1.My room was not cleaned on Thursday 20th Aug 2026. 2.Terrace seating not comfortable at all. 3.Cheese not good. Should be served chilled in ice. 4.Toothpaste ratchet is no good. Tube should be provided. 5. Razor not good. Gillette razor should be provided. 6. Shaving soap is no good. Shaving cream should be provided. 7. Comb was not provided. Should be provided. 8. Toilet WC water spray is very sharp and hurts. It should be changed to smooth flow spray.

Location and staff

The room was extremely noisy, and the air conditioning was terrible. It was around 25°C, but the room felt unbearably hot 🥵. The AC simply wasn’t doing its job, which made it very difficult to sleep and enjoy the stay. For the price I paid, I expected much better. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the money, mainly because of the poor air conditioning.

Standalone property in the heart of the city and away from the hustle and bustle of Hyderabad. Free parking.

Restaurant service on the roof top was very poor. Less staff could not meet our needs when required. Not worth the money spent for stay.

The breakfast was excellent and the service by each and every member at the restaurant was exceptionally well , Even thou the bf was suppose to be buffet but everyone received personalised service at the table, Very good management and staff at the Breakfast breakfast and even food was excellent with lots of varieties.

The Room was not cleaned well as there were hair all over the place, the dental kit provided was very low quality, Both hair wash and shampoo refilled containers contained the same product, Room Service was very slow and had to call them couple of times to get the stuff to the room, Had visited mercury Mysore few yrs back and felt that was overall better than this location.

Very courteous staff. Room is spacious. I wanted a hard pillow. Hotel staff took ages to find one but eventually they did, which I am happy about.

Bathroom fitting could do with an upgrade. Hand shower needs updating. Water pressure and quantity (shower head) are not great if you don't want to use the rain shower. Rain shower keeps dripping water on head even while using the hand shower. Bathroom sink tap is old and not polished. Body lotion dispenser head was broken. All the dispensers do not seem to have been cleaned and maintained for years and quality of products is very average. All pillows are soft and old. Keep other pillow options available on request. Housekeeping definitely needs some attention with these items which are very important for guests.

Had a short stay at Mercure Hyderabad, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was seamless, and special thanks to Front Office Manager Mr. Suraj for finding a practical solution to my payment issue. It’s clear he’s leading a strong team. Krish made check-in effortless, Nagendra patiently assisted with the payment process, and Shubham ensured a smooth early-morning checkout. Together, they embody something increasingly rare today: genuine warmth in hospitality. The experience extends beyond the front desk. Sukhdev and Chitrasen at the porch welcomed me with a smile every time I stepped in or out, adding a personal touch that never went unnoticed. The rooms are comfortable, but it’s the people who make Mercure feel like a home away from home. Will definitely be back again

The staff were completely lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were big with great air con which was essential. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fab, a big waterfall one. Bottled water provided every day and more of we asked for it

The only thing I would say is it was a little shabby around the edges. That is the only thing and I am being picky there. But, it wasn't what I'd call cheap and grout was coming off in chunks in the shower and there was a huge crack in the sink and the plug in my Mum's bathroom sink didn't work. Some of the wall plugs didn't work either, just bits like that.

The front staff and housekeeping were very courteous and efficient. The in-room dining was well portioned and tasty. The front door staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast spread was quite diverse and well positioned. Live stations at breakfast were exceptional. Didn't use the gym but paid a visit and found it well equipped. Rooftop bar was also quite good. Room service was very efficient

The bath, washroom fittings were quite old and poorly maintained. Linen especially the bath towels were not upto expectations. Kettle was all stained and poorly maintained- had to very another one.

Likes the central location, good breakfast, good gym with view. Had non veg thali with in room dining.

All the hotel staff—from the reception team, luggage assistance, check-in and check-out, to housekeeping—were excellent and highly professional. They kindly agreed to provide me with early check-in and late check-out. I tried lunch at the restaurant and it was excellent. I used the Zomato app to make a reservation, and it gave me a 50% discount.

No prayer mat was provided, and there was no indication of the Qibla direction.
