Senator Banus Adults Only Recommended

A very good hotel - we had to book on the day on evacuation from our villa due to fire. Reception staff were excellent, friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a very spacious double room on first floor. And we enjoyed had a lovely dinner with friends in Attitude Banus pool restaurant. Friendly and courteous staff, good menu choice and quality food.

A good sized en suite bathroom but we would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than stepping in to bath for a shower.

Die Lage ist sehr gut (sehr schöne Wohngegend). Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand (toller Beach Club Seduna). Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Auch das Pool Restaurant ist sehr gut. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das kostenlose Parken ist ein grosser Vorteil. Obwohl sich das Hotel an der Stadtautobahn befindet, ist der Lärm überhaupt nicht störend.

Prinzipiell waren wir sehr zufrieden. Viele Bereiche wurden sehr schön und modern renoviert. aber zum Teil sieht man dem Hotel die Jahre immer noch an (Aussenputz, Liftanlagen). Die Suiten haben haben auf den Terrassen der beiden Stockwerke keine Aussenbeschattungen.

Based in a quiet location, a very relaxed atmosphere . Rooms were large and well maintained, cleaned every day, spotless. Good value for money as we were looking for a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back to this lovely hotel.

Hotel was amazing. Staff were so inviting and friendly from the minute we arrived. It was spotless clean. The pool was amazing. We had lovely food at the pool bar and breakfast we really nice too

Was a bit far out of town so we had to get taxis

All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful from reception to the breakfast team and housekeeping. I thought the breakfast price was a little high but the quality and choice was extremely good. If you need a taxi to go anywhere, reception will call one for you. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The room I was allocated was on the second floor and overlooked the pool. Good size room with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need but I do not like a bath with a shower over. Much prefer a separate shower as the bathroom was equipped was very slippery. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Parking was also easy and convenient. The food and drinks available by the pool were good quality and reasonably priced. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with excellent facilities and fantastic staff

We have visited the Senator many times over the years but this year has been the best by far. The pool area has been improved and is now quite simply stunning, and is maintained to a very high standard.There is a pool service all day for drinks and food, which is excellent and the staff are all lovely and helpful. We had a great relaxing stay Would highly recommend.

The Senator Banus is a very comfortable and lovely place to relax. The staff are excellent and the breakfast has lots of choice. The pool area is beautifully clean and very comfortable. The pool is clean, warm and great to use. The only negative would be the location for local restaurants.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with pool view. The pool was beautiful and the poolside restaurant/bar was perfect. Nice options to eat and drink and great poolside service. Also the breakfast staff was so nice and accommodating to my gluten free requests. Every morning they presented me with gluten free toast and pastries. So nice!

The gym was less than desirable. Very small and not enough cardio or weight machines. I would have greatly enjoyed yoga or some other group exercise classes. Also the spa was dark and quiet in an uncomfortable way. I was so looking forward to a day in the spa but I decided against it given how dark and uninviting it looked.

Great hotel. Clean, modern, great food and drinks. You do need to get taxis due to location, but 10 minutes from most popular places. Hotel staff friendly. Would stay again. Thanks x

I was pleasantly surprised on arrival at this property. Elegant mezzanine lobby area overlooking the beautiful tropical gardens & pool area was the sight which greeted me. My room (on the 1st floor) was huge with a nice balcony complete with table & chairs. The balcony overlooked the pool and outdoor bar/restaurant. The room itself features a large comfy bed (with choice of soft or firm pillows), mini fridge, coffee machine, big tv, plenty of storage, spacious bathroom, safe and fantastic - and quiet - air conditioning system. The double room was clean & immaculate on arrival and this is the first decent hotel I’ve stayed in for a while where housekeeping cleaned my room every day. I really appreciated this. They’re a super friendly team who did a superb job. In fact all the staff at the Senator Banus without exception were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet stars a wonderful lady who cooks your eggs according to your wishes. Delicious choice of dishes - as there are for lunch & dinner. Portions in the evening seem on the small side for the price you pay but the food is absolutely delicious and the waiting staff attentive & efficient. Lounging by the pool each day charged up my batteries and I returned home rested and rejuvenated. So glad I chose this hotel - it’s a gem of a place. My only niggle is that the music around the pool - although nice to listen to - continues throughout the day and evening but if you shut your balcony doors you only hear it a wee bit. That said, I will definitely be returning to this gorgeous property.

Staff are fabulous, all so helpful and always smiling. Hotel has recently spent some money on freshening up pool area, restaurant and new bar, all great improvements.

The rooms are excellent, super comfy beds and linens, powerful shower, cold AC, but they are starting to feel a little dated, especially the sofa beds and acrylic art on the walls. Also WiFi not that great.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Balkon könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim reinigen bekommen und einmal neu gestrichen werden.

i liked the vibe in the hotel liked the pool area lovely beds towels whenever you wanted The most loveliest staff everyone was friendly sky and helpful just generally very attentive and couldn’t to enough it was very nice very welcoming position was excellent. we like to walk a lot we found many different places and beach front walk way heaven with in 5 minutes from the hotel had a little back exit nice little short cut to the beach was cool

The bed was uncomfortable, the room cleanliness was not very good, and there was no kettle in the room.

The hotels website advertises 3x restaurants but only the Altitude restaurant was open. Piano bar and buffet restaurant was closed. The restaurants in the arr are all closed and the surrounding area is fairly run down. The lifts in the hotel need attention with only 1 operational. We should have been told.by booking.com that restaurants are under construction

The room was quite big and the terrace and jacuzzi area was lovely . You can relax at the terrace. Staff at breakfast were lovely .

I was on the 5 floor and when we arrived lift was broken and then only one was working.

Boendet var fantastisk. Jag betalade lite extra för att få havsutsikt men det var inget magiskt med tanken på hur litet utsikten var.

Vägen till hotellet var mycket krånglig. Det behövs skyltar. Vi körde fel minst 5 gånger. Hade det funnits skyltar hade gjort stor skillnad.

Le petit déjeuner était très diversifier il y avait autant de sucré que de salé. La chambre était grande les lits super confortable , la piscine très grande le personnel excellent et réponds toujours présent à vos demande même tard la nuit c’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu faire de ma vie je recommande mille fois .

Estuvimos en la suite selene ,la verdad que muy confortable, impresionante,las vistas inmejorables,el desayuno todo detalle al milímetro,una amplia variedad y muy sabroso todo,el personal muy agradable y servicial,en el cual debo decir que el recibimiento de la recepción espectacular ,muy buen detalle el que tuvieron con nosotros.la zona de la piscina muy acogedora, y súper relajante.Y sobre todo la limpieza súper bien.

Lo único que era un poco incómodo las avispas,por lo demás todo muy bien

El desayuno fantástico, buffert muy bien surtido, con producto de gran calidad. La piscina genial, muy bien ubicada, súper limpia y muy bien atendida. Y la habitación perfecta, limpia, baño perfecto, muy bien equipado, con productos para todo.
