I liked how close to the freeway it was.

I didn’t like the loud noise traffic from the freeway and from residents slamming their doors and partying after hours.

Very clean & neat. All staff members were friendly.

Great location, staff did answer questions, if asked, but speaking to visitors first by staffer always creates some connection, but that did not happen. Other visitors were friendly tho.

Nothing really, except that there was issues with the television, volume and programming.

hotel was clean & comfortable. breakfast was ok, coffee excellent. issue was AC is very loud which made it difficult to fall asleep. about 4 am sounded like water running for about 20 min. I believe someone showering in floor above but sounded like coming from our room

Stayed in a King Bedroom and it was very nice inside. It was very clean & spacious. Love that they have a fridge & microwave in there.

The pool, the ambiance, the front desk was great. Really happy we chose this place.

Great location. Breakfast had a good variety. Rooms were comfortable. Staff very nice. The morning of my arrival, someone reached out to me from the hotel confirming my arrival and if I had a room preference. Plenty of parking.

Freeway noise. I don't think it makes a difference what room one stays in. They all probably have traffic noise due to close proximity to the 10 freeway. Someone from the hotel called me the morning of my arrival and asked for any room preferences such as 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. I asked for the 3rd floor and away from the freeway as far as possible. When I got there, they only had the 2nd floor available. I did also report to the front desk when I checked out that in my room, 239, the window was open maybe a third of an inch. But the window didn't move at all so I couldn't shut it. So it allowed for warm air to come into the room (was 96-99 degree days) and also made it more noisy from the freeway traffic. I am being picky, but maybe add another cereal choice, like Cheerios or Rice Krispies.

The fast check in, friendly service and location was close to family. Also liked that our room got cleaned both days we were there. Most hotels don't do that or provide towels unless you ask!

The location works perfect for me because it’s right off the freeway, but far enough not to be exposed to the road noise. Beautiful view out the window. There’s a golf course right next-door.

The only thing negative I can say about my stay is that the rooms are not soundproof. I had guests on both sides, one with children and one with a loud mouth and it was disturbing. I ended up putting in earplugs.

I liked it was clean and they have a nice breakfast. Parking was easy and so was checking in/out. The property offers Dove product line, which I enjoyed. Staff were kind.

My room had some issues. The AC unit was VERY loud. I had to turn it off to sleep because it would wake me up each time it turned on. The alarm clock was set to 12am, which sucked. There is a switch on it so it was purposely set by someone. The shower was broken so it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The ice machine was broken on my floor.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Noise from another room kept me awake.

The wing of the hotel we were in was right next to the Interstate and we heard road noise all night long. The room was clean.

Excellent service, quick check in. I was pleased with the overall experience.

Plenty of options for breakfast - pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, sausage, cereal (froot loops, raisin bran, special k), English muffins, toast, blueberry/banana nut muffins, coffee, yogurt, bagels, cinnamon rolls, milk, orange/apple juice. Hotel not overly crowded. Location was good. Room met expectations and was very clean. Staff, from front desk to housekeeping were very nice and friendly. Couldn't hear guests next door. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Great it was near the 10 freeway, but I was on the 3rd floor facing the freeway. Very noisy - can't avoid traffic noise on the freeway. It is all day and night long. AC quite loud too but it did drown out the freeway noise at times. I was able to sleep fine as I am used to traffic noise when sleeping but it may bother light sleepers. The 2nd day, I came back to the hotel and my key card to get into the room did not work. I had to go back downstairs and front desk have to create new key cards. He said looks like they were defective key cards?

I liked how close it was to 123 Farms where my husband and I went to for the evening.

The morning breakfast wasn't the greatest. I really wanted bacon but only pork sausage and turkey sausage available. The pancakes were pretty good though. When we tried to relax and watch tv or a movie almost every channel said it was not available unless we paid. Most hotels give you a good amount of channels to choose from. We ended up watching Westerns since that was the best we could do.

The bed was uncomfortable. We woke up every day with a stiff neck and aching back.

Great breakfast! Delicious cheese omelet and turkey sausage. They have a very good selection for breakfast. We had Cinnabon, muffin, fruits and more. It was one of our favorites! The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We a had a great stay! Highly recommended.

We stayed at this property on our way to San Diego. It is also near to Deserts Hill premium outlets. There is complimentary parking lots at the hotel. Drinks are available whole day. Complimentary breakfast is delicious too. Staff is friendly too.
