Reviewed Dec 23, 2023My first time in Chihuahua city and this property is ideal for shopping and dining. There is this area called Distrito Uno and it has everything you want for dining options. The hotel was clean, great location, front desk was helpful. My only negatives are that there is no mini fridge in room,and safe in room. Also the TV appeared to be a smart tv but we could not stream any Netflix or other apps on the TV. Otherwise, cleaning service was great, location was awesome and would stay there again. Also the two securities guards are very nice men and gave great recommendations to local restaurants that are yummy. Tacos, etc.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2023Everything was fine except the second day of my stay the coffee machine broke down. On my 4 day after being released from the hospital there was several different kind of people knocking on my room door. Too much noise through the hallways. Being an energy efficient hotel they should have quiet period of times for their guests. Specially the ones that go for a surgery much rest is needed and since they have an agreement with star medic they should be more cautious with those details.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2023Me cambiaron la habitación sin avisarme por “disponibilidad”, según ellos me enviaron un mensaje antes pero jamás recibí nada, y en el check-in ni un comentario me hicieron, me di cuenta hasta entrar a la habitación. Además el desayuno buffet deja mucho que desear, ya se que es la opción “continental” pero al llegar las charolas estaban vacías y se tardaron mucho en rellenarlas. Se que no es un hotel 5 estrellas pero si les falta dar mucha atención a los huéspedes.

Five people at 11 am to take care of people checking out sounds excessive, while having one person at 9 am checking in was not enough; we waited over ten minutes to have our key. We had people in front of us and people behind who also waited a lot.

Llegue a la 1:30 am, hice mi reservación a las 11 más o menos, llegue y dijo que no había nada en mi nombre, que no se pueden hacer reservaciones después de las 6 pm, que tenía yo que localizar a la empresa de donde hice mi reservación y que ellos mandaran un cupón con el código de mi reservación para asegurarse de que se hizo el pago, nunca vio mi código que tenía que me mando hoteles.com, después de un rato logré comunicarme y quedaron en hablarle al de recepción, cuando entre nuevamente al hotel el de recepción no estaba en su área de trabajo estaba comiendo, le dije que estaban hablando de hoteles.com y el dijo que no, pero el teléfono timbraba solo que el no estaba en su área. Me dio mi habitación a las 3 am!!!!! Cuando entramos mi hijo y yo a descansar de un largo viaje vi que la cama estaba sucia!!!!! El teléfono en la habitación no funciona y no podía comunicarme a recepción, tuve que marcar desde mi celular para que me cambiaran de cuarto. Así que vine descansando a las 3:30am, pague para ir a batallar y no poder descansar, tenía que levantarme temprano y no pude descansar!!!! Fue muy mala experiencia!!!!! Jamás vuelvo a quedarme en esos hoteles ni a utilizar hoteles.com para hacer mis reservaciones!!!! Llegar a esas horas de la madrugada solo para estar batallando y con mi hijo!!!! Solo pague para un mal trato!!!!!!!!!

The place: average facilities, clean, "cheap", fast service at front desk, need to wait a couple of minutes to get acces to parking lot(door was closed)... Well, lesson learned cheap is cheap... :/

At arrival i found the same young lady behind the desk....she was alone n a lil overworked but otherwise really pleasant. Toilet needed a little scrub and heater not working really well. Another time, the key wouldn't work and again they came to the rescue in a friendly manner. The room was always clean with fresh towels and supplies each day. The maid left a thank you note on my suitcase my last evening which I appreciated very much. The breakfast bar was excellent and had a great selection. Overall, I had no complaints.

Reviewed May 15, 2016Hotel in walking distance from District One (Nice restaurants and bars), a shopping center with an S Mart (like a Walmart).Ladies, there is a salon around the corner, Estética Imelda, who can do a quick blow dry, flat iron or curl, very cheap. They do a fabulous job! The hotel has a small hot buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, small selection of pan dulce (sweet breads), scramble eggs, beans and a southern style attempt for chilaquilles ( corn tortillas with red or green chile sauce). Room were very clean.

It's new, which is about all it has going for it, so the rooms are clean and in working condition (for now). What sucks about this place is everything else. Wifi is spotty, irons and ironing boards are non-existent, and drinking water is in short supply. Spend $20 more and go somewhere with basic amenities. You'll be glad you di.
