Perfect location! It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the city centre and the marina area. Considering Kaş’s hilly layout, the hotel requires very little climbing to reach the city centre, and Küçük Çakıl Beach is only a 1- 2 minute walk away. The staff also help you with parking your car, so you don’t need to worry about finding a parking spot yourself. The room we stayed in was relatively small, but considering the price, it was perfectly reasonable. The rooms are clean, not perfect, but definitely satisfactory. Breakfast is served on the top floor, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the marina, sea, and surrounding islands. Although the breakfast itself has limited options and variety, the view and the pleasant ambience made us want to have breakfast at the hotel every morning. Overall, a very good option, especially considering the location and price.

Our room had a double bed made up of two separate single beds, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable as the beds tended to separate slightly. In addition, my wife found it difficult to apply her makeup due to the limited lighting in the room and the placement of the mirror.

Very good location. Nice hotel view overlooking the sea and mountains. Good spot for sunset. Helpful staff, ordered a taxi for us.

Old establishment. Very small room not accommodating for the number of people (we took a triple room). Bed sheets and towels were not clean and smelled old. They gave us half empty shampoo bottles.

J'ai eu une place de parking mais à prendre en compte il y en a peu devant l'hôtel comme partout à Kas en général en ville c'est souvent compliqué. Mais le personnel nous a aidé à nous garer devant le Kayahan donc rien à dire de mon côté.

La struttura è super organizzata e il soggiorno e’ stato impeccabile. La colazione, abbondante e varia e’ servita in terrazza con vista mare meravigliosa. Lo staff è disponibilissimo e attento ad ogni dettaglio per garantire agli ospiti un soggiorno rilassante: Ci hanno aiutato costantemente nella ricerca del parcheggio, offrono quotidianamente i teli mare, e ci hanno suggerito le spiagge più comode da visitare. La posizione è strategica per accedere al Mare e al porto da cui partono i tour organizzati Consigliatissimo per l’eccellenza dell’organizzazione e dello staff

Bel établissement ! La chambre familiale était grande et avait une vue magnifique sur la mer. L’équipe de l’hôtel était très aidante et disponible. La piscine, très agréable !

Hôtel bien situé au calme mais non loin du centre ville et du port de plaisance. Kas est une petite ville très agréable avec des rues en pente mais cela fait partie de son charme. Possibilité de garer la voiture devant l'hôtel ou à proximité (un vrai plus). Personnel très serviable et omniprésent. Belle piscine. Ascenseur. Nous avions opté pour une chambre avec vue sur la mer et la vue était superbe. Bon petit-déjeuner varié servi sous forme de buffet pris au 4ème étage avec une vue sur mer où le café et le thé sont à disposition toute la journée. Nous avions la chambre où un couple de pigeons avait fait son nid sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain (avec un petit qui était né) sans que cela ne nous dérange et nous sommes ravis que l'hôtel les ai laissé tranquilles.

Le lit de 140 cm dans la chambre alors qu'il y a la place pour en mettre un de 160 cm (beaucoup plus confortable).

El trato personal ha sido un lujo. Nos hemos sentido muy mimados y nos han proporcionado las mejores vacaciones de verano. Cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, como ayudarte a aparcar, con las maletas, te dan agua fresca cuando llegas acalorado, la piscina está impecable y el aislamiento acústico es perfecto. Hemos dormido como marmotas. El desayuno es muy completo y variado y no se puede pedir más. El perro que la propiedad es muy carismático, sube contigo en el ascensor sin que te des cuenta, jajajajaja. Sin duda repetiremos.

No puedo mencionar nada que no me gustase, sinceramente.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The couches were filthy and torn, and the beds were in poor condition as well. To make matters worse, we had all kinds of insects in the room, from large spiders to grasshoppers, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The property is clearly not well maintained, and I would not recommend this hotel for anyone

酒店位置很好，到镇中心巴士站还有古剧场都是步行距离（拖着行李还是要打车的，有些坡），到我最喜欢的ada beach（这个沙滩太漂亮了！大力推荐！）也只有1.1公里可以步行前往。三楼海景房景观很好，我们房间旁边就是一颗开得正盛的三角梅！夜景也很美；四楼早餐厅景观更是美绝了！自助早餐非常丰盛！

It's a perfect apartment with a wonderful view. Close to everything in the city center. The breakfast is ok, but there is not hot dishes.

Нам в целом понравился Каш - уютный живописный городок с многочисленными ресторанчиками на нескольких центральных улицах. Отель тоже весьма неплох. Сотрудник помог припарковать машину рядом с отелем.

В целом не сильно дорого, есть свой бассейн. Очень близко к маленькому секретному пляжу и к центру города

酒店位置优越，位于闹市区。早餐种类较多。有泳池。

给我的房间面对后面的挡土墙，完全没有景色可言。房间非常小，无法打开箱子。卫生间也非常小。下水缓慢，还有臭味。房间没有烧水壶。没有停车位。只能街边乱停。

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to small beach and town. As its hot and hilly being close to main front is advantageous. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family of 4 and all decided that the hotel was functional. Tired in places, clean enough. Pool ok for a quick dip to cool off. Breakfast area on roof top beautiful and breakfast choice plentiful with nice coffee. Parking can be a challenge but in any small coastal town in high season, is to be expected. Kas is lovely, laid back with great choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Beach bars at the front all offer sunbeds and direct entry to sea down steps. Lots of boats in harbour offering different tours, another highlight of our stay in Kas.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Kayahan Hotel ist gut, nur leider war das Apartement in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad war alt und nicht sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht direkt aufs Meer und das hat alles entschädigt. Ein Zimmer im Hotel Kayahan würde ich das nächste Mal vorziehen. Das Personal und das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Meerblick war sehr gut!

Замечательное расположение,из окон открывается потрясающий вид на море.Рядом небольшой пляж.Недалеко от центра,но достаточно тихо.Рядом кафе,рестораны,магазин продуктов.Всегда было где припарковать автомобиль.Вкусные завтраки на террасе.Очень доброжелательный персонал.Очень удобный матрас,спалось хорошо,что для меня редкость,особенно вне дома.В помещении много окон,поэтому всегда в комнате легкий бриз.Очень редко пользовались кондиционером,даже спать было комфортно с открытыми окнами.

Очень уставшая обстановка.Фото сделаны,видимо,значительно раньше.Диван весь в пятнах,на кухонной столешнице прожженная дыра,дверца стиральной машины сломана,сломан переключатель душа,низ кровати ободран.Нет тумбочек или столиков около кровати,а также розеток.Это очень неудобно!Сначала расстроилась до слез)),но плюсы «перевесили» и мы наслаждались отдыхом.

Otel çalışanlarının her biri güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Otelin konumu çok iyi, yürüyerek merkeze 5 dakika. Terasın manzarası harika ve kahvaltı oldukça yeterli. Kaş’a tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine bu otelde konaklayacağız. Gönülden tavsiyedir. Kazancınız bol olsun.

Güler yüzlü çalışanları, muhteşem manzarası ve lezzetli kahvaltıları. Ayrıca hayvan dostu olmaları harika. Kedimizle güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Безумно жесткая кровать, спали как-будто на полу. Уборка отсутствует, два раза вешали табличку и уходили на пляж - полный игнор. Зато как только легли днем отдыхать сразу без стука вошла в наш номер. Совершенно не понимают свою работу. В следующий приезд скорее проигнорирую этот отель, несмотря на плюсы

Отдыхали с подругой и остались очень довольны! Хочется отметить персонал, все очень вежливые, доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь. При выезде предложили холодную воду в дорогу, что было очень мило. :) Сам отель красивый, приятно выделяется среди остальных, его балконы окружают цветущие лианы. Расположение оказалось очень удачным. До центра, ресторанов и магазинов буквально пять минут пешком. При этом сама улица тихая, без шума и толп людей. В номере тоже было тихо. У нас был номер с видом на море и маяк. Номер небольшой, но чистый, со всем необходимым. Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. В душе хороший напор воды, шампунь и гель для душа. Кондиционер работал отлично, кровати удобные, спалось хорошо. Порадовал тихий холодильник, который не было слышно. Также был небольшой балкон, где можно было посидеть вечером с видом на закат или посушить вещи. Бассейн небольшой, но с чистой водой и лежаками. После прогулок было приятно отдохнуть у воды. На ресепшене выдавали полотенца для бассейна. Отдельно хочу написать про завтраки, потому что по ним я буду очень и очень скучать! :) Классический турецкий завтрак, все свежее и вкусное, каждый день менялись горячие блюда, хороший выбор напитков. Особенно запомнились жареные булочки pişi, какие же они вкусные, нет слов! Еще понравился соус из кунжута и винограда и отличный турецкий чай. Завтраки проходят на открытой террасе с видом на море, поэтому каждое утро начиналось очень приятно. Было очень сытно. Отель Kayahan это место, куда хочется вернуться. Чисто, спокойно, хорошее расположение, вкусные завтраки и приятное отношение к гостям. И сам Каш оставил самые лучшие впечатления, прекрасный город для знакомства с Турцией! Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых!

Недостатков не нашли. Был единственный неприятный момент, в номерах тяжелые двери, которые могут довольно громко хлопать, и однажды утром один из гостей много раз подряд очень шумно хлопал дверью, поэтому было слышно на весь этаж. Но это вопрос воспитания отдельных остей, а не недостаток отеля.

Великолепный отель, всем рекомендую. Локация, удобства, интернет всё прошло замечательно. Обязательно приедем ещё раз. Персонал был очень внимательный, ми остались очень довольны. Спасибо вам огромное

Нам всё понравилось.

Красивый отель на 2й линии от моря, есть панорамный ресторан, где проходили завтраки, очень понравился персонал, дружелюбные, помогут при любых вопросах, особенно Синан. В отеле также есть теплый бассейн, балкон и услуги прачечной, хотим еще вернуться.

We stayed in a sea-view room and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was quite small, but it was cozy, clean, and had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. We also appreciated having a place to hang wet clothes and towels, which was very convenient after swimming. The location was excellent. A small beach was only about a 3–5 minute walk away, and the town center, nearby bay, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance. Breakfast was rather simple, but considering the price, it was perfectly adequate and offered good value for money. There were a few minor drawbacks. The hairdryer was quite weak, which seems to be a common issue in many hotels. There was also no safe in the room, although this was not a major problem for us.

The main issue was cigarette smoke. There was an area directly below our room entrance where people frequently smoked, and the smell often drifted into the room throughout the day. This was the most unpleasant part of our stay.

I loved the views. I loved how close it was to get to the main part of town. (Taking the streets up the hill, easier than the steps!) The staff was very nice & helpful. No tea kettle in room but can to ask for one at front desk. No tea in room but can get from breakfast room. Dog was very cute.

Would have been nice to have tea/ coffee in the room. Had a cleaning issue when first checked in but was remedied quickly. Would have liked a few more options for things to go in yogurt or cooked eggs for breakfast.

Genel olarak otel harikaydı, odalar tertemiz, katlar tertemiz ve sakindi. Kahvaltı çok yerinde ve harikulade. Hiçbir şeyin eksikliğini hissetmedik. Terasın manzarası enfes. Banyo ufak ama zaten kısa bir tatil için gayet uygun. Havuz detayı çok tatlı. Kalabalık değil ve temiz. Gün içerisinde bazen plaja gitmek istemediğimizde eşim ile birlikte burada çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Sinan’a buradan çok teşekkür ediyorum. Çok güzel karşıladı. Rusçası ve ingilizcesi harika. Bir çalışandan ziyade arkadaş olarak samimi bir insan olarak karşıladı bizi, otele girer girmez su ikram etti. Bu tarz ince düşünceler bütün tatilimiz boyunca oldu. Küçük detaylar ama bizleri mutlu etti. Furkan, harika biri. Samimiyeti ve kısa süredeki arkadaşlığı için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Kahvaltıda, resepsiyonda ve her yerde işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyor. Ne zaman bir sorumuz olsa hiç yorulmadan cevapladı ve yardımcı oldu. The view from the apartment is unmatched. It has an unobstructed view of the bay and the islands, and it is beautiful all day long. There were cafes and restaurants nearby, but the noise from them never bothered us. The apartment has two showers and ample room for everyone.

The furniture and fixtures in the apartment were not in the best condition. The curtains were dirty and gray. The housekeeping didn't clean the floors properly, but if you enter the apartment with your shoes, this won't be a problem.

El apartamento es súper cómodo, el balcón con vista al mar inmejorable. Tuvimos visitas gatunas que en nuestro caso fue muy linda experiencia y buena compañía. Las camas y sillones súper cómodos. Ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro. Nos recibieron con aguas y nos ayudaron con las valijas.

Mejoraría el desayuno, sentimos que no había mucha variedad.

Maintenance needed - couldn't shut out bedroom door as it was broken, bedroom window with no curtains, dome lights not working. Misleading to say ensuite as neither oc the bathrooms were connected to a bedroom and only one toilet in apartment.
