Kahvaltılı bir konaklama tercih etmedik ama otelin konumu harikaydı. Ağustos sonu eylülün ilk haftası konakladığımız için mi bilmiyorum Yorumlarda gördüğüm gürültü sorununu hiç yaşamadık.

Jeg likte ingenting på dette stedet pga støy, bråk, festing inne på hotellet hele kvelden og natten. Om morgenen starter de som jobber der med renhold og de kommuniserer med walkietalkie faktisk. Heisen plinger hele tiden og du får faktisk ikke ett sekund stillhet. Jeg prøvde etter 2 døgn uten søvn å få til en avtale om å få noe av beløpet refundert. Hotel/eindoms manageren på stedet la på under tlf samtalen. Flere av de som jobber der sa rett ut at alt var ute av kontroll nettopp pga hvordan stedet driftes av sjefen/manager of the property. Jeg er fortsatt rasende på hotellet men også booking.com som etter 4 tlf samtaler fra meg og div. Mailer ikkr klarte å hjelpe...booking.com tjener jo penger og så lenge det er kun fokus på det og null kunde service ber jeg alle om å velge steder her inne basert på erfaringer/score. Trist å betale 20000 kr (200€) på en ferie som ble ett opphold på null stjerners hotell. Hold dere unna stedet og booking.com her...

Booking.com bør ikke ha stedet her inne som ett alternativ engang. Nevner også skittent, mugg og sopp overalt inne spes på badet. Bilder/tekst stemmer ikke overens en får sjokk over hvor dårlig dette stedet er ivaretatt gjennom årenes løp. De som jobbet der sa at MANAGER OF THE PROPERTY/HOTEL SJEFEN KUN TENKTE PENGER OG YTER NULL SERVICE. Verste ferien ever, og 20000 kr fattigere:-( eneste bildene er av bugs og skjeggkre som er helt uakseptabelt i seg selv!

Odalar temizdi. Özellikle bizim katın temizliğinden sorumlu Hatice hanım hem güleryuzü, hem ilgisi hem de titizliliğiyle gönlümüzü fethetti. Konumu çok iyi bir yerdeydi. Erken rezervasyon yaptırdığımız için de fiyatı oldukça uygun oldu.

Kahvaltısız oda almıştık. İyi ki de öyle yapmışız. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği azdı. Yandaki otelin kahvaltısını kullandık. Bazı çalışanlar için de iyi yorum yapamayacağım. Türkleri sevmedikleri kaba davranışlarından belliydi.

Overall, a decent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was okay for the price. We also appreciated being able to check in early since we arrived before the standard check-in time. Nice pool.

One downside is the noise at night. The hotel is close to several clubs that stay open all night, and the walls are quite thin, so it can be difficult to sleep. The rooms are quite small, and the pool is in the shade for most of the day.

Tesis çok gürültülüydü. Okadar şikayetçi olmamıza rağmen yinede bir sonuç bulamadılar. Sabahlara kadar bağırma çağırma gürültü güvenliğe söylememize rağmen hiç Birşey yapmadılar. Sabahlara kadar uyuyamadık. Kahvaltı inanılır gibi değil hiç bir çeşit yok. Birşey bile ikramları yok şansa tam karşısında market vardı ordan alıyorduk. Odalara havlu koymuyorlar. Hergün üsten hızlıca bi temizlik oda temizlik denilirse.

Everything. The rooms were tiny, untidy and old, so old i could imagine my grandparents living in the same room 70 years ago. This hotel needs to shut down yesterday and rebuilt with care for the customer. I cannot describe what i experienced cause it will take me ages. I dont understand why such a historic hotel, unfortunately behind the most club crowded street in rhodes downtown, with music playing until 05:00 am, does 1. Have so bad elevators that from 8 days we stayed 5 didnt work and we had to use the staff's elevator,which could barely hold 2 people. 2. Bathtub and bath sink do not drain water at all. 3. Dispencer soaps stink of iron, probably the soap are there 5 years and counting. 4. Rude front desk employees with one "poor guy" alone serving the whole bar. 5. wooden table synthesis taped to the wall with tape in order to not fall off. 6. Stained undercover sheets.

Eski yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Dış cepheyi yenilemişler. İçi dökülüyor. Banyo da küvet plastikmiş ayağım içine göçecek sandım. Fotoğraflar da çok özenli görünüyor fakat alakası yok. Kahvaltı salonunda masalarda örtü yok, servis yok. Yemekhane izlenimi var. Menü fena değil fakat sunum çok kötü.

Nice staff, good location, good value for money

The soundproofing is not good: we were disturbed both by the outside noises coming from the outside bars but also by the other guests who were screaming in the hallways. Thankfully the kind staff changed us the room and the situation got better afterwards.

In a great location as it’s near the beach/coast and has many shops and places to go nearby. It is clean and comfortable to stay in. Has all the essentials and has a nice comforting atmosphere.

A/C didn’t work very well and when we asked for assistance we didn’t get much. Sound proofing isn’t great. The view isn’t anything to be in awe of.

Was near the old town

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The facilities were practically nonexistent. There was no iron in the room, we had to ask for one, and even then we had to wait until one became available. There was also no coffee machine or tea, despite these being mentioned on Booking. We also had an uncomfortable experience when we returned to the hotel at night, as the staff complained to my boyfriend for being outside the hotel, even though I had booked and paid for the stay myself. For adults, I would not recommend this hotel. It was very noisy at night and seemed to be full of young people, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience was far below our expectations.

We arrived after traveling almost 16 hours to no water for showering or flushing. After 48 hours finally water with no pressure!

Nice and clean room. Has all facilities like kettle, cups, glasses, fridge, looker, tv, hairdryer… Room has ac, bath, cabbert. Very comfortable bed. Good choice on breakfast. Great location. Next to the beach, center and bus station. Inside the hotel has also bar and swimming pool.

To be fair, not everything was bad. The hotel and the room are typical of a Greek three-star hotel. I was not expecting luxury, so I have no major complaints about that aspect. One huge positive, however, was one of the ladies responsible for cleaning the rooms. She was extremely kind, always smiling and very helpful. She regularly asked whether we needed anything else or whether there was anything more she could do for us. She definitely deserves praise.

Practically not a single night during my week-long stay was peaceful or properly slept through. And I am not talking about music coming from clubs or ordinary street noise. The biggest problem was the hotel guests themselves. The hotel seems to be largely geared towards very young people coming to Rhodes to party. Groups of young people were shouting and screaming in the corridors late at night and during the early hours, slamming doors, talking loudly and behaving as if the hotel corridor were simply an extension of a nightclub. What is worse, this was not an isolated incident. Some people would go out partying late in the evening, making a huge amount of noise while leaving the hotel. Then, in the middle of the night, they would return and the situation would start all over again. They would then go out again, once again making an incredible amount of noise in the corridors. This continued practically until dawn. I even bought earplugs, but they did very little to help with this level of noise. I tried to resolve the problem with reception. During one conversation, a very nice lady told me that the hotel could not possibly monitor 200 guests and make sure everyone behaved properly. I understand that the staff cannot control every guest 24 hours a day. On the other hand, the hotel should be able to respond to repeated disturbances during the night. On one occasion, I called reception from my room in the middle of the night and asked them to do something about the noise. All I heard was “OK, OK”, but unfortunately I saw no result whatsoever. I am not expecting absolute silence in a hotel located in the city centre. I understand that you can hear traffic, music and the sounds of nightlife. But there is a big difference between normal city noise and repeated disturbances caused by groups of hotel guests shouting and making excessive noise in the corridors throughout the night.

Rodos kaleiçine ve feribot iskelesine uzak. Yürüme ile yarım saati geçiyor. Valiz ile taksiden başka seçenek yok.

The location is super, 3 minutes to the sea and streets with restaurants. Personal balcony, small clothes dryer. The cleaner is very friendly and came to clean every morning. A good swimming pool on the territory of the hotel can have a quiet time.

They do not provide coffee in room, the bathroom does not have towel hooks, it is a little inconvenient

Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Άμεση ανταπόκριση και εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Πολλές επιλογές σε εστιατόρια bar και mini market γύρο από το ξενοδοχείο.

Vi sjekket inn på natten og hadde snakket med personale på melding i forkant om at det gikk fint. Morgenen etter fikk vi beskjed om at vi hadde tatt noen andres rom, jeg sa vi fint kunne bytte rom. Fikk beskjed tilbake da om at «manager» hadde sagt at eneste måten å løse dette på var at vi måtte betale 100€ for den natten der. Viste damen i resepsjonen meldinger der jeg hadde avtalt innsjekk på natten. Hun sto på sitt og sa at innsjekk var fra 11 og at hotellet hadde gjort en feil. Prøvde da å forklare at det åpenbart er hotellet som har gjort feil, ikke vi, og at bookingsdatoene stemte. Selv om hun mente jeg skulle ha betalt for dagen før vi ankom også, altså dagen før vi i det hele tatt hadde reist, og vi måtte fortsatt betale 100€ for å ha sovet der noen timer. Som kompensasjon fikk vi frokost 5 av 10 dager. Spiste ikke den frokosten da det var dårlig utvalg. Utrolig dårlig start på ferien, personale var heller ikke spesielt hyggelige. Mye støy fra gangene også

Noisy. Paper thin walls. Claimed not be a party hotel. In fact full of young people screaming all night.

Locatie is goed, 20minute van old town, 6 minuten van de bushalte op naar de luchthaven te gaan en 4 minuten van het strand. Allemaal op voetafstand.

Er was een enorm gat in het bad die met witte tape bedekt was. Hoe kun je zo een kamer geven aan cliënten. We waren te ziek om iets te zeggen of te doen dus hebben we het zo gelaten.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε βολικό σημείο στη πόλη αν και η γειτονιά γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά θορυβώδης λόγω της νυχτερινής διασκεδασης . Παρόλα αυτά, χρήζει ανακαίνισης, καθώς οι εγκαταστάσεις δείχνουν κάπως παλιές. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά φτωχό, με περιορισμένη ποικιλία και ελάχιστες διαφορετικές επιλογές. Επίσης, η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένη. Συνολικά, υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης, ώστε η διαμονή να ανταποκρίνεται περισσότερο στις προσδοκίες των επισκεπτών.

I would also like to thank Katerina at the reception, who was always kind, professional, and happy to help with anything I needed. I løpet av natten er det mye bråk fra ungdommer som tror hotellet er en del av bargaten. Roping og skriking i gangene. Når en endelig har klart å sove noen timer så er det reinholdspersonalet som bråker. Det er roping og prating, det starter fra ca 0830 om morgenen. Dørene på hotellet slipper inn mye lyd så vil du bo på et hotell som du ønsker p ha best mulig søvn gjennom natten så er ikke dette hotellet noe for deg.

Cleaning service very poor. Hairs everywhere, outdated bathroom with visual old waterstone, personal was not able to manage with drunk young gests who did every night from 22:00 till 5:00 big noise. Problem with water presure every late afternoon. Almost no water and personal did nothing with this only excuses. Breakfast very limited choise :(

The location was the best thing about the place, basically next to the bar strip, dead center of rhodes town. If you're between the ages of 18-25 and looking to party, then this is the place for you.

Firstly, the A/C in our room wasn't working at all and the staff couldn't help with the situation, saying that they had maintenance that day and that's why the units weren't operating in any of the rooms, but when I talked with some other occupants of said hotel, they told me that theirs worked just fine but they had other issues which I don't recall. We had trouble sleeping cause of the humidity so we left the sliding door of the room open which was unpleasant because of the noise of other younger occupants and the bar strips noise and also the humidity.

I made a reservation for two rooms for four people at your hotel on April 2 through your official website and paid €750. The reservation was confirmed immediately, and I even contacted the hotel afterwards to verify everything. I was assured that my reservation was valid. Then, just one day before my trip, the hotel cancelled my reservation without any prior notice or explanation. When I asked why, I was told that my credit card payment could not be processed. This is simply not true. My credit card had more than enough available limit, and I was never contacted or given the opportunity to resolve any alleged payment issue. Cancelling a fully confirmed reservation one day before arrival is completely unacceptable and caused significant stress and inconvenience. I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute and pay a much higher price. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. If you value reliable reservations and professional customer service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. The room was comfortable and everything we needed for our short stay was available. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice. Food and drinks were nice as well.

The door got stuck. Another guys were walking on the roof. Screaming past rest time. Were blowing up fireworks at night in the corridor. And no precaution was taken for them.

We were 3 in a big room and it was phenomenal everything was great and they are a good people you have to meet them

The staff are lovely and very welcoming. We arrived too early to check in which wasn't a problem and the receptionist asked us if we'd like a high room as they have nice views and are already refurbished.

The breakfast room looks a bit 'worn' and old fashioned but the staff reassured us it is part of the general ongoing refurbishment.

Location is just steps away from the sea and many shops/restaurants, staff was very helpful and welcoming. Overall hotel is clean and quite modern. Big balcony is very nice.

Please keep in mind that if you are getting a room with pool/sea view you will be facing a VERY noisy street with bars playing super loud music up until 4am every day. You will only be able to sleep with fully closed door/windows. Air conditioning is set to 22C and you can't go lower.

Personalet som jobbet der var helt forferdelige, det værste jeg har vert borti. Prøver å dra penger ut av deg ved enhver mulighet. Rommene var også ganske dårlige.
