Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Rama International, Aurangabad

Everything.

Nothing.

The staff was delightful and caring. The property was a perfect mix of old and new.

I liked everything

Pool was good

Buffet was average ! Restaurant was far from the rooms Room size was also average

Because I took the junior suite, I was in the new building, which is modern and looks like a 5-star hotel. I would mention Anish from the kitchen, who made great pasta at the pasta station and made it to my taste (not spicy).

The food is tasty, but the restaurant is not clean, and the staff don't clean when a table is leaving to set it up for the next group. Whenever I got to the table, it was bizarre how they just removed the dirty dishes but left the rest, didn't clean the table, and didn't fully set up for the next group. If you were missing a fork or something, you needed to ask. They are using a third party as a car service; it was okay once, and not the best experience twice.

location and courtesy of staff

too little amenities, pictures were showing bathtub but in reality it wasn’t. Too expensive dinner close to 1900 per person buffet (incl tax). Very old styles building.

Great facilities. Welcoming staff and good food.

The hotel was very good, food was nice. Hk staff was good. Restaurant staff was excellent. Special call out for Kailash sir from F&b team. He was wonderful

Front office, very traansactional , not friendly. Not clear with communication and did not seem very clear with basic maths

Gym ,hygiene and restaurant staff were very friendly

Food quality can be improved

calm and peace

We were incredibly well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Ashwin, who looked after our room and surprised us with beautiful decorations each day, coming back to them after our long days exploring Ajanta and Ellora was such a thoughtful touch and genuinely made us smile. The hospitality at breakfast was equally wonderful. A shoutout to the chefs, who served us delicious dishes upon our request and the breakfast team that took such good care of us each morning. Kajal and Preeti at reception were also extremely warm and helpful throughout our stay. A shoutout as well to Lalit at the bar, who made our evening memorable by letting me get behind the bar and make my own cocktail and took great care of us at the bar. What really stood out was how warm, attentive and genuinely caring the entire team was. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it made our stay enjoyable.

Ambience and Cleanliness

Restaurants can be improved

Excellent stay

Excellent breakfast and staff service

Bathroom water going through toilet is not good

The property is good and overall the experience was. nice. i found the hotel could add a little more like small gesture and information to make the experience better

I think the breakfast menu and the service at the breakfast can improve a lot. they need a bigger restaurant tpo

The khaliya with khameeri naan we had there was great. The restaurant was recommended to us specifically for this dish. And it lived up to the expectations. Breakfast was generic though.

Nothing remarkable about the other things. Standard fare expected of a hotel of this stature. The room didn't have great views or anything of the sort.

This was clean . Friendly staff. Good location

NA

This hotel can not be categorised as a 5 star. The toilet seats were stained. I even tried to clean it myself and they are just old permanent stains. The food is not at par, the service and staff do not know how to accurately speak to guests.

The location, comfort, food quality

Three rooms were booked 2 Delux and one superior but on reaching we found that the superior room is in a different building hence we choose to stay in a Delux room only. But during payment we were made to pay for superior room and was said that as your booking is online we cannot do much. That’s actually not correct.

The staff are very polite and professional. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Housekeeping and in room services were excellent. Overall this was a great experience.

Food quality can be improved, authenticity in taste can be improved.

Nothing

First of all they charged us heavy amount and according to that service very poor....and the owner was very rude ...he was acting like he is the owner of five star hotel...dont ever visit this hotel even by mistake...at this property you cant even speak at high pitch...even if u watch tv on a moderate volume owner says (muje gandu samjh rakha hai kya? Abhi k abhi hakal dunga) ...they said they wil give extra mattress but as we asked them for it...they didn't gave that to us....even there was very normal toilet fittings...there were some terrible rules...like you cant even talk to your partner in swimming pool...just swim and go..else the staff will come and have argument with u...I genuinely suggest its a scam and waste of money

The location is very good. Green and quiet place. The room was very clean and housekeeping service was perfect.

The service in the restaurant was disappointing; I waited 10 minutes for a clean cup and felt the staff were dismissive of my requests.

Food

Very good hotel! The newer block is well furnished, immaculately clean and very peaceful with excellent soundproofing. I had a problem early on caused by bad mannered guests and the response from the manager was truly outstanding. He and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure the rest of my stay was very enjoyable.

Some of the other guests were rude and obnoxious. This is not the fault of the hotel and as mentioned the hotel staff made every effort to ensure I was comfortable.

I loved the breakfast but as I stayed 3 nights it seemed somewhat repetitive. Would have loved to have parathas but didn't know of the existence of the paratha counter till after I had my breakfast on the last day. But there was everything for all palettes. The staff were very cordial and helpful. Didn't know who to tip as there were so many staff members. Maybe a tip box placed at a strategic place would be convenient...

All was wonderful

Stay was comfortable ,front desk duty manager snared stay was comfortable .Very good gym with good equipment Room service food was good

Food at the buffet restaurant lacks variety & staff is pertually unavailable Restaurant manager is continuously unavailable & so is the staff One has to point out refills

As it was 31st Dec night there was no buffet dinner for staying in guests. It was only gala dinner which was more than required. Family with kid wouldnt opt for gala dinner as due to kid they wont opt for DJ party which was included in gala dinner. Same would be the case for people travelling with senior citizens. Staying in guests should be given exemption and more buffet options.

Property was very beautiful. Staff was very polite.

I like everything there.

BF, Dinner, HK, Staff, Ambience - All good !

Sleepless nights due to Air Conditioning System is switched off post midnight. Had to call up and ask the Maintenance Dept to switch on Chilled Water System. No point in staying in a reputed hotel to experience sleepless nights, which in fact is the basic of hospitality industry. Should this be given as a feedback ? Pls introspect !

Wry warm and helpful staff

Reception facility should be Available in new building also including check out facility
