Zijn heel vriendelijk lopen naar je toe om.te vragen hoe het met je gaat en of ze wat voor je kunnen doen. De manager van het restaurant is super lief we gingen om 4.00 uur in de ochtend uitchecken. Hij had voor ons ontbijt laten inpakken. Super bedankt. Ik ben dhr Rithav die bij de receptie werkt erg dankbaar. Bij aankomst had ik al een probleem met een document van mij. Hij heeft alle moeite gedaan om het voor mij in orde te maken. Mij op me gemak te stellen. Ik was niet lekker heeft hij speciaal thee naar ons kamer laten bezorgen. Hij heeft de moeite genomen om zelfs persoonlijk naar onze kamer te komen ,kijken of het goed ging met ons. Rithav is een top mens hij krijgt een 10 van ons super goed. Dank je wel Rithav
De muziek tijdens het ontbijt vonden we hard. Op het menukaart staan geen foto's van gerechten. Voor mensen die geen Indiaas gerechten kennen is moeilijk om.een gerechten te kiezen Voor moslims zou het handig zijn als de richting van het gebed richting Mekka wordt aangegeven op het plafond in de kamers.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Staff and front office are not courteous, and they wanted me to pay in advance and were calling me repeatedly to any the food bill of 1.2k so that they can close billing - though i was supposed to stay for 9 days not understanding customer nor checking past history and managers were also absent and not showing any interest to resolve anything- they just wanted advance payment- though i am repeat customer at this hotel

The service was terrible. I was assigned the wrong type of room at check in despite me requesting the type of room I wanted when booking and asking them about the room type during check in. Had to go to the room and come back down to reception to get them to give me another room. There was only one half used roll of toilet paper in a room meant for 2 people. I had to ask them for a refill on 3 separate occasions before this was sorted. To top it all off, the room was dirty when we arrived. The floor hadn’t been swept and there was debris including food crumbs and hair on the floor. If you want incompetent staff who do not care about customer service, attention to detail or know how to deal with very basic customer requests, this is the hotel for you!

Only thing i didn’t like is the bed size is small not good for if u a kid along with you.

Breakfast was not included in our stay, we paid to eat but the food was mediocre. In every dish, the seasoning was so off! The hotel made a huge effort to display the food artificially but it all lacked taste.

The bathroom had an unfinished door and there was no door for the bath area. The toilet was too small and the fresh air fan did not work. Have to pay to watch a movie in the hotel ? !
