The breakfast was nice I guess and I liked how fast the Wi-Fi in the hotel was and i really liked the free washing service and the gym in the hotel. The room i got was massive and very spacious. In general the hotel is very good

The WIFI had a limit to the amount of people. The hotel was very expensive for the price. It didn't have enough facilities like a pool. There wasn't enough options in room dining and the building from the outside looked old.

the suite room was spacious but only the room had TV but you can stock up the hall / entrance area for like serious 5 stars

It’s a rundown and old property with the amount of almost 12k per night I expected a. Good hotel the water in the commode was runnnibg all through the night the light systems were obsolete and old

The Front Office MAnager (Lady) completely unaware and tends to get in to arguementive situations.

Overall it was ok, but one thing observed, normal case the property will call and ask the guest about their arrival time etc. However in this case no call from the property till 8.30 PM

The location was the highlight as this property is tucked away from the main road with a serene pathway leading to this quiet neighbourhood and the pathway itself is really nice for long walks along the stretch. Staff are nice and courteous and the buffet dinner was pretty decent with quite a spread too. Rooms are neat and clean, spacious and well organised too. Buffet Breakfast is quite decent although we would have liked some salad options ( like sliced fresh cucumbers and tomatoes ). rest was fine! Property is accessible for all cab companies and autos and so no hassles actually for commuting. It is also a 10 minute ride to the nearest Metro station too and hence very convenient.

Nothing in particular except that when we checked in to our room, there was a door leading to the next room and it was left unlocked. I went tin to check andinitailly I thought that it was part of our room but later realised that it was the adjoining room. Close shave as if there had been some guest there it would have been very embarrassing for both of us and housekeeping should ensure that such doors are kept locked from either side once guest have vacated and rooms are cleaned. Thankfully there was no one there !

Despite confirmed booking they didn’t have a room for me during check-in. With help from booking.com I had to sort myself a room in middle of the night

Room is clean to a large extent, facilities are also maintained ok. No much hassles.

Restaurant experience is what reduced the overall rating - a lizard was found in the area where breakfast buffet was kept. Also some orders at counters were over delayed and we left waiting for long time. In the room, there was water leakage from AC which disturbed our night. Upon enquiry, it was found that the filters were not clean!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially those in the restaurant. The breakfast was good. We had a comfortable stay.

Considering I was looking for a hotel in Whitefield that meets my requirement, Lemon Tree is placed near that location. In my opinion Room and breakfast is value for money

I have stayed in this property few times in the last one year. Only this time the front desk staff were rude. I had made payment for the whole duration of the stay during checkin time. While checking out I was asked to make the payment and I had informed that I had made full payment during checkin. Instead of checking their system, I was questioned instead of asking i.e. when did you make the payment?, whom did I make the payment?, do you have the customer copy? when I produced the copy, passed statement that I had not done the payment. When the other front desk person checked the system they saw and confirmed that payment was made. There was no apology extended. It was disappointing and insulting the customer.

The location The staff are humble and informative But some are like new so not well informative in front desk. No discount or concessions though this was my second visit and I recently stayed in the property for 6 days. Front desk was not very cooperative. The cleaning staff are very good and in room dinning or staff who were serving food are really cooperative and humble.

The front desk staff are not very accommodating

The HK team and FO supervisor who was helpful in accommodating my room request. There were 2 nails protruding out of the door frame of my bedroom. Not sure how the team checks rooms prior to ensuring they are ready for allocation.

The lady Priyanka i think her name is Front Office Manager. This is my second interaction with her and she is absolutely oblivious person and definately unaware of hospitality best practices. She is trying to argue with me and I just asked her to end the conversation as I was not keen on entering an argument with her.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Lemon Tree Hotel with our family. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Rabin (service department) for his outstanding service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a big difference. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

Front desk team. Completely oblivious to guests.

South Indian breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff are polite and ready to help the customers. Atul and Kim look after me very well. Location of the hotel suites, far away from traffic noise and dust. Garden and open spaces with a cool breeze at the breakfast was one of memorable during stay.

A spa could have been better stay to relax after work.

Clean and good location

The size of the apartment was good. Facilities/utilities in the apartment were poor. Break fast and service around the counter were poor.

Breakfast quality was poor. Service was pathetic.
