The view of our room

The biggest issue was the housekeeping staff. On our first day, she failed to clean our room even though I reminded her twice. She later brought us towels and placed them inside the bidet, which was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I stayed at another Vibra hotel two months ago, and in both places, the staff seemed overworked, under pressure, and completely unmotivated. I would never stay here again unless I had absolutely no other choice.

Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und man konnte wirklich alles hören egal um welche Uhrzeit. Strandabschnitt welcher zum Hotel gehört muss man extra bezahlen da er zu einem BeachClub gemacht wurde. 95€ pro Person für die erst Reihe am Strand finde ich zu teuer, man hat dafür aber 50€ Konsum inklusive.

Reservei a opção all inclusive. Os horários de café da manhã, almoço e janta são muito limitados, cerca de 2h para cada refeição. A janta inicia 19:30 e termina 21:30 e, após isso, não há outras opções de comida no hotel. No café da manhã, a opção de frutas é muito limitada, apenas são oferecidas toranjas e um abacaxi esquisito. Quando chegamos lá, nos deparamos com a situação de ter que fazer upgrade de 15€ por pessoa/dia para ter acesso a drinks específicos, tais como aperol e caipirinha, pois no all inclusive não estavam inclusos esses drinks, apenas drinks básicos e de máquina pronta. Em momento algum existe menção sobre essa opção no momento da contratação. Resumindo NÃO É ALL INCLUSIVE. Existe apenas um bar em pleno funcionamento para quem selecionou a opção all inclusive, o outro bar que existe na piscina serve apenas bebidas pagas. Ficamos hospedados por 3 noites e em nenhuma delas vimos o bar do lobby funcionando, além de uma estrutura de palco que também não era utilizada. A música que colocam na piscina é ambiente e muito baixa, sendo que há estrutura para dj. Nas fotos mostram espreguiçadeiras à beira-mar e, chegando lá, fomos informados que pertenciam a um beach club que nada tem a ver com o hotel, os hóspedes apenas tinham desconto para usufruir do espaço, configurando propaganda enganosa proposital. Como se não bastassem todas as situações anteriores, no último dia, ao voltarmos da praia, no meio do lobby, fomos abordados por um funcionário que perguntou se estávamos hospedados no hotel. Dissemos que sim, mostramos as pulseiras, e ele levantou a voz perguntando então qual era o número do nosso quarto. Não satisfeito, ainda nos seguiu até a área da piscina por 3 vezes, nos deixando extremamente desconfortáveis. O estacionamento é extremamente limitado. Os quartos, apesar de limpos, são ultrapassados com camas de solteiro. No geral propaganda enganosa no Booking ! Não voltaríamos a este hotel, tampouco recomendamos.

The breakfest

The room was as big as a closet with a bed that was like a cot. The floors were dirty and the bath towels (old small white towels) were stained and one had a long hair on it. Lucky I was there only 1 night. Not worth $350 a night. They obviously are providing two star accommodations with a four star price.

Pool area and loungers nice. More loungers needed. Restaurant and views nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Post checkout facilities great, storage room for luggage convenient. Breakfast was really good.

Really basic rooms, for high price not even box of tissues provided. Literally toilet roll and two bins and some free shampoo. Had hives every night from the towels and bedding. Buffet food same every day. Not much variation and lots of strange cheap to produce dishes.

Restaurant çalışanı NARA hanım ve Bar çalışanı JUANI hanıma her gün gösterdikleri güler yüz ve güzel enerjiden dolayıda ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Kahvaltısından öğle ve akşam yemeklerine bizim Türk mutfağını aratmıyor. Club bölgesine 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Haliyle bizim oteller gibi otel içinde disko ya da club yok. Tekrar gelecek olsam yine bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tercih ederim.

La relación precio - calidad es pésima. El hotel no se parecía en nada a las fotos, ni mucho menos a mi expectativa de hotel y de viaje. Así como llegue, vi el hotel, la habitación, nos fuimos. Pedimos el reembolso y no nos lo quisieron aceptar. Lamentable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, wenn man die Absicht hat auf Events zu gehen. Alles mehr oder weniger laufbar, Shuttlebuse in der nähe, Restaurantauswahl war ok, nichts spektakuläres. Direkter Zugang zum Meer, ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .

Das Frühstück war mager, keine grosse Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört alles was im Gang passiert (einfach zu beachten, sollte das störend sein) , es war ehrlicherweise auch mässig sauber. Die Hauswirtschaft war super freundlich und sehr toll, ich nehme an sie haben einfach zu viel zu tun.

La pulizia voto 1. La camera era stata pulita in modo approssimativo e frettoloso fin dal principio, ho anche trovato una macchia rossa sul lenzuolo, nelle notti successive (io e la mia amica siamo rimaste 3 notti in totale) la camera non è mai stata pulita, lo staff si limitava a rifare il letto mentre un pò di aspirapolvere sarebbe stato molto più utile. Infine quando abbiamo chiesto dei nuovi asciugamani ci sono stati dati degli asciugamani più piccoli di quelli in dotazione iniziale e non riuscivamo nemmeno ad avvolgerci i capelli. Inoltre il beach club che fanno vedere nelle foto è a pagamento, non è incluso nell'Hotel.

El wifi no funciona nada bien y el hecho de que la tele vaya por internet hace que sea casi imposible ver los canales en condiciones y mucho menos perder ver alguna plataforma,el aire acondicionado no se puede regular y hace que en ciertos momentos del día se pase calor,las hamacas de la piscina están muy muy juntas,hay un cartel que indica que está prohibido reservar las hamacas pero nadie hace caso y tampoco hay nadie que lo controle,así que es imposible poder coger una hamaca ya que desde bien pronto la gente ya pone toallas en las hamacas y después se va y pueden pasar horas sin que aparezcan

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Alles sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und auch Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt. Ushuaia und hi Ibiza sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 1,2km vom Hotel dann muss man auf kein taxi warten was sehr lange dauern kann. Vom Flughafen erreicht man das Hotel für wenige Euro mit dem Bus sehr gut der bleibt vor dem Hotel stehen

Man bucht all inklusiv und vor Ort stellte man fest das trotzdem nicht alles inbegriffen ist. Dann muss man Upgraden auf all inklusiv Gold natürlich mit Aufpreis. Man bekommt fürs normale all inklusiv nicht alle Getränke nur eine Auswahl

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es hat alles in der Nähe. Die Clubs z.B. Ushuaia & Hi sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Liegen, welche am Strand sind, sind sehr bequem, kosten jedoch zusätzlich. Das Personal ist freundlich & zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer ist etwas kleiner und je nach dem welches Zimmer man hat, kommt auf dem Balkon ein unangenehmer Geruch, da hinten wie eine „Kanalisation“ ist. Wir mussten somit unser Zimmer wechseln. Auf der anderen Seite kam dieser Geruch dann nicht. (Aussicht zum Pool).

Os elevadores não existe qualquer ventilação. Estando eu hospedado no 6 piso é muito mau!!!

Habitacion muy chica. Pagabas media pensión pero no tenias ninguna bebida incluida y tenias que pagar inclusive el agua. No tiene playa. Tenes que alejarte bastante para encontrar algo razonable.

I really loved the hotel’s cleanliness, the friendly and welcoming staff, the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful beach, and how safe I felt throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The only downside was that complimentary drinking water was provided in the room only on the first day and was not replenished afterwards. Considering that the tap water in Ibiza is not recommended for drinking, this was inconvenient. I also felt that the €50 charge for a bathrobe was quite expensive.

Location: Right on the beach, pool area, lots of shops and restaurants right outside. Walking distance to clubs. The hotel was clean.

Laundry for 25 items, light, summer items was 104.04 Euros. I found this to be way too much.

Cometí el error de no grabar como me entregaron las condiciones del apartamento , y me han cobrado 600 euros por una bisagra de una ventana , que supuestamente la ventana estaba colgando nunca la vi dañada cuando llegué al lugar ni cuando me fui del allí , si van a reservar graben primero todo para que quede constancia de lo que está averiado, son unos atrevidos

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The overall experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The customer service was very poor. Whenever we needed anything from the hotel we had to go down to the reception ourselves to get it, as no one would bring anything up to the room. There was also no proper luggage assistance we had to carry our own luggage to the room and bring it back down ourselves. The pillows were extremely hard literally like sleeping on rocks, and the bed was very uncomfortable as well. The room cleaning was also very poor and definitely not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel. One of the biggest problems was the complete lack of soundproofing we could hear absolutely everything from the rooms next to us. Even if someone opened their door, turned on the TV, or simply had a conversation, we could hear it clearly from our room. The noise was so bad that we could barely sleep at night. Overall, the service, cleanliness, comfort, and soundproofing were all terrible. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would definitely not stay here again.

Dear Hotel Vibra Algarb Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel and to formally request a refund due to the number of issues we experienced during our visit. First, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly for the duration of our stay. Despite reporting the issue and requesting that maintenance come to repair it, nothing was done. As a result, we spent our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer weather. Additionally, one evening we invited friends to briefly join us, and we were unexpectedly charged €150 to allow them into the hotel. We found this charge excessive and the way it was handled to be extremely disappointing. At no point did the staff make any effort to explain the policy in a professional or accommodating manner. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk only added to our frustration. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve any of the concerns we brought to their attention. Finally, I was very concerned about the luggage storage area. There appeared to be little to no supervision, with people freely entering and exiting the room while no staff member was monitoring it. This created a serious security concern, and I genuinely felt that our belongings were at risk of being stolen. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard we expected when booking with Hotel Vibra Algarb. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were left dealing with unresolved maintenance issues, poor customer service, unexpected charges, and concerns about the safety of our personal belongings. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request a refund for my stay. I hope you will review my experience carefully and provide an appropriate resolution. I look forward to your prompt response.

Das sehr nette Personal, vor allem die junge Dame an der Rezeption namens Michelle war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich! Das Frühstück ist auch ein Highlight und die Lage ist hervorragend.

The food was Ok but no more than that. Sound level in the dining area was unpleasant due to the constant scraping of chairs’ feet on the marble floor (why hasn’t this issue been fixed ages ago?). Friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed in Room 552 for 11 nights, and this was my first stay at Vibra Al Garb. When I first checked in, I was assigned a room on the first floor with no view, even though my booking was for a half sea view. I spoke to the reception and asked to see the manager. Olga was very professional, understanding, and helpful. She kindly changed my room to the 5th floor, and I really appreciated her excellent customer service. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I feel there are several areas that need improvement. The room was quite small, even for one person, and the hotel feels a bit outdated. There were no room amenities, the safe box wasn't working until I reported it, and the mini fridge didn't cool drinks properly. I usually stay at 3-star Vibra hotels when I visit Ibiza, and honestly, some of those rooms have been larger and more comfortable for a solo traveller than the room I had at Vibra Al Garb. That was quite surprising considering this is a 4-star property. One of the biggest issues was the lifts. For a hotel with around 400 rooms, it is disappointing that the elevators were frequently out of service or had very long waiting times. I hope the hotel invests in a long-term solution, especially during the winter before the next season starts. Housekeeping was another area that could improve. The room cleaning was very basic, and there were ants on the floor during my stay. The housekeeping timing was also inconsistent, making it difficult to plan my day around when the room would be cleaned. The pool area has a great atmosphere and is one of the highlights of the hotel. However, I was surprised that a 4-star hotel does not provide complimentary pool towels. Guests have to rent or buy one, whereas I believe pool towels should be included as a standard service at this level. The breakfast was mainly focused on British cuisine.

Walls lake paper you can hear everything feom the neighbouring room, in three days did not clean the room, the elevators were partly out of order and did not have air conditioning, the bathroom doors could not close as they were distroyed by water, the cabinet doors were poorly painter, safe old. It is not a 4 star hotel but poor 3 star hotel.

The buffet breakfast was great and the location

We were disappointed with our stay, particularly given the price of the hotel. The lack of central air conditioning in the communal areas made the hotel uncomfortable, especially in the heat. During most of our stay, two of the three elevators were out of service, leaving only one very small and slow elevator available for guests. The rooms also had very poor soundproofing. We could hear conversation and noise from both the neighbouring rooms and the corridor, which made it difficult to sleep and resulted in an uncomfortable and unrestful stay. The bathroom was outdated, and the bathroom door could not properly close. On our first day, we also noticed that the sheets were visibly stained. When we raised this with reception, we were told that no one was available to bring replacement sheets, meaning we had to wait until the following day. The bedding and linen provided also felt very minimal. The food at the pool bar was overpriced for the quality, and the pizza in particular was below average. Overall, while the hotel may have some positive features, the combination of poor soundproofing, uncomfortable communal areas, elevator issues, outdated bathrooms and problems with the bedding significantly affected our stay. We expected a much higher standard given the price.

Unser Aufenthalt hat leider unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Bereits beim Betreten des Hotels fiel auf, dass die Sauberkeit insgesamt zu wünschen übrig ließ. Sowohl die Böden in den öffentlichen Bereichen als auch im Zimmer waren nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Auch die allgemeine Hygiene im Zimmer hat uns nicht überzeugt und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war zwar teilweise bemüht, jedoch sind uns auch mehrere Mitarbeiter begegnet, die unfreundlich oder wenig serviceorientiert wirkten. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt ist, dass es außerhalb der Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gibt. Gerade bei hohen Temperaturen ist der Aufenthalt in den öffentlichen Bereichen dadurch sehr unangenehm. Die Aufzüge sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Sie funktionierten nur teilweise, wodurch es regelmäßig zu langen Wartezeiten kam. Die Halbpension ist ebenfalls unflexibel. Man kann ausschließlich Frühstück und Abendessen nutzen. Ein Tausch des Abendessens gegen das Mittagessen ist nicht möglich, obwohl beide Mahlzeiten zum gleichen Preis angeboten werden. Das ist für Gäste, die tagsüber Ausflüge machen oder flexibler essen möchten, wenig kundenfreundlich. Die Betten und Kopfpolster waren sehr unbequem, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem, dass für den Beach Club ein Aufpreis verlangt wird. Dies war in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht klar ersichtlich und sollte deutlich kommuniziert werden. Auch das Essen konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren qualitativ und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Das Abendessen haben wir deshalb nur ein einziges Mal genutzt und danach darauf verzichtet. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Aufgrund der genannten Punkte würden wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
