Felt that this was VERY pricey for what it was. This room cost me more than it did at the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa, which is in a different league.

Breakfast had fresh fruit salad to go with pancakes and yogurt, yum! Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were generous, very clean and newly decorated with large mounted tv. Dispensers in bathroom had good quality, fresh products in them.

Bath was on small side for me but adequate as alternative to shower. Couldn’t get adjoining room so parents had to split between rooms to be in with kids. Couldn’t change rooms as booked through third party. Selected hotel based on swimming pool and prices were higher than in downtown Toronto, but seriously disappointed by the size of pool, not much bigger than a jacuzzi, not for swimming! With self serve breakfast, probably not worth the steep price hike to the hotel next door!

Staff was lovely at check in. Wifi worked well.

There was no hot water on the first morning that we stayed. This made getting my child ready for her dance comp very difficult. The hotel was overpriced in my opinion for the level of comfort and amenities. Breakfast was mediocre. Beds were not comfortable. Pool was clean, but very small.

They provide pet friendly rooms BUT no green space to take them out to do their business which should also include a garbage can to dispose . Also I should have been informed there was an extra $50 fee to bring our pet. That was not told to us until we checked in. I was annoyed by that and the fact there was no where to take your dog to do their business.

Staff were friendly.

The carpet in the room had a stale smell. Deodorizing the carpet regularly should be good. Few more electrical sockets around the bed would be nice or having extention cords

Beds were nice and comfy. Room was clean and had everything you need. The only issue was a metal bed frame’s part locked out of the mattress so my feet got hurt when I get off the bed. Breakfast was good with many choices to eat for all my family members. Pool is small but clean and was nice to have it. Plenty parking spots and it was free.

The staff is so friendly and the breakfast is very nice. But the pillow and pillowcase have a strong grease smell.

We paid for our stay to Expedia when we arrived. The front desk charged us $100 for a deposit that I have never received back.

The staff were very pleasant. The gym was basic but nice to use. There was a minor problem with the control of the shower but the staff will likely have this fixed promptly. This was a good hotel

Location. A lot of garbage in ditches. No ventilation in bathrooms. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 15:45.

All went as one would expect, no surprises. Easy check in and check out. Quiet, clean, convenient.

All staff were great, helpful and curtious. Maintenance 2 guys were great, helped me try to get my truck going. Thanks to Mamet for the help and the guy with tattoo arms . Our room 501 had a trip Hazzard, carpet was bunched up in the middle of the floor. Towles in the bathroom only 2 ? 2 star hotel only.

Very convenient location, right off the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. No problem staying there. Would return if passing through the area again.

Clean rooms, great selection of breakfast items, very professional staff. Excellent place to stay if you are travelling with the family. Both Arrowhead provincial park and Algonquin park trails are 20 - 30min drive from this place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will stay here anytime I am visiting the area.

Parking is terrible and facilities in the hotel are "tired" in general.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful but hotel is tired and needs an update. Breakfast was ok but over reliance on disposable plates , plastic cutlery and waste to reduce staff costs was shocking.

We stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Huntsville most years before we head out on a canoe trip in Algonquin. It is clean and very convenient with restaurants and shopping nearby as we take care of any last minute needs. The staff are excellent.

Room was freshly renovated and clean. Great breakfast, clean warm pool!

Everything was so clean and comfortable we took 3 grandchildren for getaway and everything was near the hotel very accommodating we enjoyed the pool and exercise room complimentary breakfast was delicious. Great all-round experience.

I've stayed at this location many times and only had trouble this last time. I was given a room that seemed to be in the middle of some renovations or at least needed some sprucing up. Pieces of wall exposed after wall paper had been removed in bathroom and in bedroom. I overlooked this as I had been camping and the room was clean if a little tired. The room I had was a barrier free room and after taking a shower, I realized that a whole bunch of water had gotten by the curtain and simply drained out into the main bathroom/toilet area as there was no barrier to keep water from running out of the shower. I can't imagine that this was the first time this has happened. There was no drain in the main area of the bathroom. Added to the tired looking room and the trouble of having a minor flood was too much. I asked to be moved to another room and although I was given another key to a room next door, the service at the front desk was tepid at best. Guy at front desk didn't blink or offer to have someone help me to relocate. He really didn't seem to care much at all. On a positive note, the staff at breakfast were welcoming and chipper as usual, which was much appreciated.

The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Had to leave to go eat breakfast somewhere else. The hotel room was clean and staff were friendly. Was in a great location. Walking distance to a variety of places.

It’s all good so far

Nice quiet place. Everything is within a few minutes drive. Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only thing was they were short staffed during our stay, and we didn't have housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed which is not a big deal for us.

I like it's near the shops where you can buy your needs.

The Hotel is in a great location in Huntsville. It’s definitely looking tired and the Reno’s will be welcomed.
