They have back building and which is not so clean and spacious …. Room door and bathroom door collided while opening both … no balcony and old model aircon which takes 2-3 hrs for cooling

The rooms are somewhat outdated, but still very comfortable.

The location is good, offering easy walkable access to the nearby places.

The entire stay was marred by significant noise pollution. The hotel is overly crowded, and the loud street noise at night was particularly disruptive, making it impossible to sleep soundly. Interior soundproofing is also poor, as voices from the walk bay/lift lobby were clearly audible.

The location of Nova Platinum is very good .So many Indian food restaurants are nearby the hotels.Walking Street is just at 5 minutes walking distance from hotel.The rooms given to us are backside of hotel.The AC is not working well of most of the rooms.We request at reception to fix this problem. They send technician but problem not solve.We use same rooms for three days.Lot of inconvenience. May be AC installed are old and not properly work.Please clear this before booking

the ac in the first roomn was not working so had to change room once had expected some sort of conpensation would be offered for the hastle bother than that all was good

All along the globe, the stress free country is named Thailand. Along Thailand the stress free city is pattaya. All over Pattaya city, the only stress free place is Hotel Nova platinum. Nova platinum... Just remember this name for the best stay in pattaya. Stepping through the lobby I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious... and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were great, The staff were welcoming and helpful, The staff were attentive and courteous, and The receptionist was very helpful. All among this one 𝕸𝖗. 𝕾𝖆𝖐𝖉𝖆 (FOM) is ready to help the guest on the spot with spotless. Cleanliness 👍🏻The rooms were clean and bright, The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel was close to major attractions. Important : I'm speechless about the complementary breakfast. Gratitude to the hotel management for least bothering about the vast expenses for preparing such a wonderful and delicious item's to cook and serve. Royal salute to the kitchen employees. Remarkable place to stay. Khawp khun kha / khrap. 🙏🏻

What I loved about this hotel was how friendly and efficient the staff were, got a nicer room than what I booked which was welcome. The room itself was pleasant and had everything I could need. The hotel itself caters very much for the Indian guest as such breakfast is largely curries however, there are regular options available but, mind the baked beans they have spices in them. What I disliked was there was a lot of groups of males hanging around the entrance some of whom were rude to the staff.

there was lots of cockroach into the room which was roaming on the bed during night. the bathroom drain was blocked. the water bottle quality was not good.

First time I visited Nova Platinum Hotel in 2011 (before I had been to some other Pattaya Hotels, so I can compare). Since then I've been staying only at Nova Platinum Hotel - 2 times every year, 30 days each time enjoying really happy life and not even thinking of any other Hotel. In my previous reviews I mentioned advantages that Nova Platinum Hotel has: moderate prices and at the same time very high quality living standards, comfortable clean rooms, great Location (very quiet area and at the same time 8 minute walking distance from famous Walking street), exotic swmming pools, very good restaurant. Very important is that the Administration of the hotel makes good modifications. For example when I came into my room this year I saw significant renovations of the bathroom. I'm convinced, that you can hardly find any other hotel in Pattaya with full combination of such advantages. And of course many kind words deserves high professional qualified administration, beautiful ladies at the reception, cleaning ladies and other staff, ready to help you any time day or night. In conclusion I want to say that after spending here 665 days altogether here Nova Platinum Hotel became second home for me and I'm determined to come back here next year in my nearest vacation. Expressing my deep gratitude to all great friendly team of the Hotel I confirm my devotion to Nova Platinum Hotel - best Hotel in Pattaya. Best regards, Sergey, Permanent customer.

Great hotel for Walking Street fun. Not for families or kids under 18. Great service, staff and restaurant

This is Sha+ hotel we can recommend to stay. morning buffet was good and we can use the pool also. rooms are very clean and we can explore the walking street near by in the night and hotel does not offer Towel we have to bring our own towel ( other wise we have to pay for the towels ) and room floor was sticky we got. we have to wear sleepers inside the room also

The Location is very nice. Facilities are 3 star category Little bit rigid hotel people rather being more friendly to the customers. Reception area was so much gaudy... lesser place to accommodate if more people on the same time... Let hear first them ... All new that majority foreign peoples ( Majorly Indians ) So, Need to be more soft and expert persons on the reception area for any help. Rest food was good as far as vegetarian food was concerned. They tried to provide Thepla like items, Khaman etc.

I had an absolutely amazing time at nova platinum. The rooms were nice spacious and spotless, with nice decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Most important.... Very 𝕲𝖔𝖔𝖉 and 𝖋𝖗𝖎𝖊𝖓𝖉𝖑𝖞 and 𝖕𝖔𝖑𝖎𝖙𝖊 front office staff. Especially the front office manager 𝕸𝖗. 𝕾𝖆𝖐𝖉𝖆 a kind human with good hospitality. Nova is a beautiful hotel with many recreation facilities. Stay once and feel the peace.

GreatHotel if single&wantWalking Street&OKwIndians. I rate only their executive wing only. They have some other buildings that i would not recommend. I love this place. Not for families or kids younger than 21 due to Walking Street and that entertainment venue. It is 99.9% Indian guests and they are nice and respectful. The hotel staff and building ( executive wing only!) is great. They did some nice updates. 10/10 rating:)!

Hotel is well managed and pools are very clean. This is very close to walking street and too close to local market, also nearby to Pattaya beach. We enjoyed our stay here and my kids were very happy with pool rides. Good Indian food options during breakfast and a lot of Indian restaurants close to this hotel. This centre for shopping food and beach view.

this hotel has great location it is near to Walking street and beach and you can go all mall with Toktok easily . cleanliness of the hotel is good and it has nice yard . But most of the passengers are Indian and if you don't like them and their behavior it is better change hotel.

The room was not as promised. They have given all Indians a room on seperate building. The room was not clean. Pigeons had died out of the window. The Basin tab was not working. The bathroom was choking and there was a water passage problem. Location is good.
