La moquette de la chambre était très très sale.

L absence d espace pour le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner livré dans 1 boîte en carton c'est juste inadmissible. Aucun personnel sur place hors mis le personnel du ménage et de sécurité.

La ubicación es buena, aunque es difícil estacionar en la zona.

El desayuno, te dan una caja que dice que tiene muchas cosas, pero la mayoría se pagan extra. Te dan una rebanada de pan, un huevo duro, un jugo, un croissant y mermelada. El desayuno es solo para los adultos, a los menores no le dan desayuno. Tampoco se pierden mucho porque no es bueno el desayuno. El ascensor es muy pequeño y lento, solo sirve para subir alguna valija,

Location

The carpet in the room was full of stains. Upon entering the room it was the first thing you noticed which was very off putting. In addition, the hotel stated breakfast was included. It turned out to be breakfast in a box delivered to the room as the hotel does not have the facilities for breakfast. It was very disappointing, I would have liked to have known that in advance, I did not want to eat breakfast out of a box without cutlery. This was most disappointing.

Das Frühstück war leider mit Abstand das schlechteste, was wir in unseren 3 Wochen in Griechenland vorgesetzt bekommen haben. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein „continental Breakfast“ so weit so gut. Da ich eine glutenfreie Option benötigte musste ich 18Euro zusätzlich zahlen. Auch ok aber was da gekommen ist war unterirdisch. zwei Scheiben Weißbrot, eine Scheibe Käse und eine Scheibe Wurst (beides schon Warm und klebrig) zwei offensichtlich am Vortag gekochte Eier mit komplett Schwarz verfärbtem Eigelb und eine ungenießbare Chiapampe…Teller gab es auch nicht, alles kam in einer Box… weil es beim Checkout dann nicht berechnet wurde, dachte ich. Ok, sie haben vielleicht einfach glutenfreies Brot zum inbegriffenen Frühstück gegeben und nichts gesagt… dann wurde ich aber vom Hotel nachträglich aufgefordert noch zu zahlen. Das hat dann alles schon sehr unangenehm gemacht… also wer das Hotel bucht, auf gar keinen Fall Frühstück dazubuchen, es war wirklich widerlich

El barrio es muy bonito, la habitación muy amplia y con buenas vistas. El desayuno muy divertido. El personal muy agradable.

Det är vissa saker som de planerar att renovera, men det kan vara bra att veta innan t ex var heltäckningsmattan väldigt fläckig. Dessutom är hissen krånglig då man måste trycka på dörren för att den ska starta och det lyckades jag inte med på hemresan så jag fick bära ner min väska istället

Unfortunately no darkening options (e.g. darkening curtains or shutters), so you have to wake up, when the sun rises. Very beautiful, but terribly slow lift.

Perfekte Lage, wenn man in Kifisia basiert sein möchte, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super qua temperatuur controlled kamer.

Πολύ όμορφο αρχοντικό ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο. Η τοποθεσία ό,τι καλύτερο. Και το πρωινό που σου προσφέρουν στο δωμάτιο είναι ότι πρέπει! Υπέροχο

Η μοκέτα είχε διάφορες στάμπες, το οποίο ήταν λίγο αποκρουστικό. Ενημερωθήκαμε βέβαια ότι θα γίνει ανακαίνιση του ξενοδοχείου. Πάντως σίγουρα φροντίζουν για την καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια μύριζαν φρεσκοπλυμένο και το μπάνιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Φαίνεται ότι και η μοκέτα καθαριζόταν καθώς δεν είχε καθόλου σκόνη ή σκουπιδακια, μονάχα τις στάμπες.

Das Badezimmer ist nicht renoviert. Die Wohnzimmer- und Balkonmöbel sind alt und dreckig genau so wie Teppiche im ganzen Gebäude. Das Jacuzzi, obwohl man informiert wurde dass man es nutzen durfte, ist mit einer dreckigen Decke und Steinen bedeckt, also unbenutzbar. Das Frühstück ist nicht frisch und nicht essbar. Das Personal fehlte öfters und war nicht erreichbar. Außerdem ist der Aufzug alt, langsam und klein.

Location suits my ideal choice based on general nature of the environment. And Giulia at the reception was remarkably helpful. That sort of attention that gets a guest to want to come back again.

It gets a bit too noisy from the streets on weekend nights, windows should have been double-glazed or something.

Das in einer Kiste gelieferte genormte Frühstück war nicht optimal, da es aus 6 Teilen (ein kaltes Ei, zwei Scheiben Brot, ein Croissant, eine Portion Butter, eine Portion Honig, eine Portion Marmelade) bestand, die nicht unbedingt dem täglichen Geschmack entsprachen.

Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können.

The vintage style room located in a lovely neighbourhood full of trees. The bathroom and room were clean and spacious. There is a fridge with complementary bottled water and nespresso coffee available on the first floor. The staff were very helpful and friendly and accomodating. We arrived around 10.30am and normally our room would have been available from 3pm onwards but they offered it to us upon arrival.

The only thing that was a bit off putting was the carpet in the bedroom. It was beige and very unforgiving on stains.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, χωρίς να λείπει τίποτα από όσα χρειαζόμουν κατά τη διαμονή μου. Το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετα και συνέβαλαν σε έναν πολύ ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, ενώ το πρωινό ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολύ καλή ποιότητα προϊόντων. Η συνολική ατμόσφαιρα του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευχάριστη και φιλόξενη.

Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη σε ορισμένα σημεία. Για παράδειγμα, στον βραστήρα νερού υπήρχε ιστός αράχνης, ενώ παρατηρήθηκαν και κάποια σημεία στη μπανιέρα που χρειάζονταν πιο προσεκτικό καθαρισμό. Πρόκειται για μικρές λεπτομέρειες που όμως επηρεάζουν τη συνολική εικόνα ενός κατά τα άλλα πολύ καλού καταλύματος.

Hay que tener una plancha y un secador que sean decentemente buenos . No se puede tener en un 4 estrellas estos aparatos de 5 euros

Ωραίο boutique ξενοδοχείο, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Παρείχε καφέ και τσάι και νόστιμο πρωινό σε προσεγμένο ξύλινο κουτί. Το δωμάτιο διέθετε ωραία επιπλωμένη βεράντα και ήταν άνετο. Δεν έχει χώρο στάθμευσης, όμως βρήκαμε εύκολα parking και το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο.

Η ηχομόνωση από το διπλανό δωμάτιο, όπου μας ξύπνησαν αρκετά νωρίς.

Staff friendliness and professionalism!

The breakfast option was good but a little bit lacking compared to other options. The room was clean indeed but the carpet in the bedroom definitely needed a proper deep clean.

The place is very tired and the carpets are very dirty , there is also a constant noise coming from outside ventilation.

Καθαριότητα εξαιρετική και καλά στρώματα. Οι πετσέτες πολύ καθαρές και φρεσκοπλυμμένες. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Το πρωινό σερβιρίζεται σε ένα κουτί που περιλαμβάνει ένα κρουασάν ένα βραστό αυγό και 2 φέτες ψωμί. Επίσης ένας σφραγισμένος χυμός για 2 άτομα. Πολύ φτωχό και καθόλου βολικό. Επίσης το δωμάτιο έβλεπε μόνο στον ακάλυπτο που ήταν βρώμικος και είχε όλες τις μονάδες air condition. Όταν κλέισμαε το δωμάτιο δεν είχαμε επιλογή θέας και μας έδωσαν αυτό που πρακτικά δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε κανένα παράθυρο.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Τα δωμάτια όμορφα, καθαρά και ευρύχωρα.

Το πρωινό μας το έφεραν σε ένα ξύλινο κουτί στο δωμάτιο(1 αυγό, 1 φέτα ψωμί βούτυρο-μαρμελάδα, 1 κρουασανάκι και χυμός). Φυσικά αυτό δεν ήταν πρωινό αλλά κέρασμα! Στο διάδρομο βέβαια υπήρχε μόνιμα μηχανή για καφέ-τσαι και νερό. Απλά θεωρούσα ότι εφόσον αναγραφόταν ότι στην τιμή συμπεριλαμβανόταν πρωινό θα ήταν σε μπουφέ. Το ασανσέρ εκτός λειτουργίας.

The location is excellent, with a lot of cafe and bar options a short walk away and a kiosk for all essentials. The whole area nis well lit and feels very safe. The hotel has 24 hour concierge/security so there is always someone there. The room was huge and had coffee tea making facilities and a stocked up mini fridge. My room had a small balcony which was a welcome bonus The breakfast box was very well thought out and I appreciated the fresh orange juice All in all great value for money

Personel was exceptional! Aside from the rug in the room, my stay was absolutely perfect.

The breakfast was awful: two slices of bread, three spreads, and one egg. It would be better to just say there’s no breakfast — that would at least be honest.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, το κατάλυμα είναι ένα συγκλονιστικό διατηρητέο κτίριο, η σουίτα ήταν πολύ άνετη και πεντακάθαρη (με εξαίρεση τη μοκέτα του δαπέδου) λόγω του ότι δεν υπάρχει χώρος τραπεζαρίας ,μας προσφέρθηκε το πρωινό στο δωμάτιο που ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο (μέσα σε ένα ξύλινο κουτί περιέχονταν ψωμί, βούτυρο , μαρμελάδα, μέλι, αυγό, κρουασάν, φυσικός χυμός που ήταν όλα ποιοτικά και εύγευστα). Το μόνο αρνητικό στη διαμονή μας ήταν ο διαρκής εξωτερικός θόρυβος - μάλλον από μονάδα κλιματισμού διπλανού ξενοδοχείου - αλλά αυτό ίσως αφορά την συγκεκριμένη σουίτα που μας δόθηκε. Εάν εξέλειπε αυτό το μειονέκτημα θα φεύγαμε πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένοι από τη διαμονή μας.

Location is excellent , breakfast totally inadequate .

When I first walked into the room I was shocked by how filthy the carpet was , stains all over . When I informed the desk , I was told that in fact they were planning to change it at some point .... , the elevator is an antique that is difficult to operate , you have to hold the inner wooden doors while pressing the floor button for it to operate .

The staff were delightful and could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed the terrace and were glad we booked a hotel in such a leafy, pleasant suburb. We took the train into the city using the excellent public transit system.

Although the staff did their best to keep the room clean, the carpet was dirty and in need of a deep steam clean. We understand that the hotel is to be refurbished but in the meantime, there’s really no excuse for leaving grubby carpets which are easily cleaned.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, tiszta és tágas szoba erkéllyel és kényelmes ággyal. Köntös és sokféle piperecikk.

Μου άρεσε η φινέτσα και το πολύ ωραίο γούστο στην διακόσμηση! Όλα ιδιαίτερα μελετημένα για μια διαμονή με ποιότητα!

Τα πρότερα σχόλα σχετικά με τις μοκέτες ισχύουν. Δεν μας πείραξε όμως αδικούν τη συνολική εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου.

Very good amenities and great location.

The breakfast box was a great idea but it lack variety in the menu. Over the days we stayed it became boring with the same items. Suggest to make a variety in the menu.

מלון מקסים בבניין מקסים בשכונה יפה מאוד ונעימה , אבל מדובר על מלון בוטיק וצריך לשים לב לדברים הקטנים לדוגמא השטיח מוכתם , אין אור במרפסת , וארוחת הבוקר אינה ארוחת בוקר אלה מיני ארוחה שניתנת באדיבות המלון - חשוב לסדר את הנושא מול הפרסום בBOOKING גם שהמיני ארוחת בוקר באדיבות המלון חשוב לספק לחם טרי ולא לחם מיום לפני הצוות שירותי מאוד ויש רצון אמיתי לרצות את האורחים רק חשוב לסדר כמה נקודות שיהפכו את החוויה למושחמת.

Extreemly dirty carpet in the room. Never seen such stains before. Our suite was facing the restaurants’s fire wall where all the kitchen piped ended. It was not only smelly (couldn’t open a window) but extreemly laud as well. Staff was helpful, offered two alternatives. Sadly one had a tiny bed (140 cm max) the other was even dirtyer (even the curtain had huge yellow stains on). Overall one of my biggest dissapointment ever. Can’t imagine how this place has rating above 8…
