Aloft by Marriott Montreal Airport

At the reception, the young man was able to charge my phone … I left my charger at home … Was very thankful …

Pres de l'aéroport, très propre

Climatiseur dur à ajuster

Walking distance of airport . Rooms and staff ok

Nothing really

Every thing.

Maybe the food service, don't have breakfast included it.

Location great for the airport. Didn't try the breakfast, not keen on the set-up. Room lovely and spacious and well equipped.

The shower had no hot water! The handle fell off as soon as I touched it and it was impossible to control without standing under a deluge of cold water. The washbasin outside the bathroom is a terrible idea, no problem for a lone traveller, but not great for others.

Rien

Personeel kwaliteit meerdere keren de hotel kamer binnen terwijl we een late check out hadden.

Great

Nothing

Reasonable breakfast. Small but it suited me. Lovely spacious room. Very large modern bathroom. The room had everything you could need.

Nothing

This was a good location for catching flights. I didn’t use much more than the room, so can’t comment on the rest of the facilities.

The breakfast wasn’t included. That isn’t the most bothersome part. If you did go for purchasing a breakfast, the prices were high and quality low.

The rooms and all the facilities are great!

The breakfast concept is a bit particular. only very basic items are included in the breakfast forfait, other options are available for extra charge.

No restuarent, only bar food. The two things i chose were not available. Breakfast system not really good. Disapointing compared to Courtyard.

Choice of food

Had no breakfast, but the location was great!

Apartamento

Falta restaurante

Nothing

Air conditioning was ridiculously noisy. Property is tired. 0 out of 10. Pool was appalling

Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück incl.allerdings wenig frisches dafür viel in Plastik abgepacktes. Gegen Aufpreis kann man Spiegeleier etc.bestellen.

New building and clean

Nothing

Great location and value for money, especially for airport travelers. The airport shuttle was perfectly on time and very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and remarkably quiet. A special thanks to Melissa at reception, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and caring. She supported us during a difficult moment with genuine kindness and professionalism. Melissa is the reason our stay turned into such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Due to a late flight, I was only there to sleep but the hotel was excellent across all areas.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt ideal.

Was great experience

Proximity to airport. Free shuttle with nice welcoming drivers. Nice room size. Very comfotable bed and flgreay lay out

The electricity went off in the morning. The toilets seemed tp be breaking when we flushed but seemed to work fine actually. No shower gel in the bathroom but the cleaner ki dly assisted us with that

Accessibility

Room was nice. Very quick to and from the airport. We enjoyed the pool table.

Very noisy. Breakfast wasn’t great and quite slow if you ordered a special item.

Great location close to the airport.

Sound proofing is very bad and you are woken up very early from plane noise.

Room, general area, location, quiet.

Great location near airport, shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly, rooms were spartan and compact but well organized, front deck staff was generally helpful

Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. The “included” breakfast was disorganized and the “cook to order” items were never delivered before we had to leave for the airport — we ordered 2 simple burritos at 9::15 and finally left without them at 10:30. It would have been helpful to have the staff set realistic expectations so people can choose based on timing.

nothing

the room, not like a hotel, rough roof in comfortable

Great place to stay when arriving late into Montreal. Or flying out early. Staff allowed us to store our large suitcases overnight so we could go into Montreal with less to carry. Very appreciated.

Needs a simple restaurant but it was easy to walk across the street to Sheraton

Comfort

Ok

easy to park and reach to the hotel

for the price I was expecting to have better room quality, like the coffe machine was not the best, and not clean to use for hto water to have tea. No soap bar for the sink and tissue. also you could hear the airplanes not the best windows

Clean, well appointed

Despite close proximity to the airport it was a convoluted taxi drive to the hotel. The food facilities inside were just a bar and no nearby restaurants were easy to reach

Emplacement. Navette gratuite et rapide.

Douche abîmée (problème de robinetterie).

Good location, close to Universal and several restaurants

Pretty basic rooms but reasonable for the price

La proximité de l'aéroport , la literie

La proximité de l'aéroport

Near the airport Spacious bathroom Clean friendly staff

No make up mirror or nightlight in bathroom Didn’t like the look of curtains instead of doors for the closet No food there or nearby in the evening

The shuttle service was key to our journey and the room was spacious, clean and quiet

The pool closing at 11, though we get that staff need to clean it sometime!

I like that it’s five minutes from the airport. I like the friendliness and work ethic of all the staff.

The entryway cement is damaged and looks pretty bad. The furniture in the room needs to be refreshed for sure. I don’t like that. There isn’t a soft light just in the bathroom. The bathroom lights are either on or off and are very very bright that disturbs other people if someone has to get up in the night.

Fitness room

Hotel was outdated and room was very poorly maintained. Carpet worn through, door broken to bathroom, shower leaked and they left a towel on the floor to catch excess water. No towels in room.

Clean property

Every thing was fine

Facilities were nice! Bed is comfy. Good value for money!

The traffic. Maybe they can place microwave inside the rooms. Faster restaurant service.

Situation géographique.

Trafic pour s’y rendre.

Wonderful staff

Loved the bed and pillows.Location was perfect.

Food choices. Just Fine.

Worst breakfast ever

Close to airport = convenient Shuttle service = convenient

Big loud a/c in the room

Le respect dee employés

Le café payant

Proche aéroport avec navette gratuite. Restauration possible.

Close to airport

Nothing

Clean

Breakfast grab and go style with no fresh products only industrialized ultraprocessed food. Not worth the price I paid for It. Fruit was stale.

Excelente

Todo impecable

Parfait pour transit , pour passer une nuit . Aucune originalité.

Absence de restaurant. Ambiance triste

La cercanía al aeropuerto, higiene

Todo estuvo bien

Tout! Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant. Les chambres sont superbes. La proximité avec l’aéroport est parfaite.

La température de la piscine.

La chambre très propre et confortable

Le menu pour souper. Cuisine non fonctionnelle. Choix limiter a deux plats.

Tout était parfait !
