壁掛式吹風機吹了20秒就當機不能使用，向櫃檯員工反應，說會給我們另一個，可是過了20分鐘仍然沒有拿到房間 ，我再下去櫃檯看到員工在滑手機，再次反應問題，仍不願意先給，我請他立即處理，才拿出來給我，不然不知道要等到什麼時候。（家人洗澡後頭髮濕濕的，一直沒有吹風機可以用）

There’s a lot of new hotels in KK but we keep coming back to this one. The price is right, the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly. We love that it’s located in the old part of town. Easy to find nearby restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat, and walkable to different shopping malls and the esplanade.

the location just perfect for tourist, its a walking distance to suria and other mall

the AC issues are frustrating, i have to ask the technician at the middle of midnight for AC issue then they offer for room change.. the replacement room AC was good for the 1st nite only then we almost sufficate in the room, felts like no air from the AC.. really disappointing beside great location

Liegt direkt im Zentrum von KK, ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, aber ohne Pool. Für ein paar Tage Stadturlaub sehr gut geeignet. Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Location of this hotel was good, nearby to shops and shopping mall. Staff are friendly.

Unfortunately it is noisy with the renovation works still on.

ロケーションが良かった、ツーリストオフィスが通りを挟んで目の前です。ナイトマーケットも近くでした。スタッフが質問に快く対応してくれた。色々な質問に答えてくれました。

夜中の音が気になりました。冷蔵庫や水回りの音がしました。気になる人は気になるかも。

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are large and clean. The guy at the front desk named Bradley is particularly nice. When I first came to Kota Kinabalu, I stayed at this hotel. Later, I stayed on the island for a few days and chose to stay here again when I returned to the city. They arranged a room on the third floor for us, but we still wanted to stay on the second floor where we had stayed before. I called the front desk guy to communicate. He was very proactive in helping me check if there were any available rooms on the second floor. In the end, he changed our room to the second floor and upgraded our room type. He provided a smile throughout the service without any impatience. It was really excellent. I really appreciate him very much.Kota Kinabalu is a wonderful city. I will definitely come again and still choose 63 Hotel.

Came back recently from our 1st trip to Kota Kinabalu but had communicated beforehand on our room booking with their reservation agents: Ms. Maryanne Natalie & Shiella A.D. Am impressed with their good customer service & prompt response to queries. Appreciated (& pleasantly surprised) that our room was upgraded on arrival. However, reported some issues with assigned room & requested for a room change, which was acceded to. Kudos to the prompt recovery service by Ms. Maryanne & staff! Hotel room's of reasonably size, clean & comfortable, though subtly noisy at night due to its location (but not affecting sleep though). Also, hotel is currently undergoing upgrading work, so understandably a bit noisy during the day. But as we were out the whole day, it did not bother much. Overall, it had been a good experience staying at Hotel Sixty3 for the 1st time. Convenient too, with Api-Api night market, Sunday day market along Gaya Street & Suria shopping mall, all within walking distance from hotel's entrance. When we go Kota Kinabalu again, would not mind putting up in Hotel Sixty3 again.

行政豪華套房真的很大很舒適，空間沒有壓迫感。 地點就在鬧區，對面是富源茶餐廳，轉角也有一家茶餐廳，一樓有伴手禮店，價格與知名的伴手禮名店差不多。 夜市與週日市集都在加雅街，去哪裡都很方便。

特別定了有浴缸的房間，結果按摩浴缸的蓮蓬頭壞了、塞子也拿不起來，客服說隔天早上修理，也沒有修理。...雖然可以泡澡，但就覺得住到有壞掉浴缸的飯店... 另外，以前好像有洗衣服務，現在沒有了...

距離拉雅街很近 隨時都可以回飯店休息

Renovation works at the hotel was noisy. The bathroom lights are very dim. Had to call maintenance twice to. Fix the tv. Overall not happy.

交通真的很便利，位於最熱鬧的地區，附近有很多知名餐廳、按摩店還有購物中心

Huge, clean room and right in the middle of the city. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Great comfy beds and pillows.

Hotel situated in a very convenient town. Lot of eateries and convenient store within walking distance. Room ambience is comfortable and nice. Bed is comfortable. Wifi need to log in every hour. Overall is good.

Every time I go tk kk, I must stay 63hotel.. because big room, very clean and fresh. Honestly this hotel very2 gud.. bank very2 near, for eating beside and downstairs have kopi ping dan tea shop.. every Friday to Sunday have pasar pagi and night market..

Strategically located, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Huge spacious and clean room. Functioning aircond that i only used half the time as it keeps the room cool for long. Lovely foyer outside the room and since Christmas is around the corner, my room opens up to a lovely decorated christmas tree just at the hallway. The shower was strong with hot water. Green effort taken with glass bottled drinking water. Local instant coffee and tea was provided in the room. Team members were friendly. Room comes with a window but this is a hotel right smack in town. so please set expectations with view.

The staff were really lovely. The basic facilities served me well. The location was great. The staff seemed to really enjoy working there. I really appreciate that people with disabilities work at the hotel. A really lovely deaf person helped us a lot.

A lot of minor things being run down. Our sink leaking, fridge making a lot of noise, shower door not closing well leading to water everywhere a lot. Light in wardrobe being on all the time. Tiles missing in showers.

My stay at Hotel 63 Kota Kinabalu was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! 🌟

We stayed in the Hotel Sixty3 for 6 nights recently book-ending a great Sabah adventure arranged through Adventure Borneo. The hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located with Gaya Street and Australia Place literally on the doorstep. The hotel itself is a bit dated and architecturally quirky – the disguised lifts in the foyer are just one example. The rooms and public areas are decorated with black and white photos of old Kota Kinabalu. Our rooms were spacious and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The front desk staff were always smiling and helpful. And included in our room rate was a breakfast at the nearby Jesselton Hotel. There was a good choice of menu for the breakfast which had to be ordered the night before. There is limited parking outside the hotel but that didn’t seem to affect the vans that came to pick us up for our sightseeing. One afternoon the hot water ran out just as I wanted a shower, but that was an isolated occurrence.

I broke a glass and they asked for penalty without any communication in advance until checkout，this is really awful experience，I asked them to prove the cost of fixing the glass，they just showed me last month other guests also broke the glass for same room. it just made me feel this hotel has poor equipment and keep blackmailing customers with t his trick！ it really ruins my overall impression of this city

Hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean, large and spacious. Sound proofing was not that good, but did not bother us much.
