El alojamiento estaba limpio y era muy cómodo. El personal brindó un excelente servicio, siempre muy atento y amable. La ubicación es muy buena.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the room was large, spacious, and had good air conditioning. The location is excellent – close to the city centre, yet in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel!

El hotel en general es lindo y limpio, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno tiene varias opciones.te ayudan siempre que necesitas algo.

Me gustó: la ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación, y sobretodo que el aparcamiento fuera concertado en el mismo edificio.

No me gustó: el desayuno, era todo plástico, ni el café estaba bueno. Tampoco me gustó que la recepcionista nos intentara vender sus excursiones a modo "ya" según hicimos el checkin. Y tampoco que algo les falló en la electricidad y pusieron un cable alargador por todo el pasillo de acceso a las habitaciones.

Lo que más destacó es el personal, TODO el personal magnífico, hermosas personas, muy muy buenas y atentas a las necesidades de todos. Fui a muchísimos hoteles pero creo que en ninguno destacó tanto a los recepcionistas como en este hotel. Un lujo. La paciencia y buena predisposición siempre. Y la ubicación excelente también

En hotel es hermoso! Pero el hostel por el contrario no mucho. Si te llega a tocar la cama de arriba estás al horno, es casi imposible subir o bajar, te quedas trabado porque está todo pegado. No tenes enchufe para cargar el celular, bastante incómodo. Por lo demás todo bien (tenes enchufes pero si estás en la cama de arriba no ahí) tenes que dejarlo abajo

As toalhas são trocadas todos os dias

Achei longe da estação de trem, o que te faz andar 17min com mala pelas ruas de pedras. O quarto tem uma iluminação muito ruim. O chuveiro fica dentro de uma banheira e você simplesmente tem q ficar bem no cantinho pra conseguir tomar banho? Pq a borda da banheira complica. Infelizmente tive o azar de ficar alguns dias com algumas meninas q faziam barulho, ficavam rindo e conversando quando chegavam de madrugada.

Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme acá. Es un hostel de lujo. El desayuno estuvo muy completo y Cristian en la recepción fue siempre muy amable con todo.

It was close to the city centre and the train station was 15-20 minutes by walk or you could take the bus which there was a stop like a minute from the hostel. The staff were friendly but the man (I didn't catch his name, sorry! But he wore glasses with curly hair) was super friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions , so thank you for all the help. Greatly appreciated!!! They do help with booking trips and have an area for luggage if you are early or leaving later without additional cost. Just remember to scan the QR code at front desk for the internet. But overall, a great stay. 👍🏽

Excellent stay in Sorrento! The check-in was quick and easy, and the hostel was very clean and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the storage room for as long as we needed. The 24-hour reception was also a big plus, especially when traveling. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! 🥐☕️

Todas as camas eram no chão, não haviam beliches e havia uma cama a menos no quarto do que eu estava a espera. Cafe da manha otimo. É mesmo como um quarto de hotel, mas partilhado com desconhecidos. Quarto era limpo todos os dias.

Staff competente e gentilissimo, camere molto pulite, letto comodo e posizione strategica.

The room and the people there were perfect

The location is excellent, right at the end of Sorrento’s main street, so it’s just a short walk to reach some of the best restaurants, cafés, and shops in town. Hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. One small suggestion would be to use lighter colors on the walls, as this could make the rooms feel brighter. Breakfast buffet style with fruits, eggs, yogurt, coffee, and other options. It was good and offered very reasonable value for the price.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sensationell. In 20 Gehminuten ist man am Hafen. Bewachter kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

The staff were very friendly on arrival and provided lots of information about tours, local restaurants and Sorrento in general. It was also useful to be able to contact the reception via the WhatsApp chat when out. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. You could store your luggage before and after checkin/out which was useful.

No lockers to store luggage in the shared rooms The positioning of the stairs for the top bunk made it very difficult to climb up (however the staff were accommodating and switched me to a bottom bunk after the first night).

Es cómodo, tiene buena ubicación para recorrer Sorrento y el personal es amable. Pero las habitaciones no tienen un lugar seguro donde guardar nuestro equipaje, sobre todo, las cosas de valor como dinero y documentos.

La ubicación está bien, a pocos minutos a pie de todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones cada día se mantuvieron limpias y ordenadas, el desayuno era variado, pero lo que diferencia al alojamiento es el trato maravilloso y atento de todo el personal, con todas las personas que he hablado en recepción me han dado soluciones además de hacerme sentir ese trato personalizado. Buen equipo de trabajo!

The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and provide much information about good restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff also helped us to reserve a booking for a seafood restaurant near the hotel.

The general cleaning of the toilet could be improved. It also takes approx. 20 minutes to walk to the ferry pier and the hotel, which is something to consider when travelling with large or heavy luggage.

Wie ich schon in meiner E-Mail alles detailliert habe: Ich habe nicht bekommen, was ich ausgewählt habe. Und ich wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß gewarnt, weder von Booking.com, das das alles kontrollieren sollte, noch vom Hotel. Es war alles sehr enttäuschend.

The 4 beds could be awkward among strangers

The staff at the Ulisse Deluxe Hostel was very welcoming. The location was great and the room was comfortable.

The shower door can be extended so that water does not splash everywhere. I would also suggest a laundry service to make it a top notch experience. We brought our laundry out to a nearby laundromat but it would have saved us time if it was offered from Ulisse. I would also suggest including the pool in the booking price versus charging an extra fee. The extra fee should just be applied to the extra spa services.

Huone oli kuumahko mutta luulen kelin vaikuttaneen myös ilmastointiin ja vaikka olikin kommuuni, pieni yksityisyys vaikka verhon takana huoneissa ei olisi pahitteeksi. Kuntosali oli maksullinen.

The beds were cramped, hardly a window, dark, 6 beds in less than 12ft x 12ft, and also had damaged rusty lockers. Claustrophobic to say the least. I didn't want to come to my room unless I wanted to sleep.

Eles anunciam spa mas nao é do hotel. É em outro local e tem que pagar. Como a piscina tb. Eu aluguei um.quarto e nao me atentei q era compartilhado. Eles colocaram minha filha apertada junto com a gente. Ficamos 5 em um quarto e nao nos deram nenhum.desconto.

Chambre vieillotte, mais on l’attendait un peu comme cela par les descriptions et avis sur booking, par contre tout est rafistolé de façon sommaire avec colsons ou scotch ou silicone mal posé. Ça ne couterait pas bien plus cher de faire un travail plus propre pour maintenir l’équipement en état décent. Déjeuner juste suffisant, il ne faut pas arriver trop tard si on aime le petit dej « salé » car beaucoup de plats seront vides (peut être remplis par la suite mais pas lors de nos 2 petits dej). La chambre reste chère pour l’état dans lequel on l’a trouvee. Presque 250 euro par nuit (+25 de parking) pour une triple avec un lit ajouté, rafistolage général de l’équipement et clime qui ne permet pas d’atteindre une température de confort (la clime tourne en continu mais la température de la chambre reste autour de 30 deg )

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and there was space to put clothing in wardrobes. The location was perfect to explore Sorrento.

In the center of town, 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus. Felt more like a hotel- my room had 4 single beds. Very comfy mattress and they included towels. Front staff had many great suggestions on Tours and activities.

Noise in hallway could be heard. No lockers. No laundry. Was a fridge bit no kitchen anywhere so couldn’t make my own food.

So convenient to walk to everything in Sorrento. Room was huge which was great for a family of 4. Front desk staff was always so helpful- giving recommendations, getting reservations, rides, and so much more! We loved our visit 🥳

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marina Grande and the free beach were only a 5 minute walk away which was great. The room was reasonably large for 3, although the pillows were not very comfortable. The mini fridge was not cooling when we arrived but the front desk had it fixed very quickly for us.

I stayed in a 4-person female dorm and was very satisfied with my stay. Rather than a typical hostel, it had the feel of a hotel, featuring, old kind of style decor but very comfortable. I like there’s no bunk beds; the beds were arranged side-by-side with comfortable spacing. The room, towels and sheets were clean and bathroom size is big and shower is also big and comfortable. Location-wise, it was exceptionally convenient and central—easy to reach both the city center by walk and the beach on by walk or via the elevator.

The only thing is the lack of large lockers in the rooms for your backpack. While there is a small safe box available for valuables, adding full-sized lockers would definitely be good of luggage security for guests even i have not had any problem about safety.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, ana caddeye yürüyerek 2-3 dakikada varabiliyorsunuz, denize de çok yakındı. Oda temizdi, içi biraz eski gibi gözükse de eşyalar yeniydi. Biz trenle gelmiş olsak bile,otelin kendi otoparkının olması bize bir sonraki ziyaretimiz için fikir verdi. Tren istasyonundan yürüyerek 15 dk'da ulaşabilirsiniz.

Kahvaltıda yiyecek çeşidi az, içecek çeşidi fazlaydı. Akdeniz mutfağının çeşitlerini daha çok görmek isterdim.

El hostel en realidad es un hotel con habitaciones compartidas. Las instalaciones no son las más modernas pero estan en buen estado y mantenimiento. El desayuno no lo probe porque no me parecio la gran cosa aunque habian bastantes opciones. El personal super amable y te daban recomendaciones y te ayudaban en todo. Te dan gratis toallas, shampoo, crema de enguaje, jabon, plancha, secador. La ubicación estaba bien.

Que las camas no tenian privacidad, no tenias un locker para guardar sus pertenencias con candado y mi cama por ejemplo no tenia encuhfe cerca por lo que si queria cargar mi celular tenia que dejarlo lejos y era un problema si al otro día me tenía que levantar con alarma por ejemplo.

Espaço comum amplo, bonito e funcional. Banheiro amplo, bonito, limpo, com boa pressão de água nos chuveiros. Quarto amplo. Café da manhã bom, porém exatamente igual todos os dias.

Camas ruins, duras demais. A cama de casal é na verdade duas camas de solteiro juntas, com um vão no meio. Os travesseiros são finos e duros, pouco melhores que lençóis dobrados. Tomada ao lado da cama não estava funcionando. Ar condicionado é central e não esfria muito bem. Barulhento. A temperatura no interior do quarto é pouca coisa melhor que a do corredor fora dele. Estivemos em Sorrento no verão e passamos calor no hotel, algo que detesto. Na primeira noite, o frigobar não estava funcionando. Disseram-me que não havia ninguém da manutenção no hotel e que corrigiriam no dia seguinte, mas que poderíamos deixar itens na geladeira do bar. Fizemos isso mas, ao retornar para o hotel no final do dia seguinte, continuava sem funcionar. Repetiram a mesma informação da noite anterior, mas dessa vez insisti que solucionassem o problema imediatamente. Terminaram trocando o frigobar. Porém, na noite do terceiro dia, quando retornamos para o hotel, tudo que deixamos no frigobar estava quente. Percebemos que a tomada do frigobar também ficava sem energia quando retirávamos o cartão que mantém a energia do quarto ligada (?!), ou seja o frigobar ficou o dia inteiro desligado. Eu não me hospedaria aqui novamente.

Viaje sola desde argentina y Sorrento es uno de los destinos más caros del viaje, elegí una habitación compartida de 6 chicas en el Deluxe. Queda cerca del puerto y a mitad de camino entre el centro y la marina. Me esperaba un Hostel y me encontré con que se merecen ek nombre. Todas las instalaciones son un cuadro y el personal TODO (recepcionaistas, limpieza, cocina) siempre con la mejor predisposición y buenas recomendaciones.

Es ist ein Hostel. Die Bilder der Zimmer haben nicht mit unserem Übereingestimmt. Alte dunkle möbel. Wir waren zu viert. Es war sehr klein, es hatte ein kleines Fenster zum Hof. Ohne Licht anmachen ging es nicht. Der Kühlschrank roch unangenehm. Frühstück war Hostelstandart-Kaffee war gut- der Rest war unter Standart der Region. Morgens war es laut. Das Schwimmbad macht 14 uhr zu (deswegen hatten wir gebucht- konnten es aber nicht nutzen) und kostet 10 euro extra pro Person . Parken 25 euro. Wir hatten last minute gebucht- das war die Erklärung an der rezeption und „wäre schon billiger gewesen“. Aber auch für 240 plus parken erwarte ich doch deutlich mehr. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. (Zimmer 105) Fazit: Als Hostel ggf okay. Aber für 240/265 lohnt es nicht. Lage war aber sehr gut.

Great location to the heart of Santorini.

No secure luggage storage if you get there early. It was just an open closet anyone could come in or out of. Only a safe in the room, no secure safety for luggage. The shower head must’ve been really old. It barely had water coming out of it. They tried to place me and come to find out all of the girls who checked in before me in a weird 2 twin beds put together situation. Each of us had to tell them we wanted a bunk instead (I had booked a bunk specifically).

Location was excellent for exploring sorrento. Staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Shame that spa was closed.
