Het was onder de bedden wel een beetje vies, en voor mensen die personal space nodig hebben is het niet helemaal ideaal, maar voor deze peijs is het eigenlijk heel goed.

Well, you know the old adage, you get what you pay for. I booked a room at this hotel months in advance because of it's location and affordability. As some of you may know, Copenhagen is very expensive. So, as for location...absolutely perfect! The "Forum" train station is very, very close to the hotel. Plus there is a small grocery store next to it. So much of the city is within walking distance from this hotel or you can simply hop on a train and get to your destination in minutes. The public transportation in Copenhagen is extremely efficient and convenient. The area is very safe.

As for the room. Well, back to that price. It's minimal. Reminiscent of a small cabin you would get on a train. Very small, which is quite common for Europe and Scandinavia but if you already know this then you are prepared mentally for the small space. What I was surprised by was the room was advertised as a twin bed room. So I thought it was going to be a twin sized bed but instead it was two single beds as a bunk bed. Staff was not helpful about this confusion. And it seems there were no other rooms available. As for staff, I interacted with 4 staff members in my entire time there. Two were kind, considerate, and courteous while the other two were indifferent. And that's being nice. I was also on the first floor or the ground floor. So street level. It was a bit noisier even for a quite street as people would congregate outside and talk for hours outside my window. You could open your window but there was a sign to be cautious as people could reach into your room and grab things easily. There is a latch that allows the window to open a little while locking it at a safe distance. Breakfast was an additional fee as was the use of the gym. So bare bones experience.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

They never clean our room in 4 nights, not even the rubbish was never emptied during that time. You need to turn on the lights in order to have power in the sockets.

El baño, no tiene ningún sentido la ducha la cual está a pie de baño sin mampara separada del resto con una simple cortina lo que hacía que al ducharse se empapará todo el suelo del baño y luego volver a entrar te hacía calarte el todos los pies

We could have used a mini-fridge. It would have made it much better. The bathroom tile was open a bit and water from the shower kept getting behind it.

Leider hat das Personal mich nicht ordnungsgemäs bei boock.com angemeldet. Dadurch wurde mir eine Stornogebühr angedroht. Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir eine dänische Tel.Nummer gegeben bei der sie nur dänisch sprachen. Nur nach eigener Recherche habe ich die passende Nummer gefunden. Dort wurde mir dann weiter geholfen. Das Bad war schmuddelig und der Duschvorhang schon sehr stark verfärbt und der Müll aus dem Zimmer wurde nicht entfernt

Die Zimmer/Kabinen haben eigenen Charm. Ein bisschen wie in einem Nachtzug. Gestapelten Betten waren praktisch und haben den Kindern gut gefallen. Es ist etwas eng, aber lustig. Die Betten waren bequem und es war sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, um Kopenhagen zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt.

Konceptet med enkle, små kabiner er meget bæredygtigt, men uden megen komfort. Pænt og rent. OK udvalg til morgenmad. .

Tynd topmadras, så det er hårdt for en ældre ryg.! Det er blevet alt for dyrt på disse discount hoteller, nærmest +25% de senere år.! Jeg fik venlige svar på mine forespørgsler før - og under opholdet, men intet blev udført som lovet.. Bortset fra personalet ved skranken var alle andre kun engelsk talende.

Limpieza, habitacion pequeña y baño diminuto, aunque comodo, estuve siete días y no pasaron a limpiar ninguno

Centralt. Udmærket morgenmad. Rent. Hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Udmærket dyne og pude. Virkelig god bruser, stort brusehoved der gav behagelige stråler og nem at indstille.

Meget småt, var glad for jeg kun var en på et 3-personers værelse. Svært at lufte ud efter bad. Morgenmadssalen var trist og lidt nusset.

Room is even smaller than on pictuers. I had to ask for a hairdryer on reception.

Overall, the stay was good, though they could perhaps improve the cleanliness. The bathroom was generally clean, but given that it lacks ventilation and considering the material it's made from, they should ensure there's no mould—there were a few traces of it on the ceiling

The location was great being so close to a metro station

The room was extremely small and difficult to move around in as two people. It also wasn’t cleaned to a good standard, meaning we couldn’t use the top bunk bed. The bathroom was very cramped, with limited facilities and hardly any space to store toiletries or belongings. The wet room in particular could do with refurbishment, as the bathroom felt quite dated and run-down. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused discomfort in my back, which meant I didn’t have a good night’s sleep. The walls were also very thin, and we could clearly hear noise from the rooms next door, the floor above and people walking through the corridor. Although luggage storage was available, it was at our own risk and was kept in a room that other guests could also access, which didn’t feel particularly secure.

Inden vi havde set værelset og vejen dertil, var der ingen mulighed for at kunne betale for parkering før tid, selvom ingen pladser var optaget og der var mange eller betale for at få værelset før. Da vi så fik værelset, endte vi med at bede om at få pengene retur, hvilket tydeligvis ikke var første gang de havde prøvet det. Der var møg beskidt, slidt og ulækkert. Vi kommer aldrig tilbage til den kæde.

Oda temizliği 3 gece 4 gün kalmamıza karşı hiç gelmedi. Banyo ve WC beraber olması ve çok ufak kullanımı kötüydü.

Todo, hermoso. Gran servicio de bicicletas para alquilar y pasear la ciudad entera, mucho confort, buenisimas camas. Tremenda vista de ventana. Suprema ubicación. Gran ducha

Solamente no supimos cómo se utilizan las llaves de luz y el corte de energía.

Ubytování bylo čisté, postel pohodlná. Personál velmi milý, na snídani nám nic nechybělo. Lokalita ubytování je skvělá.

Pokoje jsou malinké, je třeba počítat s tím, že v koupelně nemáte soukromí, je to v podstatě větší sprchový kout s integrovaným záchodem.

Fonctionnel sans plus.

Location

Room comfort; the toilet and shower were separated only by a curtain; a lot of food had run out at breakfast.

Gute Lage: Nähe zur Innenstadt und U-Bahnstation. Frühstück war gut, es gab genügend Platz im Frühstücksraum. Hotel war ruhig d.h. kein Strassenverkehr oder laute Zimmernachbarn. Nichts von andern Gästen mitbekommen. Alles ok.

Bisschen mehr Auswahl bzw. Abwechslung des Angebots beim Frühstück.

Very good location - 5 min to Forum metro station, 10-15 min to the old town. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and surprisingly quiet room.

It was comfortable for one night, bit small for 2 people. It is a Cabin. The shower and toilet was exactly what I experienced the night before on my overnight cruise to Finland. Breakfast was great. Not really walking distance from the train station.

Beliggenheden. Cabinn fungerer helt efter hensigten - hurtig indtjekning og praktiske værelser, der nok kun er egnede til én overnatning. Rengøringen er helt ok. De næsten altid unge mennesker i receptionen er både flinke og effektive.

Hotellet er ved at være godt slidt. Der er eksempelvis mange ridser på trælister og på væggene. Flere af lamperne virkede ikke.
