The view was spectacular, room comfortable and pool area was lovely.

100 stairs to our room (however worth it for the view! And needed after ice cream 😂)

Hotellet har en fremragende beliggenhed og den smukkeste udsigt over vandet. Værelserne er små men godt indrettet. Personalet på hotellet er helt enestående. Vi har fået fantastisk service både i baren, ved morgenmaden og ikke mindst i den hyggelige beach club. Alle var smilende, venlige og enormt hjælpsomme. Maden var også fremragende og vinlisten lang og yderst rimeligt prissat. Vil helt klar bo her igen, når vi genbesøger Kas.

Отличное расположение. Прекрасные виды из номера. Отличное море. Скромный, но хороший завтрак. Ланч в ресторане прекрасный. Дружелюбный персонал. Есть небольшой бассейн с отличным видом на море.

Припарковаться можно всегда, но на улице (гаража нет) и иногда переживаешь, что близко места не найдешь. Нет лифта - пожилым людям подниматься нелегко.

The location is convenient, within easy walking distance of the centre of Kaş. The sea view from our Executive Suite was genuinely beautiful.

The Executive Suite was very disappointing and did not match the impression created by the Booking.com listing. The original listing showed a much more spacious-looking room and a large furnished terrace; in reality we had a small bedroom, a tiny living room and two very small balconies. Interestingly, the Executive Suite originally had 15 photos on Booking.com, but after I raised my complaint only 6 remained. The suite is at the very top of the hotel with no lift. Reaching it involves a substantial number of stairs (equalling probably the 7th floor), far more than I expected from the description “upper floors accessible by stairs only”. In the August heat this was exhausting and significantly limited how often we wanted to leave the hotel. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, so the bedroom door has to stay open to cool the living room. The balcony doors initially could not be secured and required a technician to repair them. The advertised “minibar” was simply an empty old fridge with two small bottles of water, and there were no proper drinking glasses, only disposable paper cups. I complained immediately and showed reception the Booking.com photographs, but was told that Booking.com was “not their website” and that the hotel had only one Executive Suite, so there was no alternative room. For the price we paid, the accommodation, facilities and service were extremely disappointing. Had the Executive Suite been represented accurately, I would have booked somewhere else.

Lovely location and lovely place. Breakfast was good. Lunch was tasty! We got a free room upgrade I believe. Lovely staff. Lovely pool and great ocean to swim in. Overall we would recommend to everybody to stay !

I think you should be aware to be an early riser if you want a subbed. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests so be there latest at 9 if you want a place in the sun and 10:30 latest if you want a bed at all during peak season (worked for us so no problem!). As a side note it is 10 stairs (some are half) from the Main Street to our room (more to the beach) and it’s not hard if you in normal shape but good to be aware for pregnant and elderly :)

Everything was great . They kept us a parking spot out the front. Breakfast was lovely and the beach/ breakfast staff were sensational! My only neg comment is the dammm doors .You have to slam them to close . So even if you have an early night @10pm there are doors banging for another 3 hours! (purely a design fault). No need to leave to go swimming everything is at the Hotel.

The noisy doors . I wish they would have Happy hour at the pool bar and the deck overlooking the spectacular view, instead you need to go across the road to beach hut?? ( they make the drinks upstairs then take them over the road ??)

Aqua Princess hotel is such a lovely, special place that it's hard to know where to start. The setting is exceptional. Perched above the waterfront, with direct access to the sea, and a few minutes' walk from the centre of Kas. The hotel has a quiet, laid-back vibe: there's plenty of space to stretch out on a sunbed on the terraces and dip in and out of the sea. Breakfast is lovely, with lots of salad and fruit as well as cold meats, eggs, pastries and omelettes cooked to order. The staff are terrific: the hotel restaurant is open all day, and the waiters are amazing - they run up and down the steps from the restaurant to the terraces all day, delivering food and drink orders, dispensing towels and seeing to sunshade umbrellas, all with big smiles on their faces. Bedrooms are nicely-appointed with good air conditioning and modern bathrooms with great showers. Just be aware that there are a lot of steps: about 60 from the street to the lowest floor of bedrooms, and there are an additional three floors of rooms above that. It means the views are wonderful (especially of the sunset), but anyone with mobility issues may struggle.

The room was at 8th floor, and there is no elevators in this hotel.

Location, sea access, were amazing and staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean.

Tiny rooms, even smaller bathroom. Very noisy rooms. Doors could be heard slamming shut all night and morning. While we were there, there was no mention or heads up that the hotel next door had a party festival for 3 nights. So we could only sleep between 1am - 6am.

Прекрасный дружелюбный персонал, мы не испытывали неудобства ни в чем. Вид на море с балкона в номере завораживает. В отеле прекрасные повара, завтрак, обед, ужин, всегда отлично приготовленные блюда. качественный интернет. Спасибо за наш отдых ;*

La primera noche nos dieron una pieza enana...al abrir las maletas no se podia pasar al baño.. Reclamamos y nos asignaron pieza amplia en el 8 piso (sin ascensor) Al pasar por terraza para acceder a las escaleras el adorno eran varios colchones (que al parecer estaban en recambio) pero daba una pesima impresion.

Tout était parfait! Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Bon petit déjeuner et belle terrasse sur le toit. Situé plus loin des rues principales mais cela se fait très bien à pied. Nous avions loué un véhicule et nous pouvions se stationner face à l’hébergement sans problème. Je recommande fortement!

The bedrooms were all very small from what we saw. The ensuite and balcony was good, but hardly room to move in the bedroom area itself. Which was a shame as everything else about the hotel was good

Rooms were quite newly refurbished. Very good breakfast, with tables both indoor and outdoor. Swimimg pool and sunbeds available. Nice terrace with beautiful view of the sea. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Visiting off-season we got an upgrade of the rooms.

We love this place and we are coming back again and again. Wonderful view over the bay, lovely staff.

There is no lift and there are lots of stairs. If you have a problem with stairs, this is not the place for you. We dont mind the exercise.

All of the staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel at home straight away. The location, swimming pool, and sea front area are very good. We were offered a larger room upgrade when we requested. The breakfast buffet, and optional lunch / snack, evening meals were all very nicely prepared. Thank you for helping to make our holiday so memorable!

The combined toilet / shower rooms are rather small.

Тут будет целый перечень: 1. Плохая шумоизоляция. Слышно как ходят в туалет сверху; постоянно хлопают двери. Неужели нельзя проклеить дверные проемы 2. Унитаз очень высоко. При росте 175 ноги болтались в воздухе 3. Нет ни шампуня ни зубной пасты. 4. На завтрак кроме омлета и кекса с кофе съесть нечего 5. Подушки твердые и высокие- шея затекала 6. Нет как такового утюга (парогенератор как для похода). 7. Нет чайника в номере. С утра теплой воды не попить. 8. Нет полотенцесушителя. Только на балконе палочки на стене, на которые даже полотенце не повесить.

Lovely place and lovely people. Food was pretty good. Great location an me friendly bar etc. small critiques: the room was not large (double bed pushed up with one side against a wall which made exit hard). Also it was 100 steps up to the room which was fine but not so easy to get the bags down. A staff member brought them up but was unavailable to bring them down. But parking was good, view excellent and a good stay overall. Great location for Kas and walks

Atención. No hay ascensor. Esto no lo supimos hasta llegar al hotel. Tuvimos q subir las maletas hasta un cuarto piso y luego no ha sido cómodo durante la estancia. That we couldn't stay longer!

We were not prepared for the fact that the rooms in this hotel are stacked up 5 stories. No elevator. To get meals or to the ocean we had to walk down and back up. In one day I climbed the equivalent of 22 flights of stairs. I’m 70. I asked to be moved to a lower floor the first day we arrived. They said they would look but nothing changed. The hotel and staff were wonderful. No complaints. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Just the issue of no elevator and no accommodation for age. Otherwise really wonderful.

El hotel por dentro es antiguo demasiadas escaleras para las habitaciones. Los baños son muy incómodos por el tamaño pero casi todo por la zona es igual…

The staff at the pool and breakfast bar + plus the breakfast and drink selections at both! Ocean view room does have a priceless outlook! All amenities a short stroll away. They arranged parking in advance at our request.

Booking.com advised I had booked a double room as we are a couple. After climbing to the 4th floor we were met with two single beds. I went back down to reception where I was advised that I should come back the next day and worst case they would help us push the beds together? The room is very small, but comfortable enough, just make sure you make the effort to request your preferred sleeping arrangements because the staff can’t see whatever is selected when booking.. apparently.

Location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the main town & the beach access at this location was amazing. When staying in Kaş, beach access at your accommodation is a game changer, the public beaches are very small, it’s best to book accommodation with access like this.

There is a music/night club venue close by, there will be loud music particularly over weekends.

It was very good at overall. The food was excellent.The location and beach are beautiful. However, We requested a double room and a double bed when we made the reservation and they confirmed, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said they hadn't received the request from hotels.com side and gave us two separate beds. The woman at the reception was very apathetic and didn't try to find a solution. All the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms were good but could do with a little updating.

We booked two rooms. The sea view room was great - lovely view overlooking the sea. We loved the location - right on the waterfront and a quick 5-10 min walk to the restaurants and shops. We also loved the swimming platform and sunbeds on the waterfront. The water was amazing. Crystal clear. The staff at the hotel were also excellent. They booked restaurants for dinner and trips to Kekova. Cocktails in the bar after dinner were great!

The stairs. There is no elevator. But the staff took our bags up to our rooms and we certainly walked off our dinners! Not a place for someone who has difficulty walking

We had breakfast included but that did not include tea or juice so you have to pay for both tea and juice. That’s just bad service! Who eats breakfast without anything to drink

Location! Location! Location! We had a room with a seafront balcony (would definitely recommend). Staff were super helpful and kind. By far one of the best hotels we stayed at in Turkey. Breakfast and cheeseburgers were out of this world. Option between relaxing by the pool or beach a plus.

Location is good, you can go to town by short walk. Free private parking in front of hotel. Free private beach, swimming pool, towel, sun lounger, changing room are provided. Many kinds of food in breakfast with sea view. Staff are friendly and polite. Thank you very much.

Cleanliness in the bathroom

The staff are so friendly they actually make the place. Access to the sea area was great. A really lovely area to rest in with plenty of sunshine and shade. It was nice to stay somewhere with a real mix of nationalities. Breakfast was nice with lovely freshly cooked omelettes.

There are so many steps which is part of the charm but my knees are still recovering. The cushions on the sea side loungers could do with upgrading.

For this price in Kas I liked everything. And they also have a private beach with a crystal clear sea water

The staff were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly 😊 The view from our room was incredible. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good! Aircon worked well.

Fantastic breakfast , omelets cooked to order. Fresh fruit, yogurt etc. lovely breakfast area overlooking the sea, tables cleared quickly . The staff can not do enough for you. The barman is the life and sole of the bar area. Great personality, very good at his job .

Lindo hotel ubicado frente al Mar, con área de playa (sin arena) y camastros sobre el malecón. Recomendamos reservar una de las habitaciones con balcón con vista al mar. Es un hotel sencillo pero bonito, con una linda terraza y alberca y una vista muy bonita hacia el atardecer. Muy buen servicio en general, pero la atención de Tasim fue muy buena y nos hizo sentir bien recibidos. Cuentan con estacionamiento y desayuno.

İ either stay at kas for motorcycle or diving. The view of the hotel was perfect just across the meis, rooms are so small, i do not like the bath and bath accessories also the soap and conditioners. Breakfast is so-so but i don’t like any hotel that use sunflower oil for cooking even for the omelette.

Amazing hospitality! The view was unbeatable, as well as the breakfast, food and drinks. Still dream about laying by the ocean at their beach club. Such warm, friendly hospitality. I forgot my kindle in the safe and they mailed it to our next location for us! We will 100% be back to stay here. A short walk into town too. Magical!

The rooms are a bit small, but we spent all day and night out at the water or town.

The front desk staff isn’t very friendly and also has an issue understanding English. We asked for an extra pillow in the night at around 8 PM and we were told to contact the next day. Toooooo many stairs to climbs to get to the room. Some comments mention about great breakfast, we have had way better breakfast in Turkey. The chef making omelet wouldn’t add salt to the omelet and told me that I should add it on the table.

Good location, front private beach that is a huge benefit of this hotel. The room size was really good even I travelled by myself and food quality is good

Only thing that could do with improving is the beds were not super comfortable. Could definitely do with better mattresses. We didn't have the best sleep in those beds as they were uncomfortable and not that soft. Admittedly this may not be a big issue for others 😁 Also while out of the hotels control if it's windy which it was for one day we were there you can't swim as it's dangerous and rough sea.

Couldn't recommend this place more. First and foremost the staff are amazing, so helpful and were able to get us a steamer which was a life saver for a wedding we were attending. The hotel is perfectly located walking distance to town and the facilities (beach access, pool and terrace) are amazing. Can see why lots of the other guests were repeat customers.

Beautiful location with a view of the sea with a private beach. The breakfasts were excellent and the service even better, the chef fulfilled our every wish, everything was tasty and fresh. The ala cart cuisine was also excellent, all the food we tasted was excellent. The service on the beach was very good professional and clean everywhere. We would especially like to thank the waitress Sakine and all the colleagues. She always greeted us with a smile, willingness and helpfulness. The receptionists were very helpful and helpful from the moment we arrived, the room was always clean. The porter willingly helped you with your suitcases upon arrival and departure. So helpful, smiling and we have not met friendly staff many times even in four or five star hotels. Only a little weaker wifi, but that's probably the problem of the whole Kaša. Internet is a bit weak on the 8th floor except on the terrace.

The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to the city center. It is also nice to have a parking space. The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

Although we knew there was no elevator, the stairs were difficult for us. It is almost impossible to enter the sea at the hotel's own swimming area due to the waves and currents. There was a Red Flag on the shore anyway, and when we looked at its meaning, we learned that this flag is placed in places where swimming is strictly prohibited and where there are strong and large waves or currents. The room was adequate in size, but the bathroom was extremely small as written in other reviews.
