Dongguan Forum Hotel and Apartment

The hotel accommodations were good as always, I stayed here many times, only thing I have to say is the food, specially lunch or dinner buffet, quality was not as good as before, deserts have no flavor, somehow they should improve this. thanks.

I always stay in this hotel, I like the surroundings, the place is quiet , have nice facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, etc, breakfast is very good and complete..

Great property.

We have been on family vacation with our kids and stayed there 5 nights. The hotel and the staff were quite nice, extraordinary helpful and service orientated. We enjoyed our apartment and the cleanliness very much! Overall an awesome location with two nice pools and a great gym and spa area :) Room for improvement in the apartment is only a missing wardrobe/coat rack and some extra drawers. We will return :)

nice breakfast and beautiful facility staff was not able to get the coffee to be hot on the 2nd day of our stay glass door makes toilet visible from anywhere in the room 1st time i have ever experienced that which is awkward

Several times I had this hotel and I feel really safe and supportes all my days for business. - Pool: in and outside > open at 6:30AM - Gym: open at 6:30AM - Restaurant: Amazing buffet and 2 other restaurants in the building - Laundry: within 2h - Front-Desk: All the time customer focused All in all a perfect hotel! Thanks to the hotel management and the whole team there

The staff members are very nice, helpful and polite. Their Chinese Valentine’s Day activity is very impressive, distributing a balloon rose and freebies of Haagen dazs to the guests. Flexible check in and checkout times… which is a very nice arrangement to the guests. The gym room and swimming pools are fantastic. Delicious Chinese dim sum at the Chinese Restaurant.

第一晚: 浴缸上面的磚塊突然掉出來, 嚇一跳, 整晚都不能入睡 第二晚: 半夜三點,突然"砰"一聲, 好大聲, 嚇醒了, 之後還停電, 致電給前台, 安排了一個人上來, 檢查完就說沒有事, 然後離開, 即使我們要求換房, 或更進一步既對話, 此員工不作反應, 依然離開. 後來, 再致電給前台, 要求換房, 一開始是拒絕, 討論十幾分鐘後, 才答應. 連續兩晚也不能入睡, 還嚇了兩次, 心神不定, 請問如何休息?

Wifi and Ethernet at dialup speeds and lack connection consistency. Almost everything went to perfection.

Internet and Ethernet is too slow. Bring your own is necessary!

My stay here was fantastic. My room was large and very quiet. Breakfast buffet provided many selections. Staff was courteous and efficient.

편안하고 대체적으로 관리 상태가 좋은 편으로, 수영장 시설은 리조트만큼 좋았습니다. 또한, 객실에 우산이나, 다리미 등이 기본 배치되어, 불편함이 없었습니다. 그러나, 객실용 업무를 볼 수 있는 테이블에 의자가 하나라 동료와 함깨 일 하기 불편하고, 영어를 할 수 있는 직원이 거의 없고, 주변이나 호텔내에서도 뷔페 이외에 식사를 해결할 곳이 마땅치 않아 매일 같은 식사를 해야 함은 살짝 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 도심속에서도 아름다운 전경(mountatin view 객실) 을 가진 호텔입니다.

This hotel was excellent. I would rate it as 5 star, extra large rooms, very quiet, large bathroom, full bath and great toiletries. Plus a balcony, kettle, fridge, mini bar, large desk, chair heaps of power points and phone sockets (use Australian plugs). No complimentary milk for tea/coffee -purchase your own milk – there is a corner store at the rear of the Hotel ($1 AUD) or Room service will deliver a pot of milk (AUD $9) The Buffet breakfast was fantastic for quality, taste, cleanliness and variety of options. Hotel staff were excellent. The hotel set right within QiFeng Park, Dongguan. So, an abundance of plants, trees, birds, and outdoor pool area are beautiful. In the 7 nights we stayed they had 3 weddings in the extra-large courtyard area. No smoking in the hotel buildings and restaurants, but permitted in the outdoor courtyard. The indoor pool and 3 whirlpools were very clean. Dressing rooms contained small saunas, lockers and showers, very clean. The gym was large & well equipped. Great bars and restaurants, plus adjacent four-story building filled with bars, restaurants (cheap food), karaoke rooms, massage options (AUD $20 for 60 minutes). They charge your room. Hotel Car expensive but Dongguan is cheap, easy to navigate by subway&bus. Train every 3 minutes. Subway is spotless & staff help you. To ride the subway, you need Y10 bills or less. The ticket machine is so easy-with English option. Or hire the bikes -use App & QR code.

출장으로 다녀왔습니다. 호텔 및 객실 청결도는 만족스럽고 침구 상태도 괜찮았습니다. 조용하고 출장으로 이용하기 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 조식도 꽤 맛있게 먹었고 매일 생수 2병씩 무료로 제공됩니다. 호텔 주변은 볼것이 거의 없어 조용한 호텔 선호하시는 분께 추천합니다. 괜찮은 쇼핑몰이나 식당 등이 호텔 주변에 있지 않습니다. 편의점은 약 300미터 주변에 있습니다.

동관의 타 호텔과 다르게 흡연이 많이 제한되어 있어 호텔 내에서 불쾌감이 덜하였고 조식 만족 스럽고 호텔 주변에 상점들이 있어 편리함. 헬스장의 경우 기구들은 조금 노후 되었지만 운동하는데 문제 없고 실내 수영장이 잘되어 있음. wifi의 경우 속도가 굉장히 느리고 잘 끊어짐 (비밀번호 셋팅하는 것을 추천).

酒店的设施很好。但地点就远离市集。附近设施不足。缺少超级市场及其他配套。商场也需要步行一段时间。

I’ve been staying at this hotel every time I visit Dong Guan for at least 7 years. The room I stayed seems to have been reconditioned since everything looked in good condition. Service and friendliness of the staff is always great.

掃除のあばさん等、大変、優しく心地がいいです。ただ、それは、中国の老齢の方の普通の接し方です。 フロント等、巨大チェーンにも関わらず、やはり、グローバルスタンダートの対応が一定していない。朝食のフランスパンもアコーグループなのに、本物でない。客室の清掃は、本当に、キレイ。ただ、客が聞くためのスピーカーや、ワイングラス等、ありきたり、エリア的な値段設定を考えると、格落ち感じがあります。そもそも、チェックイン時、荷物を持って入り、部屋も自分でと、ポーターがいない。プルマンレベルではありえない。日欧米の人間からしたら、あり得ない話です。中国人客だけに等しいホテルなのだ、まだ、経験値が低いからそれで満足かも知れませんが荷物を自分で運ぶなんてありえません。私は、18歳から、代議士コネで月28万円の東京ニューオータニーのホテル住まいを皮切りに、プロのホテル評論家になれる位、精通しています。視点として、妥当性はあります。

침대가 4인가족이 자도 될 정도로 넓었고, 매우 편안했다. 내부 시설도 잘 되어있고, 조식도 맛있었으며 가족단위로 놀러오면 좋겠단 생각이 들었다. 다만 급격히 떨어진 기온탓에 히터를 아무리 세게 틀어도 방이 따뜻해지지는 않았다.

A worn property with dirt and grime on e wry surface. The sticky telephones really took this over the top. AVOID!!

Hotel clean and convenient. Not to the level of same hotel in Guangzhou airport. Very comfortable and convenient. Always stay there in Dongguan.

I had a reservation issue, Expedia personal helped solve the issue. It was a relief to have help when you are 6000 miles away from home. very much appreciated.

Only Hotel I stay at in Dongguan.... great staff who delight in going above and behind their job description to make your stay a very pleasant experience.

Everything about this hotel is great, EXCEPT for the whorishly slow wi-fi. It is misleading for this hotel to describe themselves as a 'business' hotel due to this problem. It is the only reason I gave a rating of 4/5 instead a 5/5. GREAT hotel otherwise, especially for Westerners.

Pullman Dongguan contains lush, enormous grounds behind the hotel. It holds both indoor and outdoor pools. And the fitness facility was fine too. Service was excellent. And the breakfast buffet was tasty, with enough choices.

Stayed 3 nights at Pullman Forum. Quality of the hotel is top notch. Excellent English speaking staff. Plenty of dining options within the hotel and within 5 minutes walking distance ( Bar Street). High quality breakfast spread.

This is a great home base for an extended stay in Dongguan. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The seriously need to upgrade their complimentary wifi as it falls short for business travelers.

This is extraordinary hotel, well located in the quite place, very charming lights at night, hotel setup is like a garden. The hotel room is very cozy, plants on the balcony has very pleasure fragrance smell. Would recommend to anyone who will be staying in Dongguan!

The Pullman is a beautiful, modern hotel. Extremely clean, esthetically pleasing. The grounds are immaculate and impressive. Desk staff speaks pretty good English and made every attempt to accommodate my issues with paying a deposit and addressing an issue with the number of breakfasts that come with the room. Buffet has great variety but was nothing spectacular in quality.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Lunch buffet was very Chinese style for an international hotel but still delicious. Western food was very good! The gym was nice and they have an indoor pool.

Great spot as conveniently located right near the city centre, and beside a nice park that you can walk through. Clean and comfortable at the end of a busy day, breakfasts are good. Overall great value spot and will be back.

Good location to many restaurants and off a main road. Key reason I stay here is for complimentary access to fitness center with pool, lockers, spa, etc...

Stable wifi. Comfortable park-like campus that provides a soothing respite from the mania of Dongguan. Well-appointed gym with new equipment in good working order and great views. Generously diverse Eastern-Western breakfast buffet offerings, with good coffee. Location next to major city park with hills and steps, great for runs, walks, and views. Attentive, deserving staff that tries really hard - these guys are the ones who will make a better China in a better world.

Great value for money on accommodation however the restaurants are very expensive. The staff is very good, the hotel is clean eventhough is a very big hotel. The location is a bit of a problem as you need to use taxi anywhere you want to go. The hotel is typical for a conference centre hotel so expect a lot of people.

This is about as good as you get in Dongguan. Near to the bar street. Breakfast buffet good. There are some tree covered hills behind the hotel so lounging by the pool you can get the feeling of being not in sprawling dusty Dongguan.

The Pullman hotel has the best service of all hotels in DongGuan, from rooms, breakfast, cleanliness and service.

A wonderful Hotel! I have stayed in numerous Hotels throughout China including others in Dongguan, but I have to say that no other Hotel has come close to the Pullman Forum. The staff are personable, very helpful with suggestions, recommendations, directions & have great English speaking skills (rare in many parts of Dongguan & China). The room was fantastic! A HUGE King size bed (the biggest I have ever slept in) that was firm, yet comfortable, a bath & separate shower, Bar fridge, Tea/Coffee/Kettle, Mini Bar, Safe, Plenty of storage space, Office desk & chair, Lounge, DVD player & almost 50 TV channels (most Chinese - but enough English to keep you occupied!), Balcony, Great cable internet connection & wireless internet connection throughout the Hotel. There are 2 pools - 1 indoor & 1 outside. Both are spotless & a welcome after a hot day of shopping for bargains. The Athena Spa service was wonderful - We enjoyed a 2 hour Swedish massage each, in a private room with its own private steam room, shower, spa bath, toilet & a TV if you want to spend time relaxing while watching TV! (There is also a couples room with a private sauna, shower, spa bath & toilet ). The Gym had everything that I needed including a separate Table tennis game room. The inside pool also has 3 huge Spas attached that have a Plasma TV that you can watch while relaxing. You can take a leisurely walk to the bigger shopping centres/areas, or catch a Taxi for between 8-15 Yuan (depending on how far you go).

Bad smells from the washroom.

I was in Dongguan on business and tried this hotel because I heard many good things about it from others. Wow, were they right. It is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful, new, and clean. The pool is comfortable. The restaurants have great food from the east and west. Highly recommended!
