Desayuno tipo bufet incluido el cual era adecuado y con bastantes opciones. Las personas que trabajaban en el restaurante eran muy amables. Secador de pelo, plancha de ropa y mesa de planchar dentro de la habitación.

El recepcionista que había cuando llegamos era antipático y no nos explicó nada.

I liked the fact the staff were all very helpful and ready to assist with any question. Breakfast was great and perfect amount of variety for all. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were super comfortable as well.

Breakfast was basic. Extra Safety catch was broken on the door. It was lockable but does just make me wonder how it got broken and why it wasn't removed or replaced.

I reserved 3 double bed hotel rooms. Hotel over sold so one party of 4 persons had king bed. Staff place two cots and compensates us parking. It was something but not enough for the inconvenience caused for their mistake.

Picked because of location, there are a number of hotels to choose from We followed a recommendation and were not disappointed. Clean spacious room. Well insulated re noise from outside and within. Dining / breakfast area spacious, light/ airy and clean. We had an evening meal. This was good actually, very pleasantly suprised. I had fettuccine and partner had a lovely salad. Breakfast good. Good value for money too Paid for car parking....easy and reasonable price.

Atmosphère très particulière au sein de cet hôtel! Rencontre de plusieurs personnes très alcoolisées dans les couloirs et ascenseurs. Peu rassurant. Gros problème d Ascenseur !!! Un seul fonctionnait, j'ai dû descendre les escaliers avec de nombreux bagages !!

On 1st day when i was checking in that day experience was good.

Restaurant staff in rush when asked question and talking rude. If you are not able to understand English than please let know the guest that i can call someone on my behalf just don’t be rude and when the concern is addressed to front desk even they are supporting there staff.

Breakfast was amazing - eggs, pancakes, yoghurts, juices, coffee, tea, cereals, bread - wide selection. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Hallways were quiet, very little noise. All-in-all excellent stay.

I think the people at the front-desk can be more cordial and accommodating. It is a customer service role after-all. Parking is also an extra charge 35 per night. A bit high especially for multiple day stays.

Large clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast included eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, fresh fruit and toast. Free shuttle bus (though I couldn't find it upon arrival because I hadn't read the hotel's email properly: the shuttle departs from Gate 8 on the departures level, not the arrivals level).

The location is convenient for the airport, but it takes quite a while to reach the city center by public transport (possible either from the airport via bus 747 or from Dorval station, located less than a 10-minute walk away). You can hear the planes (or trains?) from the room—though this is hardly surprising for a hotel near the airport.

Our family had been looking forward to this vacation for months, and we chose this hotel because Marriott has an excellent reputation. Sadly, this turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The problems started at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident. Throughout our five-day stay, almost every interaction with the front office staff was unpleasant. They were dismissive, impatient, and lacked basic customer service. What upset me the most was how we were treated compared with other guests. As a woman of colour from Mauritius, I genuinely felt my family was treated differently. We watched staff greet and assist white guests with warmth and kindness, while we were met with cold, unfriendly attitudes. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome, and no guest should ever leave a hotel feeling that way. The parking was another disappointment. The booking page stated that parking was available, but the $35-per-night fee was not clearly displayed next to that information. We requested parking for three nights but were charged for four. When we politely pointed out the error, instead of apologizing and correcting it professionally, the front desk staff were rude and acted as though the mistake was ours. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the indoor pool because our four-year-old son absolutely loves swimming. We stayed for five days expecting to enjoy it, but the water was so cold that we could barely stay in. It was heartbreaking to watch our son so disappointed. I was also surprised that a Marriott hotel didn’t even provide a complimentary coffee or water station in the lobby, something that many hotels—even less expensive ones—offer. The only positives were that our room was clean and the housekeeping and kitchen staff were kind, friendly, and professional. They deserve recognition because they were the only employees who made us feel welcome. Sadly, the excellent work of those staff members could not make up for the poor treatment we received from the front office. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a memorable family vacation. Based on how we were treated, I genuinely believe we experienced discriminatory treatment, and I sincerely hope Marriott investigates the conduct of its front office staff. I also believe compensation is warranted for an experience that left our family feeling hurt, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel. Please save your money.

Good location and shuttle every 30 mins. The shuttle was full because of the early morning time, but the provider had a second bus ready. Room very spacious and comfortable. Able to help ourselves to a muffin before breakfast opened.

The bed wasn't that comfortable, the elevators 2 of 3 were down during my 2 night stay, I was on the 2nd floor so l could hear the chime of the elevator in use day and night.

Great location for the airport - we were grateful to be so close as our flight was delayed and we were very tired. room was spacious and quiet, beds very comfy, transfer shuttle worked well (but crowded), breakfast was good.

Returning to hotel in a few days so hoped to leave a bag for our return. No storage room available which was disappointing as we had to lug our bag to the airport for storage.

The hotel staff were kind and helpful. I was pleased to know that the complimemtary airport shuttle also pick up/sends guests at/to Dorval train station. It was comfortable for a short 1 day/night stay. The breakfast was nice and much appreciated.

Very good amenities, an amazing bed, big TV, great bathroom, everything needed for an airport hotel. Since our flight was very early in the morning, we couldn't try the breakfast, but the set-up looked great. We had to relax in between flights, and the bath and the 3-4 hours of sleep we had were actually enough to refresh us!

Breakfast choice was too basic Swimming pool experience was awful: Pool was dirty at 11am full of hair and even head a brown piece of dirt that looked a lot like feces. Upon calling the staff at first I was told that they would clean it later (because they were understaffed that day) but after hearing about the brown matter he agreed to come, used the net to pick some of the hair and the "piece". He threw everything away and said that was just gum (no way it was that) and then acknowledged the pool needed to be cleared up and maintained in the coming days. At this point my son lost all excitement and just did not want to swim anymore. The next day our friends staying in the hotel next door (also using the same pool) confirmed the pool was super dirty.

Breakfast was well balanced, room was tidy and spacious, and the delightful surprise of the grand prix goodie bag was really thoughtful. Checkin and check out was simple and straightforward. And I actually quite enjoyed the lobby experience - the grand prix decorations and balloons, and even the music, it was a nice touch.

The cost of parking was an unexpected charge at the end of the stay that I didn't realize wasn't included in the fee of the room. So the cost of the room was already quite high, and then getting an $80 charge for parking was not anticipated. For travellers not familiar with the area, the roads around and getting to the hotel are quite complicated. And due to its location, there isn't really anything nearby within walking distance.

So, we tumbled into this place from NYC, having to sleep over, before travelling on the next day. I have no problem with budget hotels, if they are clean and efficient and offer value for money. But, this was a very expensive night, for a budget offering that was very poor ($400). It was literally the wrong side of two railroad tracks; one with local commuter trains, another with these goods trains, that took 30 mins to pass (I kd you not). BTW that was 4 separate rail-sets, one in each direction for each line (to help you visualise). From our bedroom window we had a great view of both and the fetching 3-storey carpark for customers. This whole set-up was in this liminal space, near the airport with fly-overs and highways and a lot of scorched-earth construction projects, the main point of which seemed to be to destroy the countryside. On positives, it was clean and the rooms were a little larger than standard (you could pass between the bed-end and wall). The staff were doing their best and smiley. But, the restaurant area was as grim and basic as a police barracks,. The hotel decor seemed to be hiding a much older hotel, beneath the makeup. Eg the sunken bath-shower was straight out of Psycho, with that plastic curtain, pole and rings (I kept glancing for Bates' shadow). All very depressing after a long day's travel. I would have accepted it, if not for the shocking price-gouge.

Breakfast was at 6.30. I and most other people had the bus at 6.30 but the staff didn’t want open for us the breakfast room. But in the same time the staff started the breakfast in this restaurant. Sorry but I don’t understand why it was possible:(

El servicio es muy buieno, las camas son muy cómodas y nos ofrecieron un desayuno incluido el cual era muy bueno. El hotel está a 5 minutos del aeropuerto y ofrece transporte gratuito.

De lokatie, 20 minuutjes lopen vanaf de terminal. Kamer was groot en goede bedden. Fijn de plat-offs ijshockey op de kamer kunnen zien en ook in het restaurant was een groot scherm.

De receptionistes legden niet veel uit en ik moest veel vragen (hoe laat ontbijt, waar shuttleservice) want dat stond niet goed aangegeven. Bij t ontbijt stonden 4 dames en alsnog moest ik mijn eigen bordje wegbrengen en vuilnis weggooien.
