Location good. At the south end of walking street. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable.

If you are sensitive to club beats, just be careful when booking room with ocean view, as some are a bit close to the clubs

Breakfast is excellent, room was great, location also brilliant but a little bit noisy because of the close party places

The facilities and rooms are amazing.

Was an error of my own, I stayed here in 2024 and got a garden view, this time I had a beach view and wasn’t a huge fan. So next time I will definitely be booking a garden view again.

Helaas was het zwembad gesloten en waren er onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Ik denk dat dit beter voordat ik ging boeken en betalen gecommuniceerd had kunnen worden en niet op het moment van inchecken, na een lange reis. Hadden we dit van te voren geweten dan hadden we misschien voor deze keer een ander hotel geboekt.

Otelin yanındaki dere çok fena koku yapıyordu,otel eski,oda kapıları tahta ve eski, yan odada resmen gece 4’te alem yapıp müziği sonuna kadar açmışlardı, Resepsiyona söyledim kesildi ama ertesi gece yine aynı şeyler oldu, gece 04’te yine resepsiyona gittim. Resepsiyon çalışanları çok ilgilendiler

I liked this hotel so much. The pool and the gardens are wonderful, and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

There are two properties one old and one new the old one had loud AC sound so I had to upgrade and move rooms

Beautiful grounds and pool areas, lovely art and decorative pieces throughout. Appreciated the attentive service, welcome fruit plate and sweet treats, and were delighted with the upgrade to a spacious, nicely furnished junior suite, with two toilets and a useful kitchen sink. Noticed the new gym equipment. It was encouraging to see the hotel's beach-erosion measures and new planting in the front area. We were impressed by the hotel’s sustainability mission, highlighted in the in-room video for recycling, composting and food-waste initiatives. Perhaps this information could also be shared in several languages in a common area. We have stayed here several times and are always pleased to return. Thank you to the team for another memorable stay.

Het hotel heeft een uitstekende ligging: midden in het hart van Pattaya, waardoor je zo in de reuring bent, maar toch kun je de rust opzoeken wanneer je dat wilt. Doordat wij bij de tuin zaten, hadden we helemaal geen last van het geluid van Walking Street. Het grote zwembad is heerlijk om in te ontspannen en de kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Wat ik daarnaast erg waardeer, is dat er rekening mee lijkt te worden gehouden om gezinnen en alleenstaande mannen niet direct naast elkaar te plaatsen. Het ontbijt is prima en heeft voldoende keuze.

We hadden al wat terugkoppelingen gelezen van andere reizigers zoals …. Geluiden van de alleen staande mannen ( heb ik niet gehoord maar er waren veel alleenstaande mannen 80% en 20% gezinnen). Het vieze geurtje van de sloot bij het zwembad heb ik wel met vlagen geroken maar geen hinder van gehad. En gehorige kamers ja dat waren ze wel maar omdat wij niet bij alleen staande mannen zaten en ook verder van de walkingstreet af zaten hebben we hier geen hinder van gehad. Dus al met al positieve ervaring gehad.

Love the overall look of the hotel. The staff is so nice. Rooms are excellent. Location is great.

I could hear the bars very loud at night, but that was ok. It was the room next to me that had a big room party until 5am the first night and was very very loud. But I understand this being in Pattaya and don't blame the hotel.

In the heart of everything. Pier to go island hopping & Activities, Dinner Cruise, then you have Walking Street with Clubs, Bars,Restaurants & 7/11 store. Transportation is available everywhere with 20baht Tuktuk Ute jump on jump off. 10/10

Close to the walking strip

Noisy near the outdoor disco. Don’t get the ocean front rooms if you don’t like noise. No power points by the beds. Shower was too short for larger people (six foot). Fridge compressor was noisy. Place is a bit tired.

Fantastic location next to Bali Hai pier and the start of walking Street. The hotel has beautiful grounds. The pool is large and fun with kids - the waterslide was loved. The gym was small but serviceable. Breakfast buffet was amazing, the whole family enjoyed the food. Our room had balconies which we liked to watch the world go by. Beds very comfortable and room very clean.

If I had to find something to complain about, the air con in the room was very noisy waking me up at night.

It was good But they didn’t clean balcony after 2nd day. After rain balcony flour was full with water may be level issue of drainage.

Terrible smell from the river - must be badly polluted- maybe the hotel should try to get it cleaned up and put deodorisers around the areas

The hotel is close to ferries Staff is friendly

There's a go-kart track nearby that's noisy until 1 a.m. To get between the hotel buildings, you have to cross a river of sewage with an awful smell. The main hotel building is right next to the Walking Street exit, with loud music until the early hours and constant noise in the evening (though for some, this might be a plus)

Rooms were good size and buffet breakfast was really nice. Really good access to the pier to get ferry or boat to nearby islands.

Smelly canal running through the property, shower was very small, no A/C when you walk out of room in hotel, so was very hot on fourth floor.

Breakfast room was spacious and had many different kinds of foods to choose from. The tropical garden view rooms are comfortable and traditionally decorated. You are in the middle of a busy area and still have a feeling of being inside a tropical forest.

Personally I do not like the idea to connect the bathroom/restroom with the bedroom with an opening window. Should be a wall seprating them to give some privacy.

Excellent location, large green surroundings, very courteous staff and delicious continbreakfast with a wide variety, sea side restaurant gives a fabulous sea view. Large swimming pool with kids slide. Overall, Excellent experience.

The poolside room

The smell of weed coming into my room from somewhere, never found out source ! House keeping sprayed and it was gone ! Large hotel and being detached from main building. Serious problem with mosquitoes!

We have requested 2 months in advance for rooms in the same floor for all of us, but we din get anything like that, infact one of us had to walk to the other side of the road which was 10 mins walk, the staff was not even sorry about it, it never happened to us, when we informed 2 months in advance it always used to work for us every where, we may not consider this place next time.

The setting was great. Pool access room was an upgrade well worth the price.

There were smells and also it is a big resort and can be a bit tiresome navigating back to room. The rooms are basic but functional.

Location & Cleaness & service

The service was terrible. Jusica at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. They charged us more at checkout with no explanation. We requested a big taxi for three people with luggage, but they sent a small car and made us wait another 20 minutes for a second one, with a higher price than agreed. We also found insects in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. Overall, very disappointing and not recommended

Absolutely awesome location. Super close to all the local attractions like the pier, the walking street, Pratumnak Hill and the beach. We walked everywhere never really needing a taxi or bike to get around. Exploring the city was very cool, a great mix of urban tourism (go carts, malls, night clubs and more outdoorsy activities (sunset up the hill, seeing monkeys, time at the beach). Friendly staff on site helped us organise a tour to go snorkelling and exploring but most days were spent exploring the city or spending time in the beautiful green resort. The little slide at the pool was a bonus surprise.

It would have been great to have access to drinking water on site, we were given two bottles each time our room was cleaned but this didn't go very far. We ended up walking to the 7/11 for big water bottles most days.

خايس من البواليع لا تقدر تسبح ابد فيه من الريحة البوفية كلها خنزير ولا تصلح للعرب الفندق قديم جدا والاثاث قديم عمره 100 سنة ازعاج من السكارى اخر الليل و الديسكوات مديرة الفندق سيئة جدا تاخذ عليك 2000 بات واذا تاخرت في الخروج بعد س12 الظهر ما ترجع لك اي شي لك وتعاملها سي جدا و مظهرها سي لم يعجبني ولن اسكن فيه مرة اخرى ولا انصح فيه حيث هناك خيارات افضل منه بكثير

Da rennen gefüllt nur Inder rum und sind sowas von unfreundlich laut und rücksichtslos. Der Geruch vom Kanal ist nicht auszuhalten.

Einziger Nachteil wahr das es zwischen der Hauptgebäude ( Lobby ) und der Poolanlage ein Kanal hat der zum Teil ziemlich unangenehm richt

The resort is spacious but very old and dated.

The rooms are very old and dated. There were ants and mosquitoes in the room and as it’s right next to walking street, it’s horribly noisy. You can’t sleep at night. Her doors don’t close properly and the staff isn’t helpful.

Hôtel très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied. La literie est confortable. Le personnel est agréable(service bagage, service sécurité, la dame qui gère les taxis et les excursions). Les parties extérieures sont super. La piscine est juste magnifique.

Accueil très froide. Ma chambre était dans le bâtiment principal, et non pas de l’autre côté de la piscine qui me semblait plus récente. Par conséquent, la salle de bain est petite et vieille, la baignoire est usée et sale, le rideau de douche est à revoir.

That it was close to everything we needed.

Noise caused by other foreign guests. They were Indian foreigners. My son staying in a different section of the hotel, also had same issues... We were not happy about this.

Excellent location near the walking street , nice swimming pool and friendly staff . They remembered me as this is my 3rd stay and they gave me the same room
