Hotel key card didn’t work, stayed for two weeks. They never fixed it brought it up several times and never got fixed. Several other people had same problems. Staff was somewhat rude too. They had to open my door every time I got to room.

We had a major issues with bugs and roaches coming out of the cracks of our room and our microwave had such a bad smell i wasn’t even able to use it.

I have stayed here several times & every time there is some sort of issue with my reservation whether it be ¹.Double Charging (never received refund or compensation) ².Claimed to never Receive paid reservation (never compensated & had to pay again) ³.Booked & paid for room & they didn't have any rooms available. had to go somewhere else & never received refund from them ⁴.Removed by police for non payment (the payment was located later In the day but never refunded) ⁵. Forced to leave & never compensated because the maid said we had animals because the towel had yellow stains(urine) But we never had an animal it was actually alcohol spilled the night before

The staff called the police & had me removed for NON PAYMENT even tho I PAID for my room. after I proved the payment then they removed me anyways because there were unauthorized guest but the only 3 people there was my husband & my small child which both checked in with me. they also refused to refund my payment. so my we are now sleeping in our car tonight with my 3 yr old baby
