It's a LITTLE close to the center. And close to grocery store

The breakfast isn't what's in the photo. Very few choices and taste like it was a left over from yesterday. The rooms are also not clean. The water on the shower doesn't drain during our first night of stay and even the next, the drainage is blocked with dirt and hair, LOL! I don't think this is a 4-star hotel. The city tax was also very expensive. It's my first time to experience this kind of "hotel" there's a lot more better hotels out there honestly.

Very clear and good for its value

When entering and leaving the parking, they should make it easier. Specially coming in, you have to get out of your car to ring in the reception. Very inconvenient! Additionally, Breakfast can be better. After paying for breakfast, at least omelet should be part of the packaging. Requiring additional payment for omelet, pancake and crepes is unnecessary.

The hotel offers underground parking for an additional €10 per night, which is very reasonable compared to other hotels. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Bardzo duży podziemny parking na kilkadziesiąt samochodów, zamykany bramą. Dojazd windą z piętra do parkingu musisz zrobić na dwa etapy, najpierw zjedź z piętra na parter a następnie z parteru do garażu. Łóżko duże i bardzo wygodny materac. Duża i przestronna łazienka. Cicho w pokoju. Klimatyzacja działa. Śniadania dobre, wszystko jest. Obsługa na recepcji i na stołówce znakomita.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo, ma purtroppo l’assistenza ha lasciato molto a desiderare. L’aria condizionata in camera non funzionava e, nonostante avessi segnalato tempestivamente il problema alla reception, non è stata trovata alcuna soluzione. La cosa più deludente è stata che il giorno successivo mi è stata assegnata nuovamente la stessa camera, con lo stesso problema ancora irrisolto. Mi sarei aspettato maggiore attenzione, disponibilità e soprattutto una gestione più efficace della segnalazione. Per il resto, tutto positivo.

Muchos comentarios indican que la localizacion esta lejos de los transportes publicos. Me gustaria dejar constancia que hay combinaciones tanto bus como metro para trasladarse desde el hotel al centro.

room was comfortable with good air conditioning especially as it was 34 outside. The hotel was in an excellent quiet location for the city which provided good access to the Milan and Monza for the F1 event.

The breakfast was not the best we have had in hotels and the pastries did not seem fresh. We attended the F1 event on Sunday but when we arrived back and wanted to use the restaurant and/or bar menu, we were told no staff were available despite being advertised open until 00:00 and a number of guests returning from F1 event. Disappointing and so we had to order takeaway. Our room was on the ground floor and we had ants in the room which reflects my cleanliness score so don't have food in the room!

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Vorallem der Mann im Frühstücksraum hatte immer ein Lächeln übrig. Frühstück lecker - grundsätzlich alles da was man braucht. Einzig beim Rezeptionist beim Auschecken hatte man das Gefühl man würde ihn bei etwas stören und eigentlich hat er gar keine Zeit für uns.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein für drei Leute, aber das ist bei Stadthotels meistens so. Zu zweit ist das in Ordnung aber zu dritt hat man das Gefühl man ist sich ständig im Weg. Das Badezimmer braucht dringend eine Reservierung. Rost- und Schimmelstellen in der Dusche. Aber es war sauber. Bis auf die Kalkstellen. Der Wasserhahn war immer kalkig. Der Klodeckel vergilbt und schief montiert.

Vom Empfang bis zum Auschecken absolut freundlicher und professioneller Service. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zimmer waren sehr gut.

2 bathrooms for our family of 5 made the trip much more enjoyable. Close location to the beautiful river. Fun outdoor bar and paddle ball court across the street (but a negative later at night).

There is only 1 pillow per person. I am asking for more. The bar and ball court across the street are nice except that they stay noisy until midnight or later.

From 🇨🇦 : The best AC hotel in town. We'll maintained,clean and no smell. Little far from Milano central. White taxi will cost u at night 13 euros and early day time 24 euros. 6 7 minutes to bus stops. Another best part around the hotel big super market( as Italian says) you can find anything . We saw some coffee shops but never tried.

Hotel is decent, but the breakfast is poor and definitely not up to 4-star standards. The cleanliness is excellent, and the garage is spacious and convenient, which is a big advantage. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but clean. Overall, the value for money is decent.

De medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam zowel bij het restaurant als bij de receptie.

De kamers zijn erg klein voor 4 personen. We hadden onze vraagtekens of de bedden wel daadwerkelijk verschoond werden. Matras( sen) waren oud en doorgezakt.Interieur oud en versleten. De douchecabine oud en versleten, douchekophouder zat los. Water afvoer was verstopt. Als je paar min langer douchte zou het water verder overlopen in de badkamer. En de muggen en de mieren ondanks dat alles gesloten was. Tapijten waren heel vies. Hotel is bij lange na niet 4 ster waardig.

Výborný hotel aj so sluzbami. Schválne som si vybral hotel mimo centra, aby som mal podzemnej parkovanie pre auto. Blízko hotela bolzadtavka autobusu s prestupom metra do centra.

Jediné malé - bola menia izba, kde boli dve dvojlôkové postele, menej miesta, ale to je len moj postreh pre komfort ubytovania.

Miły personel. Pyszne śniadania. Codziennie zmieniana pościel i ręczniki. Dobra lokalizacja, w miarę blisko do przystanków autobusowych.

Pokój dla 4 osób z dwoma podwójnymi łóżkami trochę zbyt ciasny.

I really liked the porters, Brandon and Roberto. The breakfasts were amazing, Anton is a true professional, and the courtyard is very cozy.

Most of the staff were really nice.

The A/C in the room did not work. A staff member blamed me saying the settings had to be very specific. If this is the case, why not give those instructions at check in? They planned to move me, but they admitted the A/C in the new room was not working either. They did give me a fan.

De airco werkte niet goed en kon de kamer niet koelen. En de bedden zijn erg hard, voelde aan als plank. Het ontbijt was niet helemaal onze stijl. Een continentaal ontbijt zou beter passen dan een Amerikaans ontbijt.

Vriendelijk personeel. Dagelijk opgemaakte bedden en propere handdoeken.

Dobrze wyciszone pokoje, miła obsługa

Klimatyzacja nie chłodziła w ogóle, za to mrówki spacerowały dzielnie po podłodze. Po zgłoszeniu do recepcji problem ustał, ale nie zniknął z podłogi (mrówki zabite, ale truchło zostało na podłodze) poza tym bardzo mały wybór śniadań - z warzyw dostępna jest sałata trochę ogórka i niewiele pomidora. Z plusów to bardzo przyjazna obsługa, sympatyczny ochroniarz i dobrze skomunikowany hotel z resztą miasta.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Private garage was a perfect solution for us.

Cleaning of the room was very approximately and air conditioning fan was very loud all the time. Breakfast could be improved, but indeed good.

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, les chambres sont très petites et vieillottes. Les lits doubles sont minuscules et le confort de la literie pas au top. La douche est tellement petite qu'il y avait de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner pas très varié. A part les œufs le reste n'était pas super bon.

Самая худшая гостиница которая могла быть в Италии, начиная с персонала заканчивая с завтраком. Персонал не дружелюбный, дали заполнять множество бумаг и подписывать, самим заполнять и сразу деньги брать наперед за все, что можно взимать, на двоих в номере на несколько дней стоит одно 0,5л вода. Комната не чистая, не говорю о душевой, все в волосах. Завтрак ужасный!!! Не советую не кому посещать эту гостиницу, только как было видно приезжали группы на автобусах, думаю предлагалось выгодное предложение. Одним словом Ужасс!!!

(mimo ze od centrum +/- 5km to wlasnie to mi odpowiada ponieważ tutaj juz zaczynaja sie lokale do ktorych chodzą sami Włosi, czyli skacznie i nie tak drogo jak w centrun) Dojazd. Startując z Dworca Centralnego polecam meteo m3(?) + autobus linii 43. polecam wysiąść przystanek wcześniej niz pokaże google maps.

Byla sytuacja (x2 lub x3) kiedy drzwi do pokoju otworzyły sie przy większym nacisku. Zamki do wymiany.

} I booked three rooms for seven guests. I had no issue paying the city tax since it was clearly stated before booking. However, charging an additional €40 per extra guest was unreasonable, especially considering the room capacity. The daily parking fee was also expensive. The reception staff were not welcoming or helpful. What concerned me the most was being asked to write my credit card details on paper, even though the reservation had already been paid through Booking.com. I believe this is an unsafe practice, as anyone could potentially misuse that information. The air conditioning was very poor and made the stay uncomfortable. At check-out, we were told there had been a mistake in their calculations and were asked to pay even more. Since I had a flight to catch, I didn't have time to argue about their accounting error. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel

The hotel is modern and in the heat outside we appreciated that airconditioning was working well. Our room was clean. Nothing to criticise.

Mosquitoes. Just a minute outside the building and there were already about 5 mosquitoes flying around one person. For the same reason it was not a good idea to open the window in the room.

Ekkert spes morgunmatur, hótelið var í nálægð við miðbæ en samt ekki í göngufæri.

Á fyrsta herberginu sem við fengum var allt morandi í pöddum en um leið og við létum vita af því vorum við færð yfir í annað herbergi sem búið var að taka aðeins í gegn. Starfsfólkið var miður sín yfir þessum auka gestum og lét vita að til stæði að taka teppi af gólfum og herbergin í gegn til að útrýma þessum vágestum. Starfsfólkið var mjög vingjarnlegt og hjálpsamt.

Check in var meget omstændeligt med lange bilag og pen og blæk udfyldelse. Må kunne gøres smartere. Faciliteterne er begrænsede for et 4 stjernet hotel.

La metro troppo lontana. Qualità della colazione da rivedere (non è possibile non ci sia la Nutella o simili a colazione soprattutto per i bambini).

La struttura dispone di un parcheggio interno e trovare posto è stato abbastanza semplice. Anche il personale si è sempre mostrato disponibile e ha cercato di fare il possibile per risolvere i problemi.

Camera La camera era estremamente piccola. Eravamo in quattro persone e lo spazio era assolutamente insufficiente. C’erano soltanto due letti e, una volta aperte le valigie, non rimaneva praticamente più spazio per muoversi. L’armadio era quasi inesistente e non c’era un posto adeguato dove sistemare vestiti e giacche. Anche il minibar era completamente vuoto, cosa che ho trovato molto insolita per una struttura che si presenta come un hotel a quattro stelle. Il bagno era in condizioni davvero poco accettabili. C’era calcare ovunque, la tavoletta del WC era molto vecchia e dava un’impressione di scarsa pulizia. La doccia era piena di calcare, non chiudeva correttamente e l’acqua usciva sul pavimento. Il soffione aveva una pressione molto debole e, durante la doccia, la temperatura dell’acqua cambiava improvvisamente con getti molto caldi, rendendo l’utilizzo poco piacevole. Il climatizzatore funzionava male e non riusciva a raffrescare la stanza. Nonostante fosse acceso, la camera è rimasta caldissima per tutta la notte. Ho dormito pochissimo e ho sudato continuamente. La finestra era in parte oscurata da una pellicola, rendendo impossibile guardare all’esterno. Inoltre nella camera erano presenti numerose formiche e zanzare. Le finestre non sono sufficientemente insonorizzate. Essendo l’hotel vicino alla ferrovia, durante tutta la notte si sentono chiaramente il passaggio dei treni e il traffico stradale. Ristorante Il ristorante è stato la più grande delusione del soggiorno. Il bar è praticamente un angolo della reception e non è all’altezza di una struttura di questa categoria. Il ristorante era completamente vuoto e, dopo aver cenato, ho capito anche il motivo. Abbiamo ordinato, tra le altre cose, un tagliere di salumi e formaggi presente nel menù. Dopo averci servito una parte della cena, il cameriere ci ha comunicato che il cuoco non sapeva prepararlo perché era nuovo. Mi sono ritrovato a spiegare io stesso come avrebbe dovuto essere composto.
