The location was absolutely perfect! The gym was clean as well.

The trash cans near the elevators were overflowing and smelt horrible when we arrived. It was after midnight but not a great 1st impression.

This was a new experience for me. This hotel was great for longer stays, since I was there mostly for business. It was in a great location. There are plenty of amenities nearby. The breakfast was great, cold and hot options available. Rooms were clean, and it was pet friendly. I love that they didn't have carpet, and the AC worked great for the humid Houston climate. The staff were really friendly, and knowledgeable about the area if you needed help finding something or a service. A shopping mall is walking distance from the hotel, but it's best to have a car because there are no sidewalks for pedestrians. Coffee and tea was available 24/7 at the front desk. Service was by request, which was nice..

The area is not pedestrian friendly, but it's not something the hotel can affect. I also wished there were coffee makers/hot water boilers in the room

Location is perfect. Avails itself to give clients a wide range of shopping options and very nice restaurants. The hotel itself is clean. Not to mention a very nice clientele. I have to stay at this location many times and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are fine and normally clean. There is no guest laundry and the fitness center is very basic. The breakfast bar serves an intentionally terrible breakfast, it’s not free or complementary Hilton doesn’t do anything for free. It’s dangerous as well, eggs and turkey sausage served at room temperature. If your company expects you to consume the “free” breakfast, go somewhere else. It wasn’t always this way, but this is the new Hilton trend.

I stayed at this hotel in April. We dealt with issues with people standing outside of our room holding full-on conversations with others down the hallway before 7am. We ended up opening our door and asking them to move on. I know this is no directly the hotels fault, but the fact that there is no insulation to minimize the noise is an issue. We found that the door to enter by the pool did not work, so we had to walk further around to access the building when parking at the rear of the hotel. The final straw for me is that they came back and charged me $10 extra for a washrag stating that I had ruined their property. A washrag. Really? I have over 86K points from stays with this organization and you are going to charge $10 for a washrag. Please prove to me that the washrag that went into the industrial washing machine with all the other washrags from the floor and came out with makeup (the only thing I could have put on a washrag) was mine. I've stayed at Hilton's internationally and I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again over $10. Great customer service, y'all. You lost a loyal customer and numerous future stays over $10 and a washrag.

Location is near the mall and numerous restaurants which is great. Staff was very friendly and even let us check in almost an hour early for no extra fee.

Great breakfast and plenty of seating. Even a foosball table down there. Liked the property, and it was next to Costco where we could get cheap gas. Plenty of restaurant options nearby, too. We stayed here the night before sailing out of port of Galveston. Perfect.

Very loud noise in my room. All night it sounded as if I was being microwaved and no, this was not the sound of my own air-conditioning in the room . FYI, I sleep with earplugs so this was particularly loud. Very rough coverlet on the beds.

Nice hotel, great value and great location for our trip. Convenient to Costco and restaurants. Nice front desk staff. Breakfast in the morning worked out great. We only stayed one night - a bit of road noise at night but I think that's because it was very cold outside and sound travels faster and farther. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Location was great. The decor and multiple areas to relax in the lobby was very nice although i didn't get a chance to use them during my stay. Hopefully will get to next time.

The staff upon my arrival. There was an issue with the card I had on file. I tried to use the key on the app and it didn't work. When i approached the front desk with the issue, she was not very courteous. Didn't offer any explanation as to why i was unable to use the app to check in. Just told me that i needed to pay at the desk. Then I had to ask for a physical key because i wasn't aware that the card i had on file was not activated and that was why i was unable to use the key on the app. I requested 2 keys but was only given 1. When we arrived we were the only ones there, we were trying to buy items for the room, like water or snacks. But she immediately turned away and didn't offer any assistance. We very loudly said multiple times, how do we pay for these, or what was a price and was ignored. So we were unable to purchase anything and had to go to a near by convenience store. Which was not an easy task given the location on the highway.

Location was great. Staff and cleanliness was great. Breakfast was good; we especially appreciated the hours breakfast was available.

We had the standard king room - it was not very spacious. The towels were not very soft.

Good location with free parking

They charged $10 because my child used a washcloth and left makeup on it. They did not wash it before charging me extra. The charge appeared right after check our. They did not have alternative for makeup removal. I do not trust this policy. I won’t be back to Hilton.

Only the location

First of all, the breakfast was extremely disappointing – almost no variety at all. When we got to the room, it was noticeably small. The pillows were literally paper-flat, the mattress was too small for two adults, and the blankets didn’t even have proper covers, which felt very unhygienic. There was no kettle or microwave in the room, which you would reasonably expect at this price point. The fridge was essentially useless – we stored some food in it and it went bad because it wasn’t working properly. There was also nowhere to properly store our clothes, so we ended up living out of our bags. The AC was another major issue. It barely worked and the room was uncomfortable most of the time. Considering how much I paid for this hotel, I feel completely cheated. For this amount of money, I could have easily stayed somewhere far better. This stay felt like a scam, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked the price, the friendly staff and the location. The bed and the TV were large. The 24-hour coffee was fantastic and I could get good work done in the lobby. I liked Apple TV+ that I could connect to my account.

The room was small, basically just enough room to walk around the bed. There was no closet or chest of drawers. The shower door wouldn't stay closed. There was no place to sit and watch the gigantic TV set.
