Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis

Everything and everyone was first class! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The service and kindness of the staff at this hotel genuinely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so welcoming and the hotel is immaculate. We were luckily upgraded to a club room which was amazing because we loved the extra space with a small child. The room was beautifully designed and the bed was super comfortable. Everything felt brand new. The hotel lobby is stunning, bright and airy, a perfect space to meet people. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, one of the best I've had! The restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are catered for. An amazing hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to return to if I needed to stay near Heliopolis.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Everything!

The staff and the facility

The butler service

Everything was amazing!! I loved everybit of it. The room, cleanliness, quality of products in the room, breakfast , frendly staff. Every thing was really really good and made by stay comfortable and memorable👍🏻

Poor communication from staff. Sara at the spa needs to be well rounded with service she offers VS website services offers and also to work on her English speaking skills. Wife hardly understood her.

I have 3 major issues with this place. Spa services is very poor. Called to request a prenatal massage and told by “ Sara” that they don’t offer even website says so. Some walks in our room with our permission. Poor communication skills from staff reception. We found a baby gecko in the bathroom at room 416. I’m the rest of the family somewhere.

The restaurant staff was super friendly, especially Mr. Mahmoud Ibrahim. He was very helpful and cheerful!

Everything is top! The staff, special thanks to George from the pool, Mahmoud from breakfast, from the pool bar ( I don’t remember the name)… everyone. I also appreciate the early check-in! The pool is very nice, the bed rooms! The lobby 🤯❤️👌

The hotel is very beautiful, the furniture and decoration is gorgeous. The gym is well equipped. The room service was so good we kept ordering every night. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This is my 2nd time to visit Waldorf Astoria with my family. Honestly this place is top notch. Service is above and beyond from check in to breakfast staff and even pool staff. Every staff member on the property greet you with a smile. George one of the pool staff very hospitable with a smile. This hotel is a must visit every time I am in Cairo !!

Amazing place. Service is perfect. Food is delicious. Special thank to George who took care of us and the kids in the pool.

He visit to day was really nice. Yahai was our waiter today and he was really nice and friendly. The service was perfect and Yahai is a really nice guy.

Very beautiful hotel - really enjoyed the stay.

This hotel was a high end, top of the line experience from the moment I stepped out of the car. Everyone we encountered - from bell hop, lobby check in, restaurant staff and pool attendants was pleasant, courteous and professional. The premise was immaculate and gorgeously maintained and stepping into the lobby was a fresh of breath air. Bravo for curating an excellent team - we will be back.

Everything was amazing

I'll start with the major gripe then I'll tell you why it should have been a 5 Star Review. We booked a Room with a Balcony and a Pool view as we wanted to watch our 12 year old in the pool if we decided to go have a drink in the shade. Firstly, there was no pool view whatsoever. Nada, niet, nothing. No pool view, which is odd as when we checked the photos on the website, it clearly showed a pool view from the room let alone the balcony. For this we paid an extra £800. There was only one dusty chair, no Umbrella, just a chair with no pool view. We eventually got 2 more chairs but the area was unusable without some kind of sun cover. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Another minor thing. We booked a Queen bed with an extra bed for the 12 year old. There was no extra bed. No Biggie, it got sorted. But having travelled all day and arrived at 1am it was something we could have done without. Ok, now for the good stuff. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff are super helpful and friendly. I must give special mention to the team around the pool area. George and Abdul are absolute stars. Nothing was too much, really helpful and great football chat! (I hope you're not still arguing about Messi lads!). Legends both. Peter and his team at the bar/cafe were also great. Great food and service whenever we needed it. Cheers gents. The food on offer in the various restaurants in the complex, which they share with Hilton Cairo Heliopolis, is varied and good quality. Special mention to the Lebanese restaurant, the chef is a star. Egyptian Nights is also a great restaurant serving fab Egyptian dishes. Breakfast, which we had included in our package was terrific, varied and high quality. When we booked days out they helped check out the Uber drivers (big thumbs up to them by the way). The entrance hall is spectacular with the planting and great height of the room. On the day we left we needed help from the Concierge and as ever, it was sorted very efficiently. So, cracking review huh? If only I could have given it 5 stars.

Thank you very much for everything, one of the best hotels I never been there ! Tolles Hotel, schöner Pool und großartiges Frühstück. Super Service. Speziell Mohamed Madgy (Concierge Supervisor), Abia (Frühstück) und George (Pool) haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.

Facilities were great, food was quite good, staff were helpful, very cordial and professional. The hotel is quite close to the airport as well. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and I would say it's quite good value for money.

I like the place

The location is good

Elegant and classy hotel. I would go back there over and over again.

Would have preferred two sets of towels, to shower twice a day especially because of the heat in the summer

The room was very dirty and the previous guests had some dates. They didn’t clean the rooms and they promised us with an upgrade for a suit and when we called them they told us there is nothing till now. We have pictures.

Staff are very friendly and helpful specially Mr.Lotfy and the rest of the staff

The size of the room and room cleanley though all the rest of the hotel is extremely clean. More furniture in the room

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfectly in order, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to the Front Office Manager, who was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful. We would also like to recognize Omar and Mahmoud for their excellent service, politeness, and professionalism. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Nothing

Posizione vicino areoporto, colazione ottima!

Its location, close to the airport, the space vibe and furnishings, the great restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and the food was delicious. Mostly it’s friendly and very helpful staff.

There was nothing not to like.

Interior design , clean , amazing stafff , nice food

It lacks a goof outside view , rooms just over looking the nice lobby or the road

It was so beautiful and relaxing!

That I didn’t stay longer

Room delux is normal, ok. bar centrale bello, spazi comuni belli.

Great room, big, clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good.

A lot of restaurants were closed during Ramadan with no clear schedule. The restaunts in the nearby hotel that were open were not very good quality. We ended up eating at a different place although we would've prefered to eat at the hotel.

Everting about the place was great , picture on booking.com don’t do it justice.

Everything was wonderful

Tha casino, we entered got a drink for free and took our time to drink it, then we wanted money to play, minimum play amount was 50 dollars an they said the card payment didn't work to give us money, so we both felt that they just wanted to get rid of us

Everything was amazing from the service provided to the hotel itself. Amr was an amazing person and so hospitable. Very very happy with the service he provided.

Nothing

Everything. Breakfast, the pool, the room

Nothing

Spacious and comfortable
