Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Sono stato a Ibiza in due occasioni questa estate ed entrambe ho scelto questa struttura la seconda volta ovviamente perché molto positiva la prima esperienza. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile, le camere sono come nelle foto della prenotazione, ho trovato un ambiente tutto sommato molto pulito e ogni giorno veniva messo in ordine la stanza. Durante il mio secondo soggiorno ci è stato concesso di rimanere in piscina e farci una doccia prima di sera anche dopo aver fatto il check out al mattino ed essere poi andati in giro durante la giornata e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fino alla sera tardi prima di andare in aeroporto. Lo consiglio a gruppi che vogliono stare nelle vicinanze di locali come Hi, Ushuaia e DC-10. Di fronte c’è la fermata dei taxi, quindi molto comodo anche questo. Mi sono trovato davvero bene.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The sweetest staff, great location, clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay here. Can recommend to everyone! It is only a 10 minute walk to Hi Ibiza and there are really nice cafes around. Overall we were very happy, but the staff was really the nicest, especially Gianluca, say hi to him when you see him!
The rooms are quite basic but that is expected looking at the price. Great value for money.

La pulizia delle camere è davvero scarsa, nonostante si puliscs quotidianamente. L’acqua nella doccia non è costante ed a tratti molto calda, poi molto fredda. Poche prese elettriche, la porta del balcone non si chiudeva, col rischio che un malintenzionato scavalcando il balcone potesse entrare. Il personale è gentile, ma per due ore di late check out volevano 70€, servizio che quasi tutti gli alberghi offrono gratuitamente quando possibile. L’unico motivo per prenotare questo albergo è la posizione, niente di più.

Gli oscuranti alle finestre non erano abbastanza e ho dovuto usare la mascherina per dormire per la troppa luce mattutina

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026De ligging van het hotel was perfect. Uitgaansgelegenheden, zoals Ushuaïa of Hi-Ibiza liggen op loopafstand. Ook zit het dichtbij het vliegveld en een prima ligging om naar de andere kant van het eiland te gaan.
De wifi was matig. Elke keer als je opnieuw bij het hotel aankwam, moest je opnieuw inloggen voor de wifi.

The hotel was also quiet in the day which was great when wanting to relax, the pool was lovely temperature and very clean. Staff were really friendly , a special thank you to the man who was working on Monday evening - sorry we didn’t get your name! He went above and beyond providing towels for us to have a shower prior to our evening flight and was so kind!
We struggled a lot with the keycards not opening the door (was told it was to do with the heat or having key next to phone) but our party had booked two rooms and we both kept having issues with doors had to go to reception numerous times. Other than that everything was great.

A special thank you to Giancarlo, Carmen, and Andreea. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. No matter what we asked for, they were always there with a smile and made us feel truly welcome

The room had a pungent mould smell that lingered across our 3 night stay. We kept the windows open and fan on constantly to ventilate the room but this only helped temporarily. Staff came to spray the wet areas in the bathroom but this did not appear to make much of a difference.

L’unico problema avuto durante il soggiorno è stato il Wi-Fi che nella nostra struttura non ha funzionato durante tutto il soggiorno

Reviewed May 29, 2026Très bien équipé pour de courts ou longs séjours, très confortable pour faire à manger etc. La localisation parfaite à côté de la plage et de boîtes de nuits comme ushuaia (pour aller à pied). Le personnel est génial, d’un gentillesse incroyable, merci bcp !!
Très bruyant. On entends tout, même son voisin quand il est dans son toilette, on dirai que les murs sont en carton. Si vous voulez faire la fête c’est un bon endroit mais pas pour se reposer.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Appartamento ampio e con terrazzi. Letti abbastanza comodi. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Super utile kit con spugna, sapone e strofinaccio per i piatti. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Hi/Ushuaia e Plaja d'en Bossa. Ben collegato ad aeroporto e centro tramite bus.
Illuminazione scarsa. Cucinotto ok per la colazione ma con troppe poche stoviglie per cucinare. Bagno con impianto di aspirazione guasto.

Deposito bagagli gratuito sin dall’arrivo pre checkin che al checkout fino all’orario che ti occorreva. Camere silenziose e comode. Piscina interna comodissima, e gentilezza staff
Non ci sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani ho pulito la camera nonostante avessimo lasciato il tagliandino per farla pulire. Però ci hanno dato poi asciugamani puliti chiedendoli in reception.

Giancarlo è stato davvero un ottimo Host, ci ha permesso di lasciare giù gli zaini l'ultimo giorno fino alla partenza e la possibilità di fare la doccia esterna in piscina (che non abbiamo fatto perchè non ne avevamo bisogno) Le camere erano giuste per 3 persone ed anche il bagno era pulito con una grande doccia. L'appartamento è proprio nella zona centrale di Playa D'En Bossa dalla quale puoi tranquillamente raggiungere le principali discoteche e la spiaggia. Dista davvero poco anche dall'aeroporto.
