser un hotel donde va mucha gente y no limpiar es muy delicado x posibles enfermedades

This reservation was made for my in-laws, and this was their experience. The air conditioning in the room did not work, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. They repeatedly requested for it to be fixed or to be moved to another room, but the hotel did nothing to accommodate them. On top of that, the blow dryer was broken, and although they asked for a replacement, it was never brought. They also booked under the impression that there was on-site laundry, which turned out not to be true. To make things worse, even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping still entered the room and cleaned while they were gone. Overall, their concerns were ignored and the service did not meet expectations.

The room was quite warm and took a long time to get cooled off. There are lots of places in the hotel that you can see need updating or repairs, but doesn’t affect stay just makes it seem neglected.

Rented a Junior Suite, jacuzzi was dirty. It did not have a plug, AC to the room was blowing hot air even at the lowest temperature. I was sweating and starting to get very frustrated since it was HOT outside. The refrigerator stopped working 1 hour after I checked in all my snacks and food went bad. When I asked for another suite I was told none were available. The parking garage was completely empty, how can they NOT have any others available. Literally NO one in the hotel nor parked in the underground garage. Save your money go stay elsewhere.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2025No estuvo del todo mal pero tampoco del todo bien. Sirvió para quedarse para poder hacer el tramite de la visa. El cuarto tiene buen tamaño y la cama es muy cómoda. Pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y se tardaron demasiado en que alguien llegara a arreglarlo. El cuarto no estaba del todo limpio, la alfombra tenia algunas partes algo sucias y el baño aun tenia cabellos de otras personas. Para quedarse una noche esta bien.

The room rate is too expensive for the property that is quiet rundown already. Bit creepy from the lobby to the hallway and elevator. Restaurant is closed. ;(

The hotel feels outdated and lacks cleanliness, particularly in the rooms, which seem overdue for remodeling. Despite the hotel being half empty during our stay, we were made to wait until 3 PM to check in, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the elevators were malfunctioning during our visit, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I don’t think I would return to this hotel unless significant updates are made. The one redeeming factor was the breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which was enjoyable. However, the overall experience left much to be desired.
