Destacar que me gustó más sería injusto, porque me quedaría corto. Aquí está el sitio que yo buscaba para pasar ese tiempo que cada uno necesita para estar en familia, con su pareja, amigos, o incluso solo. Es un sitio privilegiado en una isla afortunada. Porque señores, vivimos en un paraíso que se llama Islas Canarias. Y es así. Valoremos lo que tenemos. Todo genial en esta instalación.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, Al reves. El personal de limpieza adorable, la recepción a disposición 24 horas y amables todos los que yo vi. El bar de la piscina lo mismo. Precios increíbles para comer y un servicio exquisito acompañado de un hijo musical de los 80-90. Todo genial.Aunque te vayas a la hora de salida, te dejan quedarte en la piscina y comer en el bar, facilitándote una ducha y unas taquillas. La comida en el bar lo pagas, pero el resto no. Es increíble lo de este apartamento. Aparcar es muy fácil, yo aparqué en la puerta. Lo dicho, este será nuestro sitio 100%

The place is filthy. Very unclean! Ants on our pillows, cockroaches in the bathroom. Its not modern which is fine but the cleanliness let's this place down so much. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything from surrounding rooms. Could hardly sleep as a result. 2nd time here and won't be back.

Eche de menos un acceso a las piscinas más cómodo para personas con movilidad reducida hay una piscina que tiene una escalera pero mejor sería una rampa de acceso y deberían tener una grúa para introducirlos en el agua para personas que no pueden caminar y van en silla de ruedas. El complejo está bien para andar en silla siempre hay que comentarlo para que te den habitaciones accesibles que no fue mi caso pero se podía andar con muletas subir y bajar en ascensor, hay que caminar pero es asequible. No me gustó el WC parecía que se iba a romper y es demasiado bajo, tampoco me gustó que en medio de la piscina algunas personas se pongan a lanzar balones a lo lejos y uno en medio con miedo que le dé y el socorrista no intervenga. También que había un grupo de gente con música a todo volumen en la piscina y el socorrista no hacía caso, tuve que decir a una chica que no fumase cigarrillo electrónico justo delante de mi veo que está prohibido fumar en el complejo pues hay que estar más atento. Por lo demás todo bien.

Been going to the same hotel for the past 5 years and to me the hotel is gone very shabby needs a total upgrade aircon wasn’t great. Needs a paint job as well. front door rattling and this was the same for all the people we spoke to at the pool

Me gustó el apartamento en general destacando su gran terraza, que es magnifica. La comida del bar piscina regular la verdad, pero bueno, es un bar piscina. Y me encanto su ubicación. Cerca de todo. Tambien la facilidad para aparcar.

La animación. Fui sola con mi hijo y uno de los motivos por los que me decidí por estos apartamentos fue que ponia que había animacion. A nosotros nos ubicaron en la parte de abajo y en esa piscina no hubo nada de animación. Nos teniamos que desplazar al bloque de arriba para que mi hijo pudiera disfrutar de la animación.

They promised us a room with a view and in a quiet part of the hotel, but (!) what we get was completely different! Lift engine room was in front of us and we didn’t even have a view as other room! And also our unit was the first in a long corridor with lots of rooms and every other guests had to pass our room! The room itself was full of ants! We couldn’t even put something on the table! They would rush for it! Everything in the hotel is old and used! Both in the room and in public places! Staff were not hospitable at all!

We stay at these apartments regular and never had a problem. However it's time for renovation. The rooms are lovely and kept spotlessly clean by the regular cleaners. Reception beautiful and the two ladies on reception in sunsuites are so lovely as always. One of our cushions on the sofa bed was literally in bits but it didn't really bother us as we didn't use it. This was our 2nd visit.. room was on 6th floor easy access to pool and reception..okay apartments need a refurb but how much time do you spend inside..had everything you need for a comfortable stay.. clean,towels and bedding changed when needed..fantastic balcony with great views..happy and helpful staff..self service laundry room was great..fantastic location..had a night flight was able to keep our apartment 30 euros which made a big difference..highly recommend and will definetly return..thank-you for a relaxing holiday.

Location is great, close to all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Beach is maybe 20 min walk, loads of taxis to help u get back if needed. Bus stop is only 10 minutes walk, you can get the 91 to the north side of the island, cost €8.40 per person, it dose take over an hour to get to the north. Rooms are ok, looked a bit dated but can't really go wrong. The price has really jumped up in the last few years and with nothing extra to show for it. This is the 3rd (maybe last) time we have stayed here. Aircon and fan in the room, cleaners are great and sort out everything. Atmosphere is nice and chill, they have pool exercise from time to time and a kids club. The pool restaurant has all sorts it's priced the same as must restaurant in the centre €12 for a burger. For being so close to the main centre of restaurants and pubs the noise level at night is next to zero, we are on the higher levels, floor 7, which is a bit further away. As with any hotel, it seems they haven't sorted out the sun lounges situation. Be there for 10 and get your towl down or hope you just get lucky. Right now there are over 30 with towls and no one to be seen.

Normally go half board but booked last minute looking for self catering apts and found this hotel. Reviews were generally very positive and could see why after staying here. Booked Royal Sun suite (room 3407) top floor beneath rooftop pool, amazing views which had spacious balcony with whirlpool tub, along with loungers & other outdoor furniture other rooms had. Robes, slippers, pool towels and drinks left in fridge. As other guests said you get used to the various lifts to go up and down but it didn't take time & preferable to walking up steep hill in the heat! Plenty of pools always loungers available. Place may be too quiet for some, not much in way of entertainment but you're a 5 min walk from reception level to get to centre with lots of bars/restaurants plus Mogan Mall for good shopping brands. There for world cup final, amazing atmosphere! About 15 min walk to get local buses, went to Las Palmas & Maspalomas by bus, took ferry to Puerto de Mogan which is beautiful. Local beach loungers reasonable price tho didn't use. Totally enjoyed the stay, would book again or other Servatur hotel in other resorts if similar apts.

I would just like to say a big thank you and say how much myself and my husband were very much looked after during our visit to the Terezzamar Sunsuits in May. We arrived on the 28th of May, and my husband was admitted to the San Roque hospital and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia and was admitted to ICU for over a week then to a normal ward- he received the most excellent care. I would like to highlight two of your employees in particular who went above and beyond with their kindness and compassion to us both – from calling an ambulance and accompanying the paramedics to our apartment room and translating to them in English. I don’t know their surnames, but it is Sarah and Rafael who both work on reception. Each day I saw Sarah she always took the time to ask how my husband and I were and helped and guided me where to catch the local bus to the hospital and any other information I needed. All the staff were nice and helped if I needed anything which really helped to alleviate the stress I was under. Once again thank you to SERVATUR and all your wonderful staff.

Just back from Terrazmar sunsuite hotel great friendly staff boys in pool bar were very attentive at all times very clean apartments great size of balconies we stayed in one with a whirlpool we went bed and breakfast the food was lovely plenty of choice staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you Reception staff were very helpful not that we needed to go a lot but one day we got locked out of the safe within minutes there was someone there to reset it it is the best location you just go to the back gate and you are near enough in the commercial centre the bakery and shop and bar over the road are also very nice and friendly lovely food out of the bakery some of the hotels are on the hillside but this is one of the best locations there is a path that takes you down to the beach the only thing we missed was no entertainment and nothing for kids but you are so near all entertainment in commercial I can see why but we missed just coming back to the hotel and having a drink before going to bed but we had a really good holiday for two weeks one of the best for us not too noisy music blaring also pool bars Happy hour makes great cocktails well done Terrazamar Hotel .

This was our 9th stay at the Sunsuites, and once again it exceeded all our expectations! We absolutely love staying here. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the huge balconies provide the perfect place to relax and soak up the sunshine. The feeling of space throughout the apartments is one of the many reasons we keep returning year after year. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, cleaning our room and changing our towels every two days, so everything was always fresh and spotless. What really makes this place so special, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team is genuinely warm, welcoming, and friendly, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A very special mention has to go to the reception staff, who are always smiling, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they truly go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. Another perfect holiday from start to finish. We already can’t wait to come back, and we’re delighted to say we’ll definitely be returning again next year. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past. Overall, good experiences and would stay here again, but you do get what you pay for. Great location, close to Mogan Mall and walking distance from beach etc. Love the pool of the royal, and the pool bar is good. Have had a couple of issues in the past, like air con not working or the key not unlocking our door (which when you're one of the furthest rooms away from reception and have to go multiple times, this is frustrating). No issues with noise level, and cleanliness as expected for this standard of hotel.

Having just returned from Terrazamar Sun Suites I would recommend as a decent base for holiday makers. Pros - Big spacious rooms, very clean both inside room and common areas, amazing location, Mogan Mall just across the road, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within a 5min walk, Takeaway, Bakery and small shop on-site really handy, pools great with plenty of beds available. Pool opens at 10am which avoids the 6am dash for beds, great 👍, WiFi signal good, kids could run phones etc no issues & Terrace was great, big and spacious.. Now for the cons - 1 bed apt has a room with 2 single beds, ideal for my son and daughter to share however, the Aircon unit is in the bedroom, above the bed, which means the rest of the apt is hot and stuffy! The main room has the pull out double, and this is honestly the worst bed I have ever slept on. It has wooden slats with a 5cm mattress topper, no mattress!!! My husband had to go for a sports massage to try and ease the pain and we are both in agony.. Staff are ok, not friendly but not rude. They seemed as though they couldn't really be bothered. I asked for another 'mattress' and this was given, but made no difference. The fan in the main room was noisy and rattling about all night, but helped a little. Pool bar staff (Jonathan) very nice and friendly, helped explain things but one of the waiters was quite rude.. Staff at the shop were lovely! Lifts are a faff, had to take 3 separate lifts to get to the pool, fine but they broke down constantly and I was stuck in the lift on 3 occasions, not much I expect the hotel can do about this though, just an fyi... Overall I would stay here again as we just used it as a base, but not sure I could handle sleeping on the pull out bed ever again!!!!

Arrived late to the hotel , wasn't a problem . Quick and easy check in . We booked the royal suites which we found were quite high in the complex. 15th floor to be exact. The receptionist gave us clear instructions and a map to find our apartment. We had to walk through 4 complexes to reach our apartment block . I actually filmed the walk from reception to our apartment and it took over 10 minutes which doesn't seem long but when its everyday it gets a little tedious . Apartment was nice . Quite spacious but what made the holiday was the terrace ! Huge sunbeds and a whirlpool bathtub . Most days we didnt even go out we just sunbathed and cooled down in the tub . Very very quiet and private up there as there's nothing around . There is an exclusive pool for the royal suites but it wasnt open ! No point advertising it if its not open . It says it opens in the summer months only , it was june and 30 degrees what more summery can you get ?? The complex is very clean and well kept . If we visit again we would definitely book a ground floor apartment . The top floor royal suites are ok if you like walking around lot 😝 There's a small shop on site and the prices are really good . Some things were cheaper than in the local supermarkets . The pool areas were very clean and well maintained. Drinks at the bar were reasonable. Happy hour at the bar is buy 1 get 1 half price . We ventured out every night and found the square where all the sports bars were. Very loud and all on top of each other . Not for me . Some of the bars only take cash . If you go in the opposite direction there's the newly built mogan mall . Lovely area , more upmarket and some great restaurants . We visited the planet restaurant a few times and it was really nice and wasn't too expensive , around 50 euros for 2 people including drinks . We had a good stay just wish we booked a lower room to save all the walking around A visit to Puerto de mogan( little Venice) and Anfi is a must . Lovely places 👌

I emailed ahead of our trip requesting rooms together and a few shopping items as we were arriving late. Excellent communication from the team who honoured all my requests. We stayed on the 8th floor of the Sunsuites. I loved our apartments. They have absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and hob. Plenty of pots,pans plates, glasses etc. yes they do need a bit of TLC but we weren't buying the place so no issues for us. The balconies are massive with table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers and airer. You can get down to Mogan Mall and shops using the lifts in these apartments and the Terrazamer over the road which was convenient. The bakery in the Sunsuites was very good. They did baguettes, burgers, croissants, cakes etc. There was also a bar with happy hour(s) 5pm-7pm and a shop selling all your essentials at a reasonable price. This was open until 8pm. We loved the pools here. We used the Sunsuites pool at first. Plenty of loungers to go round. We had drinks and food at the pool bar which were absolutely brilliant. The Sunsuites pool got quite busy with children after a few days so we then preferred the pool at the top of the Royal block which was so quiet and peaceful ,(no bar here though but we just went to Sunsuites pool for lunch). We loved Amadores beach which was about 6 euros in a taxi. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The entertainment guys are so energetic and try to get you involved without being pushy. I found the Sunsuites pool bar staff to be so friendly and polite. Also most of the reception team were lovely. We did have a problem with the Aircon in one of our rooms but this was sorted and we were left some drinks and nuts as an apology which was lovely. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend.

I had booked a private transfer from airport to accommodation. Got into taxi, got out 20 minutes later, got in to another taxi, had to wait another 30 minutes, other family booked to share with me was not happy!!! Felt very uncomfortable. Charged me half fare but there was 3 of them! Negatives, parasol broken, no hot water, plug in kitchen fell off, not very clean overall, stayed 4 weeks prior in sunsuites everything spot on. Requested late check out then day of check out told me no! Receptionist was very dismissive and gave impression he couldn't give sh1t! Shower room for guests leaving are absolutely disgusting, dirt, body filth everywhere, don't use shower without footwear. The dirt, flickering lights OMG be prepared. Positives are location. Sunsuites/Tezzamar 2nd time staying not sure I will stay again with you, this time too many negatives.

Well this was our 12th visit to this amazing hotel, every time we come home we miss it more and more… We always stay in a room with a whirlpool outside and it makes the holiday the balconies are absolutely amazing and far superior to any other hotel. All the staff are lovely and so helpful, cleaners are amazing and never seem to stop, Food at the pool bar and the inside cafe are great value and always tasty. If I was to have one small complaint this time it would be that the whirlpools are supposed adults only but our next door neighbours seemed to have a small baby in there’s every night, which is quiet annoying when it’s supposedly no u18’s….. other than this we had the perfect holiday at this amazing hotel and have already booked again for our next stay

Stay June 2026. Brilliant accommodation. Very spacious. Big balcony. With sun beds table and chairs. The property is as described with everything as in the brochure. Only dropped a star as a tad tired. Had a couple of small issues that were dealt with immediately. Great service. Marguerite the cleaner is very good. Very helpful. Pool good with plenty of sun beds. Happy staff in the pool bar with x2 large beers €4. Very close to Morgan Mall. 50m from rear exit. Large Spar 70m away. 15-20 mins walk to beach. Sun bed €3.50 and Same for umbrella. Market Day Port Morgan worth a visit. Bus 91 from bus station to Port Morgan €1.50 18mins Drops you right at the Market. Ferry Port Morgan to Porto Rica €8 one way.€14 return. Taxi to Europa centre €6.50 in the evening. Overall great stay in accommodation. Can recommend.

La limpieza y la ubicación

This was my 2nd time staying here as a solo traveller and I’ll be back again. The first time I stayed in the Sunsuite apartment, which I loved. This time I decided on the Sunsuite Royal, whirlpool apartment, which is the very top complex and top floor apartment. The balcony was huge and private, with two comfy sun loungers with padded cushions and a table and chairs. The whirlpool was perfect for the afternoon, when the sun gets a little bit too intense and you can get in and look out to the mountains. You decide if you want this hot/cold, as it’s has both taps to control your preference. I would recommend to start filling this early, as can take about an hour in total - I’d do this in the morning so it was all ready! The apartment itself has a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, big wardrobe and Aircon unit(only unit in the apartment). The bathroom has a walk in shower and double vanity. Living room has table and chairs, sofa bed and TV (not that I watched any TV) and the kitchen is fine, I didn’t do much cooking, but you have fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and double hob and utensils/pots and pans. The nice surprise with booking the Royal is you get, robe and slipper, Beach/pool towels and a welcome pack of 2 small bottles of Fanta, 2 cans of beer, bottle of water, bottle of wine and nuts. I would go down to the Sunsuite pool bar or Sunsuite reception bar, to get lunch, both have a nice menu. Things to remember if booking. You will check in and check out at the Sunsuite reception, Sunsuite Royal doesn’t really have a reception area. So if you booking a taxi, might be easier to do this to the Sunsuite address. To get to the commercial centre or Mogan Mall, you will just get the lifts down. There is 1 lift in Royal, 2 lifts in Sunsuite and 1 lift in Terrazamar, which will bring you to the bottom which you have a gate. I would normally do this on the way out of an evening and get a taxi back to the Royal, which cost about €4. I’d also like to give massive respect to my cleaner. She was so lovely, chatty and respectful. I’d had the same cleaner when I stayed in the Sunsuite and she remembered me straight away!

I had an amazing time here, nice break just me and my mum. My mum has mobility problems and cant walk too far and she had no problems at all, never waited long for a lift and a short walk to mogan mall through the back gate. The staff here are absolutely fantastic, from reception to house keepers and maintenance they were all an absolute credit to this hotel. We had a small issue on the first day with the jacuzzi pool which was sorted extremely quickly and professionally. You couldn't walk through the complex without a member of staff wishing you a lovely day. 5 stars just for the staff alone! As other reviews have mentioned you will not beat the size of the balconies, was lovely to have so much space. The beds were lovely and comfy, the only small problem we had with the room was bugs in the kitchen but we bought some spray and just zapped them whenever we could, this could be a bit off putting if trying to cook as always checking round making sure there wasn't any about. The area is lovely and mogan mall is great to have a wonder round in the a/c, just across the road is a large spar for everything you could possibly need. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again

Just got back from a 11 day stay here first time here so was not sure what to expect the balconies are huge , I think its the main selling point of this hotel but apart from that I found they to be pretty average, the house keeping is hit and miss the beds are really uncomfortable its just a very thin mattress on top a divan and if in sunsuits its two single beds one which has AC unit right above bed and shelf in between beds. The kitchen has all you need but the bathroom need renovated the whole complex is very tired the pool area is disgusting I have attached a photo of the damage to floor did tell them but could not care less Overall for the cost I am sure there are far better available

I arrived on the 11th of June check in so easy got to my room and was so impressed room 1110 in the sun suites the lovely touches in the room water, beer, juice and a nice bottle of wine fantastic as I arrived late at night. I booked a premier room with the jacuzzi and was not disappointed Going into the room free safe slippers which I have used the whole 12 days dressing gowns and beach towels I was so happy with the room. The staff in this complex are all so friendly and happy all the time The apartments are across from the centre so great to get to the centre I sit here writing this as I am waiting to go home and don’t want to leave Thanks again sun suites for a fantastic holiday and I will definitely return.

The property was clean and it suited our needs and was close to the swimming pool.

We thought that we booked to stay in Terramasar block as our family recommended this but we were put into Royal apartments. The website was not very clear. We thought Royal was just a name for a certain type of apartment. Our booking said Terremasar so we were too far back and the balcony wasn’t safe to use because of wild cats 😡

We had a great time here again we stayed here last year for a week and decided to come back as we really liked it here due to its location. The sunsuites rooms are great and have all the amenities you need massive balcony’s air con and safe included also a big fridge freezer. We went round the pool and the food was really good for lunch etc they even do a happy hour too. As other reviewers have put yes the rooms are slightly dated but they are very clean and we have had no issues with it. We had a late flight home and was able to keep our room till 6pm for 30 euros. We will be back

An absolute luxurious experience! It's probably the best cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in. The balcony was huge, had 2 sunbeds, a table, 3 chairs, and a parasol. It was also a very private setting that overlooked the Mogan mall and shopping centre. We were situated on floor 3, which was fantastic as we didn't have far to go to exit the back gate and out to where all the pubs, restaurants, spar supermarkets, and mogan mall all within easy reach. The staff here are extremely helpful, and the housekeeping is 10/10. Highly recommend! It's rated as a 3☆, but I would give it 5☆

Lo lejos que estaba que estaba del ascensor y la piscina. Para entrar y salir solo se podía por recepción las otras puertas estaban cerradas, por lo tanto tenía que caminar todo el pasillo cada vez q tenía que salir para algo.

We've been coming here (sunsuite@servatur.com) 20 + years, twice a year, the amount of people we see returning every year, says something, the s/s has the biggest balcony s, ( sun facing ) table. Reclining chairs, parasol, sun beds, clothes horse, the biggest pool, pool bar etc, plenty of sunbeds,(maybe not summer holidays) best location for bars. Restaurants etc, walking distance beach , even though this is on the side of a hill, take steps, or lifts to the bottom, brilliant rooms, tv,(itv bbc, everything needed in the kitchen (including big fridge/freezer, rooms cleaned 5 times a week shop,bar. A bakery, the best staff on reception (adella) all round, brilliant

The location was excellent, so near the Commercial centre and was so peaceful. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the beds were very comfortable and lots of wardrobe space. The fact that the safe and aircon was f.o.c was an added bonus also there was no deposit to be paid on arrival. The balcony was a great size and got the sun all day. We were in the Terrazamar on the 4th floor and for the 14 days we never once had a problem with the lifts nor did we see any cockroche there. The pool area was spotless and the water in the pool was all the same depth so very safe for children All the staff we met were lovely from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies

The lighting in the bedroom could be brighter other than this there was nothing to dislike

Stayed here at least 20 times I must say arrived back this evening This place really needs a refurb. Our patio door handle was hanging off. Had to use a knife to lift the lid of the kettle place looks dirty now towels are past their sell by date Really don’t think we will stay here again. Such a shame as the hotel Is situated in a convenient location Really disappointed this time 😞

Our third time here, nothing puts us off from giving 5 stars. yes it needs a bit of TLC I could point out some paint issues, but I could in any home were to visit. We class this as a home and are never happier. From stepping in and meeting the amazing staff, across the spotlessly clean area to the lifts again always clean. Some people have said about having to get two or three lifts Well this is better than steps and stairs. The rooms have everything, beds comfy, views amazing, even English TV channels . Balcony you have to see it to believe it. When you are sat in the sun, you can see hotels across the valley still in the shade. We didn't even use the pool this year, we stayed on our wonderful balcony with sun beds, and other furniture. Then to the bars, down the lift across the road to sister hotel, down their lift and you are NO STEPS . Thank you again for a wonderful holiday, see you next year or maybe later this one

Still a great location but starting to get a bit shabby. We had a whirlpool suite bottom floor by the roadside. Very peaceful throughout the day ang gets the sun till about 6-30pm from 8am. Handily placed for the Commercial Centre. The Spar and Mogan Mall. Beds are still uncomfortable with a small thin mattress. Bathroom needs a tidy up as does the kitchen which again was full of ants which we expected with being ground floor. Living room sofa had a cigarette burn in which should be addressed surely. Only 3 English channels bbc1, itv and a American channel. Went up the pool area a couple of times Still a good area. To summarise great location, great staff but needs updating

I’ve always loved the terrazamar but we were allocated a room on the ground floor. We had a jacuzzi on the terrace as well as the expected sunbeds, table and chairs. We knew to expect a complimentary bottle of water but were also given champagne, bottles of Fanta, cans of beer and some nuts. We also had the pleasure of pool towels, robes and slippers. Very unexpected but made our stay even more special for my husband’s birthday.apartment’s are ideally situated and accommodated all our needs

My wife and I visited this hotel in Dec and we had room 614, this time we had room 607. In Dec if I recall I said even though we loved the rooms and the easy accessibility to the bars restaurants etc that the rooms although clean and tidy and the cleaning ladies did a excellent job, but for the money you pay for the hotel which looking at the websites ie Jet2, on the Beach and Tui to name 3 is by no means nowhere near the cheapest but imo defo need a refurb in all areas. The shower in our room 607 although very good needed regrouting from top to bottom, the door needs a good lick of paint as does the ceiling outside the the shower room as it had water marks on the tiling. Really this particular apartment needs a lick of paint in all areas. The air con was inc in the price and was good and was needed as the weather was hot. The safe was also inc in the price. Balcony was massive with 2 loungers, 2 chairs and a table. Kitchen had a newish large fridge freezer, and all the cooking implements needed. Pool area very clean and spacious as was the reception area. With what I have put you would have thought it should be a 4☆ but as I say for the money you pay the rooms defo need a touch up to bring them upto a standard expected. I spoke to other holiday makers in the hotel and most of them were in the same opinion as me but may not have commented on trip advisor etc.

The terraces. Lots of storage space in the apartments. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Lifts!! Huge bonus.

No information was given: That you can walk through the other hotel to get to the main road, Reception phone number, breakfast. Also Do Not Feed the Pigeon signs should be placed in more areas: Lifts, stairways.

We are just back from spending two weeks at Terrazamar our 8th time staying here. We booked a high floor and were allocated an apartment 608 on the sixth floor which was ideal. Great apartment with a large terrace which got the sun from 8.35am until 5.45pm and is furnished with sun beds, table and chairs. Water bottle in the fridge on arrival which was much appreciated. Safety deposit box in bedroom and shower gel is provided. No problem getting a sunbed anytime of the day. Great location, with easy access via back gate, 5 -10 minutes walk to Morgan Mall shopping centre and 20 minutes to Puerto Rico beach, another 20 mins coastal path walk to Amadoras beach, well worth the walk. Complex was clean, staff friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Best apartments in Puerto Rico, plan to return next year.
