This is by far the best staff in Raleigh. Everyone genuinely cares about my stay every time I am in town. They make me feel like this is my home away from home. Thank you to Liza and the team!

Came to Raleigh for a work trip. Location was a simple 2 mile drive. Hotel was easy accessible to get everywhere around Raleigh. The pool and gym were a huge bonus. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies every day and the water and coffee kept me hydrated and energized. Staff was kind and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Luckily had a work perk to enjoy breakfast for free. Overall a perfect place for me to stay for my work trip

Rooms were recently remodeled and refreshed. First room had broken AC. Front desk issued me a new room immediately. When cold AC! Will be back next time I visit Durham!

I would give it a five but we were told when we checked in we had to pay 10$ a day for parking. I mean, seriously, I’m paying for the room and I don’t even get parking?

This Holiday Inn is clean and pretty new. Accommodations are comfy and the room has lots of outlets and USB ports. All in all a very pleasant place to stay. A little noise from jets taking off but not too bad.

Location was perfect, we were diverted tom Raleigh/Durham airport because of the storm over the East Coast. We called the hotel when we landed and got our bags, the airport shuttle was easy to find and only took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Check in was great, the staff member at the front desk was SO HELPFUL and kind. Our room was nice... We were only in it for 6 hours, but the bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well and the shower was hot and refreshing in the morning!

The room was clean and mattress comfortable. The blinds didn’t work correctly (electronic wall operated) but otherwise everything was great. Snacks and sandwiches available for purchase and water, tea, and k-cups available in the room.

We liked how close the hotel was to the airport and that they could shuttle us at 4:00 am. Extremely clean and comfortable

We were disappointed to find that the bar with the TVs was closed on the weekend, so we weren’t able to watch the World Cup semifinals. Afterward, I reread the hotel description and noticed it only mentioned that dining is available on weeknights. To avoid confusion, the hotel should clearly state that the bar is closed on weekends or specify its weekend hours if it is not open.

I really enjoyed the location, cleanliness of the room and Nya who works the later shift.

Clean room well maintained, I would book with confidence

This was considered the overflow hotel for a conference I was attending. The hotel provided shuttle services to and from the other hotel. Each time we called they were there within 10 minutes. I left a very valuable item on the shuttle and before I realized it was missing the hotel was notifying me that they had it in the lobby for me! The employees at the front desk were very friendly and polite! Shuttle to and from the airport arrived on time and got me where needed on time!

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport by IHG. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained from the lobby to the guest rooms. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed, plenty of space, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location near RDU Airport, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping options just a short drive away. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent customer service, and a comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable hotel in the Raleigh-Durham area.

One of the best IHG hotels in Raleigh and super close to the airport . The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pleasant! Thank you IHG for a cozy and safe hotel stay. :-)

This is a very nice Holiday Inn. The staff was kind and respectful. The room was clean and quiet. It had a really comfortable bed and great pillows.

They charge you $10 for self parking even if you are just staying a short time overnight On top of that they charge for Breakfast which I understand can be acceptable… But save your money and go to another nearby hotel that does not charge for Self Parking

The room was spotless. It was so modern and so clean in the front desk. Young lady was very nice. I will definitely go there againwhen I have to fly out of RDU and I didn’t know that I could leave my car there pay $10 a day to park and get the shuttle the airport. I will know next time thank you Holiday Inn Morrisville it was awesome

This was at the end of a 3 week trip. So we were staying overnight. Always a pleasure to stay here.

The staff were so friendly and so caring. I was there are a pet surgery at UNC. I was so nervous wreck, and had to cut my stay cut. They were so understanding and only charged me the one night and not the all week. The location was not too far from the university and the airport was never heard. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was so good. When the surgery is scheduled again, I will be staying here.

Wasn’t too impressed with the check in. It was very rushed and I was kind of brushed off so the girl at desk could return to a private call. Little disappointed the restaurant was closed.

We always stay here when flying out of Raleigh for travel. The hotel is perfect! The beds are super comfortable, and we normally just grab a meal at the restaurant in the evening or breakfast in the morning. They have a shuttle that will take you to the airport terminal and pick you up when you turn. I really like that! Great staff and so convenient !

We stayed at the end of our cruise for the night. Their shuttle picked us up from the airport. We called after we got our bags and they were there within 10 minutes. We had a little confusion on the charges but they were cleared up when we checked out. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay again.

This a great hotel close to the Raleigh airport with complimentary shuttle service. The rooms are comfortable and the gym has a nice assortment of machines and weights to get a good workout.

Clean and good location. Only complaint was that I requested a 2pm checkout (which was given due to my status, however, I had housekeeping knocking on my door at 12pm (even with do not disturb sign). Need better communication with housekeeping staff for late check outs.

IHG Diamond member for 10+ years and thinks hotel is top of list for staff pleasantness, location, hotel appearance etc. Great location for some local businesses as well as to UNC etc. Hotel is close to RDU and airport transport is great feature! Staff is TOP SHELF as I mentioned at the opening of this review. Hotel website calls out James at the bar/restaurant are, and were is correct, go and meet James! Ge has his finger in the pulse of it all, amazing service, fast and prepared with your drink and food! Aside from that, conversation and knows incoming regular guests. Just an amazing hotel and James was the icing on the cake!

Excellent service! Staff at evening check-in as well as super-early morning check-out were very pleasant & helpful! The room was spotless, smelled fresh, & the Dove toiletries were fantastic! The bed & pillows were ridiculously comfortable & the blackout curtain was INSPIRED! Great Wifi, even HBO! Lots of parking & even snagged a place I could see from my room! Yay! Lots of night-time parking lights too! Brilliant! Excellent location for RDU. Thanks so much!

Noisy guests in the elevator area, but you can't have everything!!!! But that is the only negative!

When you pull into the parking lot, you wowed by the beauty of this property!! After finding a parking spot, we checked in. Now, it was 9:45pm and we were a little late. That was no problem for our check in, because the lady that checked is in Was smiling and cheerful!! Somehow, we made a mistake in our reservation, because I had Read online that breakfast was included. She apologized and told us we didn’t get that package. I was disappointed, after listening to her give an explanation and showing us where we went left instead of right. The room was very nice! Had a small Keurig, with 3 pods and two small bottle of water. The bed was comfortable and the shower was HOT!! I loved the shower head-lots of options!! The free coffee and strawberry water, downstairs, was GREAT!! We will be coming back in October and I already know where we are staying!!

We were very impressed with the Holiday Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport. We were greeted upon our arrival and check-in was quick. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We were very impressed with the full line of Dove toiletries, as well as the refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the clearly marked choice of pillow firmness was great. The sheets felt very luxurious. We enjoyed the conversation with James the bartender - don't miss meeting him during your stay! Our airport shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. We will definitely recommend that any of our friends flying out of RDU stay here & we will be back!

This is my only hotel I stay at for traveling out of RDU. On this trip my first flight on my trip to Hawaii got cancelled due to severe weather in Charlotte and so I had to either stay in Raleigh or take the next flight to Charlotte and lay over there. It was a no brainer. I stayed in Raleigh where I knew I would enjoy another night.

One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at a hotel, amazingly attentive breakfast staff and a great location. Would stay again when in the Raleigh area!

Place was alright just found it ridiculous that breakfast was 15.99. Given that I payed 175 for a night you’d think breakfast would be included like any other decent hotel. I don’t have a problem paying that anywhere else but honestly you can just go to Bojangles down the street for a cheaper price. And trust me other guest felt the same because I saw a handful of guest walk in with Bo jangles.

I would say the only downside to my stay is the fact that they allow semi truck parking.Unfortunately, the parking is allowed directly up against the building.So if you're on the back side , it is extremely difficult to sleep as the trucks are running all night long. The hotel is clean and staff is extremely friendly.

My stay at Holiday Inn was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The check-in process was quick and easy, and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bed was so cozy that I slept like a baby! Everything I needed was right there, and the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing, which made the stay even better. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It felt safe, inviting, and perfect for a getaway. Great service, great hospitality, and a great experience all around. Great location for my needs and the rest is just what I needed. The room was very quiet and its bed was very comfortable.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when flying out of RDU, and it continues to fit my needs, but this most recent visit truly exceeded my expectations. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop behind (cue the panic). The staff went above and beyond to locate it quickly, coordinate with me right away, and ship it out that same morning so I would have it for my trip. Their sense of urgency, kindness, and professionalism made what could have been a travel disaster completely manageable. I’m incredibly grateful. Beyond that, the shuttle service is always quick and convenient, the rooms are consistently clean and quiet, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been more than accommodating. It’s rare to find a hotel team that genuinely cares the way this one does. This will continue to be my go-to whenever I’m flying out of RDU. Highly recommend!

People were nice. Room was fine save for the gross mark on the floor. I reported the nasty poo like stain and it wasn’t removed. Food ok. Everything ok. It’s an airport holiday inn — my only complaint was the poop on the floor

The staff were courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable. My room was VERY clean, comfortable bed and good water pressure for the shower. Overall the grounds were tidy & clean as well as the lobby. If on business there, I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay. Hotel was super clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. Everything was great. Only complaint is when I was leaving on 02/16 at 4:49am I called for a shuttle and the young lady at the desk stated she would call the shuttle for me. I went downstairs and after waiting a bit I asked again and she told me 15 minutes. After waiting a bit, I asked again at which time she tells me he wouldn't get there until 5:30am. My flight was boarding at 6:25am. I called an Uber and the shuttle pulled up at 5:24am. He then told me he comes every 30 minutes which was not relayed to me by the front desk personnel. She just seemed very young and uncaring really.

The location is good, the hotel common areas and rooms are clean. The front desk staff are either professional and friendly or standoffish and not very helpful. I came in the middle of the storm and stayed for a couple of days. So I got to interact with most of the staff. The dining staff are very good. Just sort of a mixed reception. I find most really good IHG properties have more consistency in their customer service.

Quiet, clean, nice place to stay. The gym was just free weights and some cardio equipment but that’s all I needed. Staff was nice. Everything was great aside from the bed being very soft. It was like sleeping on a giant pillow. I was ok with it but it was a bit uncomfortable. It felt like my hips were 6 inches lower than the rest of my body. If you have back problems this place might not be the right fit. I’m only assuming all rooms are like this but I could be wrong. Otherwise, it was great.

I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn in Raleigh. I had booked originally through a third party and had somehow managed to book the incorrect dates. Keiba was amazing and helped me to book the additional day I needed.

Clean and sufficient for a quick overnight stay before an early morning flight. Room was quiet, but a bit outdated. Not enough bathroom counter space to even put your toiletry bag. Beds comfy. Staff were friendly upon check in but never acknowledged us when we rentered after we left for dinner, which was a little awkward. Check out was quick and easy. Dinner was not available at the restaurant even tho it was advertised and said it was open on the signage in the elevator. Free snacks and water were great and appreciated.
