Cleanliness was OK, staff were nice.

Room had a smell. The AC was very noisy and the vent direction wasn't adjustable. The shower door was missing. The air freshner they use in the lobby is intense. Main Power plug next to ned does not work.

My experience at the Italian restaurant at Concorde El Salam was humiliating and deeply disappointing. I left feeling that I had been treated differently because of my race. No guest should ever be made to feel this way. Over the past three years, I have written more than 63 reviews about this hotel, sharing how much I enjoyed its facilities. That makes this experience especially upsetting. The food was undercooked, and crackers were served in a drinking-water glass. Service also felt unequal: some guests received complimentary bread and more attentive treatment, leaving me with the impression that hospitality depended on how much staff expected them to tip. This restaurant falls far below the standards I had come to expect from the hotel. Respectful service should be extended to every guest. If I could give less than one star, I would. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were big. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

كانت تجربتي في المطعم الإيطالي بفندق كونكورد السلام مهينة ومخيبة للآمال بشدة. خرجت من المكان وأنا أشعر بأنني تعرضت لمعاملة تمييزية بسبب عرقي ، شكلي او لبسي، وهو شعور لا ينبغي أن يمر به أي ضيف. على مدار السنوات الثلاث الماضية، كتبت أكثر من 63 تقييمًا لهذا الفندق، عبّرت فيها عن سعادتي بمرافقه وخدماته. لذلك، كانت خيبة أملي هذه المرة كبيرة ومؤلمة. الطعام لم يكن مطهوًا جيدًا، وقُدّمت المقرمشات في كوب مخصص لشرب الماء. كما شعرت بتفاوت واضح في الخدمة؛ فبعض الضيوف حصلوا على خبز مجاني واهتمام أكبر، مما ترك لديّ انطباعًا بأن مستوى الضيافة مرتبط بما يتوقعه العاملون من إكراميات. هذه التجربة لا تليق باسم الفندق ولا بالمستوى الذي اعتدته منه. الاحترام وحسن المعاملة حق لكل ضيف، ويجب ألا يتوقفا على أصله أو الإكرامية المتوقعة منه. لو كان بإمكاني إعطاء تقييم أقل من نجمة واحدة لفعلت. بناءً على تجربتي، لا أنصح بهذا المطعم إطلاقًا.

The room was impeccably clean and well organized, reflecting the housekeeping staff's high standards. The breakfast was commendable, offering a variety of healthy, nutritious options. However, upon exiting the breakfast area, guests are hit with the unpleasant odour and smoke of cigarettes from individuals smoking in the lobby around the bar area. I would like to extend my gratitude to Sakina, the guest relations manager, for her professionalism in addressing my concerns regarding the reception staff. Her ability to manage the situation positively made my stay much more enjoyable

Check-in took longer than expected. The welcome drink was unrecognizable and too sweet for us to enjoy. I strongly suggest switching the welcome drink to something healthier, such as lemonade, Egyptian hibiscus or even cold water. The hotel policy applies only to individuals who book either directly or through a third-party service. It states that guests must pay a $200 security deposit in cash. While I understand that some other hotels have similar policies, I believe this should be optional. For instance, if a guest chooses not to pay the security deposit, they should instead be charged on the spot for any extra services. Please prevent smoking in the lobby; my family and I couldn’t handle the smell and had to wait outside the hotel for our taxi.

Bed was not comfortable, pillows were not comfortable. Blankets were too heavy, when you put on you feel hot, when you remove you feel cold

Ich war allein , obwohl meine reserviert für 2 Personen , sie haben mir Frühstück für 2 Personen belastet, obwohl bin ich allein , die Dame sagte 25 $ per Person pro Nacht , es ist viel.

We had a wonderful stay at Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, the breakfast offered a great variety of food, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location near the airport was also very convenient for us, and overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience.

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to mention about our stay. Everything was very well organized, the service was excellent, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire visit. We were extremely satisfied with the hotel and would happily stay here again.

L’hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu et confortable. Le service est bien. La propreté de l’hôtel est bonne Bon petit déjeuner également

Lorsqu’on est arrivé on a eu une chambre qui n’était pas du tout digne d’un 5 hôtel (appareils qui ne fonctionnent pas, saleté de la chambre) mais Madame Joséphine Louis s’en est chargée rapidement et nous a changé de chambre. L’hôtel est loin de certains endroits à visiter (pyramides, musée, Zamalek) mais est très proche de l’aéroport.

I had a very pleasant stay this time. The food was really nice, and the rooms were super clean and well maintained. A special thanks to Madonna from Customer Service. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. She was always happy to assist and made the experience even better. Overall, a great experience, and I really appreciated the excellent service!

The parking area could definitely be improved. There is an issue with bird droppings on the cars, and there are no sunshades, so the cars are left exposed to the sun. Adding covered parking or sunshades and addressing the bird issue would make the overall experience much better.

The hotel was superb, modern rooms while keeping all the original features. Staff were excellent, Juliette from guest relations is so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The food was great, pool was very clean and well looked after, pool staff were always ready to help and extremely polite. Fantastic hotel.

The staff was uncooperative at some point and they refused to give us an extra bed like we had agreed in the booking

Its quite and full of restaurants and cafes of different cuisines. It gives a vibe of authenticity and aristocratic. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

كانت إقامتي في فندق كونكورد السلام رائعة بكل المقاييس. كل الشكر والتقدير لمادونا على هذه اللفتة الجميلة.  عندما عدت إلى غرفتي، فوجئت بكعكة عيد ميلاد وسلة فواكه بانتظاري، وكانت مفاجأة أسعدتني كثيرًا وجعلت يومي أكثر تميزًا. أكثر ما أعجبني هو الاهتمام الحقيقي بالنزلاء والمتابعة المستمرة للتأكد من راحتهم ورضاهم، والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. هذا المستوى من الخدمة يعكس احترافية عالية وكرم ضيافة راقي، ويجعل الضيف يشعر بأنه محل تقدير. شكرًا لكم على هذه التجربة الرائعة، وعلى جعل عيد ميلادي ذكرى لا تُنسى.
