Excellent facilities and staff! The room was lovely and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent!

We loved everything!

Great hotel that is walking distance from train station. The room was a good size and bathroom was larger than other hotels nearby with shower vs tub. Free breakfast was very good. You can opt for omelette for extra 8euro if want. Air conditioning worked amazing!

Some work being done on hotel outside, so depending on the time of day it could be heard in room.

事前に当方の要望をメールにて連絡にもかかわらず、初日はバスタブ付きの部屋ではなかった。到着時間も10PM過ぎであり初日は我慢して、翌日メールでの回答を見せて変更してもらった。初日からバスタブ付きの部屋を使用したかった。

Construction on exterior of property - scaffolding outside of room. It was quite dark in the room as we couldn’t really open the shutters with the possibility of workers walking by.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Centrale station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were good quality.

The hotel has scaffolding up and workers start at 8am. Very noisy. They were directly outside the bathroom window which had no curtains. Our bathroom sink was blocked and overall bathroom was very poor, rusty radiator for example. The sink block was promptly dealt with once reported. No tea, coffee or water in the room. On the 5th floor we could hear the restaurant furniture being moved late at night and again early morning, chairs and tables being dragged. The hotel should have mentioned the building work before we arrived in my opinion.

Camas ruins, estávamos em 4 pessoas, tínhamos que esperar para tomar banho por que a água quente acabava. Sofá cama péssimo.

Ottima colazione. Anche la cena non è stata male, con un ottimo servizio. Pecche solo per quanto riguarda gli infissi esterni e la relativa pulizia. Nel complesso, buona sistemazione in attesa del completamento dei lavori di ristrutturazione.

Currently in September 2026 having some maintenance work done to facade with scaffolding. This did not impact our stay other than not being able see out our window.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, the property was being upgraded so scaffolding on outside of building meant all shutters were closed so room very dark and no refreshments of any kind post breakfast including no chilled water in reception - which should have been essential given the high temperatures outside.

The hotel is very old also they had a renovation going on which was really uncomfortable ; the room was dark and the window was opened to a patio which renovation was taking place and you could not open the window ; I only had booked this hotel for one night and it was more than enough ; we should have been informed of the renovation while booking the hotel

The location was good, only a few minutes walk from Milan Central station. Our room was comfortable, and quiet at night (we had a room overlooking the atrium).

The reception area was dated. The front of the hotel was being refurbished. The work started at 8am and wasn't too noisy. I think the work became noisy later in the day, once residents were out for the day, so probably not suitable if you want to sleep in.

Air-conditioning seemed to struggle. Saffolding over front of building prevented access to balcony. We weren't advised renovations were in progress.

There was a particularly nice and kind worker, her name is Anna. I can say she is really doing a Great job there. I will say thank you Anna and we appreciate all your kindness and effort.

I will suggest a bigger space for smokers, and this can add more ellegance to the hotel. And also the bar should be more open because people in holidays will like to hang out for a while before going to bed.

The Andreola is perfectly located, close to the station which means getting around Milan is easy. The room was wonderful, large, with lovely amenities

The breakfast was good, but not as great as everything else was. Obviously there was work going on and the scaffolding meant we had no view out

The place is beautiful and great value for price. The toilet was massive and there is bidet. The breakfast in the morning was great and has tons of options. Very central and close to the central station of milano.

A classic hotel, cozy and comfy to be there a couple of days. We liked the lobby bar and thw restaurant in the 6th floor. All the staff was very friendly and efficient while keeping a warm trear. Locationwise, right beside the train station..

A bit overpriced being so far away from the very center in a bit sketchy area, but well...you are in Milan.

I did not expect that my bed would be a pull out sofa bed rather than a proper bed. I found that using four different keys/locks to come and go was a bit onerous.

Atendimento educado e receptivo. O conforto do hotel e as comodidades são ótimos. O café é excepcional e atende muito bem o custo um pouco mais alto do que os outros hotéis que estivemos na Itália.

Não falamos inglês e o recepcionista que nos atendeu no primeiro dia não entendia muito o espanhol. Mas conseguimos nos entender

Contratei um quarto de hotel e fui hospedado em um apartamento com 3 chaves para conseguir entrar. Acesso difícil e rua escura e perigosa. Cana péssima.

Andreola is in a very convenient location for both shopping and travelling. The facilities are great, breakfast is exceptional meeting a variety of dietary needs; the staff are wonderful, kind and extremely helpful.

świetna restauracja hotelowa. Przychodzą nawet lokalsi z miasta. Personel bardzo pomocny, uśmiechnięty i zaangażowany. Pokoje duże i czyste. Wygodne łóżko. Ładna łazienka. Blisko dworca kolejowego (5-10 min pieszo). Przy hotelu przystanek zabytkowego, turystycznego tramwaju, którym można dojechać na starówkę, do zamku, opery i innych atrakcji miasta. Dobra cena jak na Mediolan i tą lokalizację.

Elewacja hotelu jest w remoncie i obiekt zastawiony rusztowaniami. Pewnie niedługo się skończy ale aktualnie wszystko zasłania. Po remoncie na pewno zyska.

Ein tolles Hotel mit Atmosphäre direkt beim Bahnhof Termini. Die Lösung mit dem Parking klappte, unser Hund war willkommen und das Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel waren exquisit.

De vrouw die in het restaurant werkt bovenaan is fantastisch super lief aangenaam en heel enthousiast kamer was heel proper heel rustige nacht !

Habitación y baño amplios aunque este último mejorable. La ubicación a cinco minutos de la estación central de Milán te conecta por tren, metro o bus con todos los dedtinos de interés. En nuestro caso con el lago di como en 1 hora ( tren), con la catedral de Milán, en cuatro paradas de metro y con el aeropuerto de Malpensa en una hora de autobús.

Aunque el baño es amplio, la cabina de ducha es muy justa (70x70). Este tamaño del plato de ducha, unido a la mampara ineficaz resulta difícil ducharse sin que salga agua.

It was clean

To me was only a two or maximum three star hotel, definitely not 4. Asked for an extra bottle of water and they said 4 euros. only one small bottle per person per day is included in the price. Imagine in august and temperture was 36 degree. Only one electric outlet was working in hour room! During the breakfast we were asked about the room we were in three times!! When entering the breakfast area, again when we ordered coffee and when we were leaving the breakfast room!! Made us uncomfortable… We asked dor a tothbrush for my son at night and they said in the morning.. Very cheap behaviour and unprofessional. If you want a two star hotel near central station go for it…

Desayuno muy completo, excelente atención del personal del hotel, habitaciones grandes con muchas comodidades, todo muy lindo, muy buena ubicación para hacer turismo por la ciudad y por los alrededores de Milano.

Que en el desayuno el Cafe lo tenias que pedir y no era autoservicio.

Café da manhã com boas opções para escolha. Quarto muito confortável. O restaurante no andar superior tem uma bonita decoração e garçons muito atenciosos.

O box do banheiro é pequeno. Como foi a primeira cidade que visitei, não tinha esta experiencia. Depois eu ví que é uma tradição na Itália. Não tivemos sabonete no banheiro e percebi que existiam os sabonetes no carrinho das camareiras. Estavam se esquecendo de colocar.

Hotel grande com quartos espaçosos, tudo funcionou super bem. Os quartos virados para dentro são muito silenciosos, boa noite de descanso. O hotel é bem próximo do trem, porém, sem muitas opções de restaurantes por perto.
