Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Rochester Webster by IHG

Outstanding property. Great outdoor patio with a path to beautiful pond, and walking trail. Excellent staff all around

Clean, new, and convenient location

Too sterile, no character, and too expensive for such a plain decor.

Room was fine

The fact they entered the room when we were still there. They enter the room to clean and we had all our belongings in there still. Had money in our purse me and my sister did and my nephew's phone was on the stand. If they seen belongings in there then they should of stayed out until we came back and got permission from us to enter with all our belongings in there

Very conveniently located

Close to everything I needed. Very clean and accessible

Clean, good location for us, good hot breakfast every morning.

Beds were too hard. Not comfortable at all.

Favorite aspects were the refrigerator in the rooms had a freezer part, was nice to be able to refreeze our ice packs for our 6 hour drive back home. The beds were very comfortable. Room was large enough to fit a pack and play and still had room for my 1 year old to play. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast the second morning was not that great compared to the first night. There were no towels at the pool (we went at 10 in the morning). The pool was not very warm, but had the option of a hot tub. Wish there was the option to be able to hook up Netflix or YouTube on the television.

Convenient location for our trip plans. Indoor pool and complementary breakfast.

Doesn’t offer shuttle service to and from airport.

Nice and clean Hotel

The whole hotel are nice and clean bedrooms are clean

Everything

Location, very clean, staff is always friendly

Just a great hotel. Wonderful room.

Nothing.

We would have loved to use the pool, but we did appreciate the advance warning that it was out of service.

Cleanliness, friendly, quality of breakfast. Comfort of room

Cars parked right at my window

Perfect...food was excellent!

Not bad

Everything was great. We were to stay two nights but because of the pending blizzard we had to leave after one night to beat the storm. I would love to get a refund, even partial, for the second night

The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The hotel lobby was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to a good shopping area.

Great hotel

We loved the location. We loved the comfortable room, and pool/hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The tubs should have tub mats or something so they weren’t so slippery. My sister in law almost fell in the shower. We did get a tub mat brought to us but every tub should have one with out asking for one. The freezer in our room was moldy and gross.

Good

Staff, room, breakfast, and location were all very good.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. The whole facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly & welcoming, the breakfast delicious.

Not a thing

Everything

Great many hot choices

Everything was good to my manner.

Grits with cheese for breakfast ,the website should explain a standard room doesn't have two beds.

Everything. Annaysa ( spelling?) At the front desk was so helpful. I had so many questions and she always answered them with a smile and told me anything I needed she was there. She was amazing.

Nothing.

Clean and professional

The staff was friendly, but when we arrived in our room, there was a bag of chips on the ground next to the bed. There were crumbs on the night stand, and the bed looked ruffled as if someone sat in it. We were very tired, so we slept but we were quite uncomfortable with the condition of the room. We took pictures of the condition once we arrived. Other than that the stay was decently pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good. Just wish some sort of compensation was offered for the state of our room.

Clean and everyone was friendly

N/a

Bed, breakfast, walk in park

Elevators rails, walls and floors dirty/sticky yuck

Best staff ever. My granddaughter left a toy in lobby and they brought it right up to our room.

Clean room and friendly staff

There was a party going on on the patio that woke me up at 2:30 am. I was on the 4th floor and could still hear them clearly. This went on till at least 3:00 am9

My room was very clean and bedding/pillows quite comfortable.

I really loved how efficient and cleanly the space was, the staff was wonderful, and I appreciated the heavy duty locks that every room has. I felt safe and comfortable!

You can only request a later check out if you're part of their membership program :( But It's completely understandable!

Probably need to upgrade your washer and dryer. We normally come yearly for an entire week, and we like to wash everything before heading home. But the staff were amazing! ❤️

Last minute stay! I tried to book directly from Holiday Inn but they cost almost $100 more than Expedia!!! The room was very clean and large! The elevators and hallways were not clean! Lots of dirt and mud in elevators and trash outside of rooms. Will stay again because it was clean and quiet

Nice place

Friendly staff.

all was good.

Pool room could have been cleaned and maintained better. Too many spiders in equipment, chairs and exterior shower area.

I’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints.

Always great.

Perfect location, friendly staff.

Night blinds didn't work.

Nice staff clean room

It was only an overnight stay but it was absolutely wonderful! Tristan was at the front desk checking us in and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! Very professional and personable!! Room was exactly what we needed for the evening and breakfast the next morning was perfect!

Everyone at this property was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance people. The breakfast was great and on time. This was our first experience with a Holiday Inn in years, and we were delighted. We usually stay with Marriott.

Clean, roomy, couldn't have been better.

.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel for our family.

Fabulous location with immediate walkable access to North Pond's Park, clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, and the continental breakfast was better than what you'd typically find at a hotel. Great stay!

Excellent breakfast

I would rate this hotel ten stars over the top if possible. Very friendly, very clean and quiet, very accommodating, great breakfast and many other amenities all at an affordable price. Our compliments to the staff and property.

We stay here every time we are in town.

Hotel and staff are just plain awesome. Especially for the price.

Nice

Well maintained hotel with nice pool and gym, quiet area with nice ponds and trails nearby; kind staff Only thing is they should change or clean a/c filter more often as smell in room says it has not been for too long

It was in close proximity of where we were visiting .

Access to juices after breakfast finished in the morning. The WiFi should be a little more explained, like logging on. A step by step instruction to get logged on.
