The hotel was okay and overall the stay was average. The staff was not very professional or well-trained, and the service was quite slow. The system was not updated quickly, which caused delays in adding requests or services. There was no valet parking service available. The dinner menu had only 3–4 options, and the same limited variety was offered repeatedly. The breakfast also had very limited options, with only 3–4 items. The area outside the room was not clean and had visible stains and marks, which affected the overall appearance of the property. Overall, the hotel was just average. The property has potential, but the staff training, cleanliness, service speed, parking facilities, and food variety definitely need improvement.

Good hotel and nice stay, center of city

Hello hotel amarpreet management team I am D N Chandra here I have checked here in this hotel on sixth of this month. I found the that ambience hygieneof the hotel premises is good. Entire area of the hotel premises is kept very much hygiene. The entire staff members are very much professional and cooperative. Paricularly Mr Anand and Mr Sudhir have been cooperated all the times.. Further, I want to appreciate house keeping staff Ms Mangala and Ms Ashifa for their good services, special thanks to Mr Anand and Mr Sudhir. Thank you D N Chandra

The AC was not working. There is no fridge. Basic facilities were not delivered.

Hotel AMAR food is very excellent room and cleaning hygiene. Excellent food was very delicious in restaurant, specially service provider, Mr. Anand Dandge and we will visit again this hotel. We booked two rooms for our family and stayed for one night. Overall, the experience was pleasant, though not exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably maintained, but the furniture appeared somewhat dated. One of our rooms faced the street, and the noise level from outside was quite noticeable, especially during the evening. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast at the restaurant. The food was great, with a good variety of vegetarian options. We were particularly impressed by Manager Anand, who regularly checked on guests. His attentiveness and hospitality were greatly appreciated. The biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed during our stay, as we had been looking forward to using it with our children. Overall, a decent stay with excellent hospitality and breakfast, but some improvements to room furnishings, sound insulation, and guest facilities would enhance the experience further.

Sakshi at the reception was our true saviour. We got the room probably one of the best. The stay and service was super comfortable and the service was super fast. Food you name it, they had the best. Breakfast they have a decent spread. No complaints. Only good moments and experience. Had travelled with my daughter for tournament and the entire arrangements right from rooms to meals was impeccable. The location is good, staff very cordial. Clean Rooms. Spacious Rooms. Ambience good for family and solo travellers.. Very Safe. A special thanks to Vikas for his enthusiasm round the clock.

Informed to Reception that there will be 40-45mins delay in checkout due to urgent meeting still Receptionist calling and threatening for extra payment due to delay chexkout of 40mins..although as corporate min 10-15 rooms booked from same corporate. Front line Team dont know how to maintain the corporate relationship. Also Room AC was not working properly in the peak summer with no provisioning of ceiling fan in the room.

The AC in the room was not working and after insisting room was changed and the new room it was coller but not cool enough !!!

The day we reached we asked at reception if there is a pool and they said yes but they didn’t mention the pool was under maintenance even after asking twice that where the pool is located.If they are charging full amount for the rooms and their half of the services are under maintenance they don’t need to charge that much amount. There was no fridge in the rooms, no sleeper ,no comb ,no hair dryer etc ,Atleast they need to give this basic things in their rooms .

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Amerpreeth. The service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. The person handling the breakfast buffet took great care of us and was very sensitive to our needs, making our mornings especially enjoyable. I would also like to appreciate the overnight receptionist for being helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience

This hotel and service were fantastic! We had an event for over 100 guests, and Khade Ji and the team (Shivaji and others) organised an incredible show. Everything was flawless, and the service was exceptional. The food was also great. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Zimmer schön, alles funktioniert und ist sauber, gepflegt und vorhanden. Bad angenehm groß. Betten sehr bequem. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück und freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Im Gartenlokal sitzt man abends wirklich sehr schön, aber leider kann man es tagsüber nicht nutzen, da jeglicher Sonnenschutz fehlt. Wäre vielleicht eine Investition wert?

The swimming pool was closed the whole of our stay for maintenance but no maintenance was being done. Very disappointing.

Good located for a visit to Ajanta & Ellora. Big room, hot shower and good food. Our cleaner Saresh was very friendly & helpful.

I liked the breakfast and the comfort of the Hotel

The WiFi didn’t work and the Staff was not able to fix it. Later I found out myself the problem. The wife didn’t work, because VPN was active and didn’t permit login to the Hotel Network
