Arrivo in hotel alle 21 e il receptionist mi dice che per lavori sono senza acqua ma che sarebbe tornata la mattina dopo. Ho dovuto chiedere 2 vole per avere delle bottiglie di acqua per il wc. La mattina l'acqua c'era ma alle 22 quando rientro in hotel niente di nuovo, e passando mi ha pure salutato senza dirmi niente ne darmi altre bottiglie di acqua. 2 sere su 3 senza acqua non un buon bilancio. Pulita era pulita ma entrando in camera una puzza di chiuso e umido che mi ha fatto dubitare di poter dormire li dentro. Bastava ventilarla prima dell' mio arrivo, posizionare una chiave all'interno in modo da attivare la corrente per deumidificare la stanza perchè pian piano è migliorato l'odore. Deposito bagagli a pagamento, alle 5.50 puntualissimi rumori di spostamenti ai paini superiori e l'apparenza é che abbiako fatto dei lavori per piglirare l'aspetto, tipo del bagno, ma la malta spalmata sulle piastrelle che fa molto contemporaneo sembra solo un lavoro venuto male.

coffee packets not interesting, shampoo and body wash are the same, no conditioner, no toothbrush and toothpaste given, the ironing board is stick to the wall outside the room so have to bring all my clothes outside and do my ironing outside as well which is not practical in my opinion, for a price of 130rm per night without breakfast is a bit expensive, the least you could give is a bread toast, eggs and coffee.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026The hotel is easy to access, staff are friendly and the location is convenient. There are options for food and drink nearby and the rooms are large and clean.
The hotel boasts striving for green and has signs that they will not clean the room everyday and have water available on multiple floors. Unfortunately they did not actually deliver on this, my room was cleaned the first day, including new towels and additional plastic bottles of water placed in my room. Also, the water available is only on the 9th floor and was unaccessible on my last day as there was construction there. I love to see hotels trying to support the environment, however, they must follow through on the initiative. In a city that has a coastline riddled with trash one would think this be a higher priority. Also the noise level in the room is fine if no one is next to or above you, otherwise you can hear movement, water running and doors slamming.

At my first time staying there i can accept the fact that the hotel aircond unserviced. But i feel so bad the second i stay there they gave me the same room which is totally dissapointed me. I do record the conditioned of the aircond very dirty wuth dust and it prove that no service or maintenance plus the sound of the aircond disturb fantasticly louder then usual which may lead to disturbances for sleep. I do allergid to pollen and this is considered killing my mood and unhealthy. I do sneezing all night long and cant sleep until dawn that lead me to totally exhausted.
