Walking distance to major metro stations are around 10 to 15 minutes. Ideal room size.
Small room too expensive for small room. Food very exoensive.
Good hotel with connecting room
Nice modern and good location
Staff
To begin with the positives, the hotel was relatively clean. I appreciated that guests were encouraged to fetch their own water downstairs and that single-use items were avoided, that was a nice touch. As for the downsides, firstly, the location wasn’t ideal as it was a fair distance from the station. There was no kettle in the room, so I had to use the coffee machine to make tea, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, while the room was cleaned while we were out, the towels weren’t replaced. The most frustrating part was the payment. I understand paying a €200 deposit at check-in - although considering there wasn’t even a minibar, it felt somewhat unnecessary. What really left a bad impression, though, was being charged €30 at check-out for taxes. It’s probably my fault for not reading the booking details carefully enough in advance, but I still think something like that should have been clearly highlighted. All in all, including the tax, it ended up being quite an expensive stay, and not a particularly pleasant one. I don’t plan to stay here again.
Good location…close to everything but far away enough to reduce too much noise and traffic. I would have liked to be able to turn off individual lights in the room. But the room was great. Sleeper sofa was very comfortable.
Really helpful front desk staff, super clean and comfortable! Just a 10 minute walk to the train station, great location! A few Boulangeries within walking range. Also, away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. Highly recommend !
I stayed with my boys in Voco and 💯 recommend the hotel to all .. it was safe around the hotel , and RER and Metro is 13 mins walk from the hotel . The bus stops just 3-4 mins away and it was very convenient. The staff is extra helpful and very friendly . They even offered to keep my luggage safe in lobby after check out, if in case I want to explore the city . Nice find and super happy with the stay
The Voco Hotel was amazing, very clean, and the staff was nice to help prepare our room and get us in early. The hotel was near a metro which was very convenient for us to get around the city. There is also a few restaurant options within walking distance, and a delicious bubble tea shop right across the street. Highly recommend staying here.
They are let each person paid tax free for each room for each one for each night, you pay a lot. And deposit for each room for each person for each night 50 euro.. You must bring a lot of money to stay in this hotel. Crazy idea
Stylish city accommodation

The Voco was everything we had hoped for and more! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the front desk staff who immediately wished my son a happy birthday. They were so receptive! After a long stay at Disney, we came back to the hotel room to find a beautiful welcome surprise from the staff for my son! It was absolutely wonderful! The bar was excellent as well! The bartender was very friendly and the options were endless! I will only stay at this location every time I’m in Paris!!
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Definitely recommend!😊
Spent 2 nights here on Business. Clean, quiet and good restaurant. Friendly staff at check in and check out.
nice stay.. house keeping was cery good
Secure Private car park near Inner city.
Ok hotel - friendly staff - room wasn’t the cleanest and glasses and towels not replaced fully. Location ok for getting transport into the city
The customer services is amazing , clean too but quite away from the tourist points
Clean, comfortable and short walk from station. Would definitely stay there again.
Very nice hotel for the price!
Stay was good. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly, assisted with directions when needed. There was a variety of food selection at breakfast.
This hotel was amazing, just outside of the Paris ring road and the metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were in the centre of Paris in no time. The hotel is big and the room we stayed in was large with a massive bed. All facilities are amazing and I would recommend the breakfast buffet. The price on the details of the hotel was €20 per person per day but when you go to the add on it only ended up being an extra £15 for 2 people for 2 mornings. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking facility owned by the hotel, it is €24 per night but it’s well worth it for the piece of mind. It is private and secure and there were plenty of available spaces. There are restaurants a short walk from the hotel in both directions.
Great staff.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us store our bags safely before we checked into our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location, a short walk from the metro station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Beautiful property, close to train stations makes it very convenient. Front desk people is nice and kind specially Mr Israel who provided a really pleasant welcome, with his multilingual skills he provided us good advice about use of local train services and other information. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't working properly but Israel took care of the situation. Thank you very much Voco Di París for that wonderful experience.
The hotel is going thru renovations & not a good value for money
The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location is not great but an Uber to Champs Elysees would cost around 15 euros, so it’s not that bad after all.
The service was poor. The washroom could have been much cleaner.
This time around, i was very disappointed. The carpet looked filthy, the safe/coffer was not operable, the tv did not work, but the only good thing was the staff. The employees were very professional.
This hotel was equally about 30 minutes from the CDG airport and the center of Paris. The concierge was reasonably accommodating and the maid service was excellent. The reason why I gave this hotel such a low rating is because a couple of days after checking in were disturbed by construction noise coming from the upper floors of the hotel. Floors 3 thru 8 were under construction from 8 am until about 3 or 4 pm. The sound was unbearable and made sleeping and conversations difficult. This was something that should have been mentioned before booking Also, even though my room was 322 ft.², I did not care for the layout.
We had a very convenient and good stay, as we were attending a conference in the same hotel. Our initial worry was that it’ll be far from central Paris and the sights, but the metro is a short walk away, and super convenient to see the city via metro.
The property location is excellent the lobby and staff good service but the room that I was in the paint was peeling off in so many areas and the bathroom shower was very low pressure in the bathroom floor couple tiles were loose
I did like the area I did not like the attention at the hotel Stay three days with out TV and Air Condition terrible
We booked two rooms, unfortunately neither of the two rooms stood up to the standards of 4 star hotels. In one room the air conditioning was not working and the windows can’t be opened, along with bathroom defects. We contacted the staff but they couldn’t solve the issue. The second room had a faulty safe along with bathroom defects. Unfortunately we had to pay full price for these two faulty rooms.
It was great
After staying at a small hotel, it was a welcome change to a larger hotel. The front desk persons were always courteous and bilingual and even though check in was 3 pm, we were in room by 1 pm. Free bottled water if you asked the front desk instead of going out and paying for it and carrying it back and believe me, that is much appreciated. Our other hotel had our little fridge filled with drinks that they charge at inflated prices. Since it was Easter Sunday, many places were closed including nearby restaurants and the in house restaurant had limited menu items. The room was more spacious than our prior hotel in Paris and clean. I walked the neighborhood and felt safe once I got to survey the area during daylight. I even walked all the way to the Sacre-Coeur Basilica and got to see where Vincent Van Gogh resided part of the time in Paris, thanks to google maps. It was awesome to just walk the distance in a strange land and not feel lost. Lots of walking so have comfortable shoes and proper attire depending on the time of the year and consult the weather forecast to be safe. Public transportation is good and nearby and because of covid and stories of pick pockets, I did not take public transport while at this hotel. Streets are narrow and city traffic, the pandemic and strange signs all point to walking being the best option. We booked for 5 nights and our testing came thru so we managed to get air tickets so we checked out early with no penalties and no hassles.
Amazing room with nice view. Larg space. But the only thing which i dont like was the inability to open the room window.
Warning : this hotel charge your card for extras ok but twice !!! Be aware of that after check out Room was ok just ok
Third stay this year at this hotel. First stay was wonderful, the second was not great, and third is somewhere in the middle. The room and breakfast were fine, but service was literally amateur hour, with many new trainees ('stagiaires') learning the ropes. One reason to return is the temporarily lower parking rates (12€ per night), with generous window post-checkout to actually vacate the lot.
Staff very accomodating
No hotel. can be fairly judged during the covid epidemic. That said the Holiday Inn at Porte de. Clichy is an older hotel, very well situated, and a reasonable value. The staff and services are reduced, no food or bar service but that is common during these times. What staff there is is helpful. The rooms or OK but in need of modernizing.
The hotel is just 100 meters outside of Paris, but the fast train 14 will take you to most of places in Paris in no time. Two stops to Eiffel Tower three to the Louvre. The room is spacious, having stayed in Paris for a month in 4 hotels, I am ready for a bigger room, and I am delighted to see the modern large room.
Super hotel. Very helpful. Did not try the food as very expensive.
Room was very badly lit. Second night I had water in the room. It was missing night one. I left my things in the room and on returning to spend night two, my case/bags had been gone through!! Staff were not that concerned. They took a note of my name and room number on a piece of paper, They asked if anything was missing, but that was it. Almost as if it were common place.
Bathroom was dirty
Very basic facilities provided for almost 10000 a day. At 10000 a day we live like kings in Indian hotels. Basically it's like a motel at high price.
Quite location in Clichy suburb ... Clean hotel with good breakfast
Good location close to port de Clichy station . Easy access to all the attractions and metro system is easy . I loved the burgers when we ordered room service and the breakfast was good . I would recommend this hotel
Clean rooms, Lovely staff Just the wifi signal was weak
Lovely hotel. Great location.
generally acceptable for the price. Rooms are dated and bed a little uncomfortable. However, staff were friendly.
Not so nice side of town, too expensive for quality and condition of Holiday Inn. Didn't even allow us to check into room even though they we r memberss.
I had three rooms for a double family trip. It was a hot day in Paris. Two rooms were good, one had a bad small and the a/c was weak by American standards. Overall a good stay. We had to walk a few minutes and take a train for twenty to get to main Paris attractions. But it did the trick.
My stay in Paris was punctuated by having my wallet "pickpocketed" on the Metro immediately prior to arriving at the hotel. The staff of the hotel (in particular Vijay) was incredibly helpful with everything. Fortunately our stay had been pre-paid, but ordinarily the hotels require a credit card deposit - - the hotel was willing to waive the deposit. The staff was notified of my situation and was helpful from that point on. Fortunately I received a replacement card on the second day of my stay. The room was very nice and offered everything I needed. They helped to make what was a very frustrating experience much easier to deal with!
Good location and very modern and clean. Price was reasonable.
Overall a solid set up but in the middle of kind of a sketchy area of Paris.
Good location. Busy roads for driving but for pedestrians it is alright. About 30-40 mins to Charlesde Gaulle airport. Hotel is clean and well managed. There’s cafes, restaurants and mini marts just along the roads near the Porte De Clichy station.
The staff were friendly. The food was good. Location to the city was convenient. The rooms were bit old .
Room was very small, if i wanted to access toilet i had to close doors, this is more acceptable for shower but not the toilet. One evening we saw a rat in the bar (restaurant) the personal seemed not concerned at all. Otherwise room was clean good bed.
Staff (especially front desk people) was very nice ! But in the bathroom (room 709) the ceiling fan was broken and some paint on the ceiling was pealing away and following down on the bath floor.
Good condition hote with reasonable price in average area of Paris
Came for A Rugby match was very satisfied with Hotel and the staff good logistics would stay again
Everything was excellent. Very efficient and welcoming place to stay.
It is a bit far from metro
besides the problem with Travelocity cancelling our rooms and the hotel not having any rooms for us when we arrived, it was resolved by the hotel but we will see what the rates were compared to what I booked with Travelocity. the stress and heartache felt that night when we arrived in paris was not good for me and I feel like Travelocity needs to step up to some kind of responsibility because I have no desire to ever use Travelocity again since no one is admitting whose fault this error was that caused my breakdown on my first night in pari.
It was amazing but there was no food close to the hotel..
We really enjoyed the hotel. It is an easy 5-8 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The rooms were clean, the staff could speak english well and were extremely accommodating. The bar/restaurant got pretty busy in the evenings and seemed like they could use some more help, but the staff did their best to get to us as quickly as possible. It is a little out of the way for most of the tourism stops, but the metro system is so easy to use we didn't mind it at all. We would stay there again for sure!
Lot of of constructions around the hotel, location is not the greatest.
We enjoyed the size of the room for our toddler to play. Was only a short walk to the metro to get to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately on our last evening I went to have a shower and the water was barely warm. And wasn't much around to go for breakfast or a little grocery store
Hotel Ok Location is very bad Safe but far and not very nice
Fantastically fast wifi and super clean. The staff was very attentive except for bar staff, which was a bit aloof.
I was on company business excellent hotel
I had a decent business stay here, although check in and check out took absolutely ages.
Was very close to the offices of my meeting. Was clean, comfortable and convenient.
Stayed here occasionally over the last 5 years (average twice a year) and the place is starting to feel a little worn. Small tv with bad reception. Small gym with four older pieces of equipment. corridors and general appearance of the floors showing signs of the no doubt heavy usage this hotel gets. Restaurant and bar area have been overhauled though and feel fresh again. One great improvement over the years is the staff. Really make you feel like you're a guest and that nothing is too much to ask.
Okay hotel but not in a nice area of Paris
The hotel was super clean and the wifi was reliable and fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Thanks to all of the staff at the Holiday Inn Clichy - I was only in town for a one day business meeting so I arrived late and needed help with taxi's/directions to a local meeting location. The staff were all very helpful and my lack of French did not hold back any help from the staff - all spoke great English and did everything they could to be of assistance. Rooms were clean and of a good size (for Paris)
Great hotel, and the food was pretty good too. One thing it is lacking to make it my first chouce business hotel stay in Paris is a gym. Stick a gym in there and it will win hands down.
Stained carpet on my floor corridor and in the room. Very small bathroom with no space for toiletries. Small desk shared with coffee maker. No 24-hour coffee. No free internet. Too expensive for the amenities on offer.
Pros: close to Metro stop, large room and bathroom, good hotel restaurant and bar. Good pillows and bed. Room was clean but did smell musty at times. Cons: common area could be cleaner/did not smell nice; expensive wifi, staff was more busy socializing than helping customers. Not much toiletries available. No iron in room either.
Generally good service and helpful staff. Always kind and courteous but one or two receptionist ladies were very slow in dealing with queries and check out.
Good hotel for business stay, if you daily meetings are around the area. The hotel is new, and looks very clean. The dinner was good a,d the service good.
The hotel was clean and the front desk staff friendly; my room was nice, with a modern clean bathroom. My only complaint is that the metro station is farther from the hotel than I expected, and the surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired (quite a few homeless individuals and panhandlers). All in all, though, I thought the hotel was a good value for Paris.
Hotel staff was friendly and informative. Be aware - it takes a 30 minute subway ride and a transfer to get to the Louvre - "near" is over-stated Hotel is an oasis in an otherwise industrial neighborhood with no landmarks or interesting sites Area has NO late night bistros or early morning coffee houses - the only thing open after 10 for food is a small grocery store
The room was comfortable and clean. We stay her for one night. Good place to stay close to the Eiffel tower. There are rental bikes close by.
Good basic four star business hotel with friendly staff who spoke a range of languages. Taxi or Metro to downtown in around 30 minutes. Room was acceptable - some background noise from the adjacent roads, Air conditioning not very responsive.
4:oo pm was the check-in time, so we got out bus accordingly. Went to check in at 4:oo but were told to come back at 6 pm. Came back and had to wait another half hour at the key pick-up line.
This hotel was very clean and staff were accomadating but the biggest issue we had was the air conditioning in our rooms were not working. Despite having repeatedly told them about fixing our a/c in the room nothing was done. We paid very expensive rates for our room and were not happy with our room.
Good hotel the executive room is the best for a panoramic view of Paris, the metro is lose by so easy to get into town although taxi drivers seemed reluctant to travel to cliché in the evenings a bit odd . Staff and service was good the prices for breakfast a bit over the top for what you get but overall it's ok.
Good: The room I stayed in was very clean, Its probably one of the best room if not the best. I have the view the Eiffel Tower while in bed. I spent several hours a day watching the tower light up. It is also close to the Metro station making it easy to go to other Paris attractions. Bad: Internet, phone call (local) and breakfast are not free and very expensive. Getting a stay extension or stay adjustment is also very hard.
Very exspensive for the position and the food was very average but top dollar and the front of house staff could be more helpfull
MMMM
The hotel staff was friendly. Rooms small but to be expected. The location was good and close to shops and Metro station. The hotel was the most expensive in the area, and had the least amenities. There was no pool, spa and gym had only 3 pieces of equipment. Also, the food was extremely expensive at the hotel, and not much of a selection. A Coca Cola was 7 Euros!!! Most Cafe's only charge 3 Euros for the same size Coca Cola, so I was very disappointed that the staff failed to greet me with a map of the hotel that explained they had a vending machine on the 6th floor. The woman that checked me in was very friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The hotel lobby did not have brochures and or information for local restaurants and or things to do in Paris, and no phone book or book on Paris in the hotel room. That would have been nice had they had those things, as it would have helped to find things to do on a daily basis. I felt like I bothered the staff multiple times during the day asking how to get places or for restaurant and/or shopping recommendations. I would most likely recommend this hotel to a friend. However, I would suggest they look into the local hotels first, as they tend to be less expensive with the same quality standards, a great and inexpensive restaurant and same great location. The Hotel Ibis was across the street, and was beautiful with a price at 65 Euro's a night, whereas I paid 300$ a night!!!!
We used Expedia to find a hotel for three people. We ended up staying at this hotel but it only had two small beds. They had to wheel a cot in for the third person which took up any remaining room. Our cab driver advised us to be careful on the metro around this hotel as it is known for thieves. We didn't go to the metro late at night but used it around large crowds.
Compared to where we were initially Hotel Bellevue....Holiday Inn at Port de Clichy was heaven sent! The room was wonderfully decorated and the staff very friendly....not to mention down right handsome! The only issue we had was when we were greeted at checked-in we were told we could book additional nights the next morning but when we arrived at front desk the next morning, there were no more rooms available. I contacted hotels.com immediately trying to book another hotel at the last minute. The phone charges to make this change amounted to $300 USD! Totally unbearable and unnecessary!
we were very satisfied with this hotel. OK it is not central Paris but remember for that pleasure it would cost you a great deal more Euros per night. We didn't feel the location or the area of the hotel was unpleasent in any way, if anything we found the local residents very friendly and helpful especially at the metro station. Paris is a very expensive City, so bare that in mind before you travel there, you can save money on your hotel bill but once you hit the tourist areas ...be prepared to spend and enjoy !!!
Hotel OK but for a woman on her own Porte de Clichy area was run down and somewhat threatening at night
