Had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru, Whitefield. The hotel has a beautiful, welcoming ambience, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. The staff truly made the experience special—friendly, professional, attentive, and always happy to help. The service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were excellent throughout. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcome. The staff were extremely attentive to all our needs and went over and beyond in keeping us comfortable The rooms are extremely well appointed and have everything a traveller would want. Beds are very comfortable and the shower was a dream. The food and beverage selection was excellent with a vast variety to tempt every palate. The decor for our event was beautiful from the welcome signs to the balloon arches and then the table display...wow! Most of all, the owners of the hotel are personally involved in its running and management, and it shows in every little detail. 5 stars to this hotel, for making this a home away from home for an amazing value.

Efficiently managed hotel with attentive staff. Impeccable rooms that were well equipped with essentials. We had a reunion bash and everything went off smoothly. Our briefing with Mehwesh and subsequent handling by Shoab ( Hotel Manager) was top class. Special mention to the Chef who made all the dishes look special for the occasion

Stayed again, usual good experience overall. However I noticed the proportion of interns is very high and they are let do handle tasks independently. This has brought down the overall experience of staying here. Would have been a 5 rating if not for this. Sous Chef Bharat and Nilanjanan from front desk did their best to cover for them, but one can’t keep escalating.

I had a great stay at Four Points. The hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable business trip. While the amenities are limited, they are well maintained. The best part of the hotel is its staff. From the reception team to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Gita, who was on her very first day at the hotel. Despite being new, she took exceptional care of the guests with confidence and a great attitude. People like her truly make a workplace stand out. Keep up the excellent work, Gita!

Horrible breakfast - all items in the buffet were cold, no taste for sambhar and worse the service was terrible and unfriendly, waiters were not paying attention, tea took 15 mins to serve.

Revamp dining services. Either train the waiters or get new ones. Nobody pays attention to service and are more engrossed in chatting. Front desk staff were good. Nilanjana promptly arranged alternate stay when a booked room was not available due to AC fault.

Had a great stay for over 10 days. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was very humble and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thanks to Ms. Rakhi and the Eatery Restaurant team for their kindness and excellent service. The gym facilities were also very good and helped me maintain my workout routine. Very nice food in the restaurant, also for a Scandinavian not used to spocy food. Peacefull and quiet place in modern surroundongs. Well organized and served by Rakhi during my stay

The hotel is located on a main road so you hear the trafic in your room. Drivers use to horn so you hear them even ar night. Ask a room on the side or back of the building and it will be better

V good stay again. Choice of stay in bangalore was easy this time given my positive experience here early this year. Good stay overall. Smooth check in once again, all staff were excellent - front desk, house keeping, restaurant, security etc. Samina, Rakhi, Sufiya, Bharat and Deepali did at the restaurant made each meal a delightful experience. Will come back again.

The hotel takes great care of each guest. Personal attention is given to all aspects of the stay. The huge breakfast buffet is a treat and a great way to start your day. The gym is functional and the location of the hotel is a huge plus. Will come back again.

We stayed for 4 nights with family and had a very comfortable stay. Right from the checkin to checkout the experience was superb. The breakfast was amazing and services from the team was great. Special mention - Rakhi, Samina and Dipali, they really went above and beyond.

Rakhi stands out from the rest of the team, a great waitress, always there, always helpful, haloing me to figure out what is best to eat for me as a foreigner, her un-eraseable smile is inspiring. Dipali is a great proctor for someone visiting India for the first time, her understanding is key to get to handle one’s way through the wonderful Indian food. Muskan my house keeper made everything and beyond to make me feel at home, neat clean, kind, wonderful person.

Starting for our entry to hotel, check-ins were all extremely nice and above expectations. Samina, Satya and Bhum took special care in making us feel at home while being away from home. They customised our breakfast order as per our taste and requirements. Chef Bharath has warmth and love that he pours in food. Paranthas and Dosa were fab and sumptuous. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

I have enjoyed my stay in four points by Sheraton Whitefield. The staff were every helpful, professional and caring. Too much street noise can be eared from the room that make sleeping quite difficult , you need to ask precise room to reduce this but still annoying

Stayed here a couple of times and the hotel is exactly what you'd expect from a Marriott Group hotel - clean, comfortable, well furnished and staffed by excellent people. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and with good air con! There's a super little bar open till 11 hosted by Ravi, and a terrace and pool overlooking the city. Breakfast is fab with a great array of food options including live dosa, poori, paratha and omelette stations - and the staff of Samina, Ashish, Dipali, Rakhi and team take really good care of everyone. All in all a top stay!

Have to say spent 10 days here in the Fourpoints Sheraton. Have to say from the minute we arrived at reception all the staff have made us particularly welcome, Ravi looked after us in the Best brew bar every night with excellent bar food when we asked. Excellent host and I definitely recommend a drink. In the eatery we were particularly well looked after in the morning at breakfast by Dipali was a great host and Rakhi and Samina always greeted us with a smile and looked after us attentively. Enjoyed my chats in the morning with these two! Great selection of food at the eatery for all meals and breakfast particularly for those willing to give the local dishes a go. Which I have to say were all excellent. When I come back which I will, I will definitely stay at the Fourpoints Sheraton!

The service was very good. After battling Bangalore's weather and pollution, we were all craving some hot ginger tea — but had to rush out unexpectedly. Just then, Rakhi appeared like a chai angel with freshly made, piping hot tea, saying, “Please drink, it’s from my side.” We paused, sipped... and wow. It was the best decision (and tea) of the day. Thank you, Rakhi — your kindness and chai truly saved us. 5 stars just for that tea alone!

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with all basic amenities well provided. Whenever we needed anything, it was promptly arranged. Housekeeping deserves a special mention for being hardworking and efficient, and we also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of complimentary laundry service. The dining experience was equally delightful. The Kasundi Jhinga was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, while the Alleppey Meen Curry was also excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of items to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day. A heartfelt thanks to the staff who made our stay memorable. Rakhi, with her warm smile, hard work, and courteous nature, was always attentive in getting us tea, coffee, and anything else we needed. Four points has great rooms. The service is excellent right from the time you arrive. Ambiance is very welcoming. Food is excellent. Both the buffet breakfast as well as the a la carte lunch. Dining service was excellent. In particular we liked the service of Ms Rakhi who attended to us in the dining area.
