The pool and scenery was nice. Room was comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

Laundry facilities didn't exist at the location as advertised. We were charged $45 for a small bag of clothes to be outsourced, and then had to walk a half mile to an atm since the lady didn't take plastic and we couldn't charge it to the room. We were desperate though. We did pass a laundromat on the way to the in the way to the bank... Service was lacking in the restaurant. Server was great butter had 1 table of 12 that took up his and the chefs time so we felt forgotten about. Location isn't great. After a long day of exploring Pompeii or Capri, the long walk back from the metro station was more than we could handle and taxis aren't really available unless you book through the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could visit Herculaneum, this Hotel is situated in an excellent location for both Herculaneum and Pompeii. I wasn't expecting much but credit where it's due, all the staff were so helpful and friendly, our room was upgraded, nice surprise and very clean and tidy. I've read so of the negative reviews on here, and I see them as a little unfair, we dined in the Restaurant, had excellent service and the bill at the end of our stay wasn't as much as we were expecting. If you're planning on taking a visit into Naples, don't use taxi's, they are so expensive, a real rip off to be honest, try using the trains, they are regular and a far cheaper option to get around. Thank you to all the staff at the Hotel, we have had a great stay.

Although not a problem really, there were a lot of small children that made a lot of noise around the pool, the Hotel caters for families so it is expected but I would have preferred an option to have an adults pools

Hotel urzekł mnie swoją genialną lokalizacją – zaledwie 50 metrów dzieliło nas od prywatnej plaży, a ruiny w Herkulanum były w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Darmowy dostęp do klubu plażowego Piscine Quattroventi z czterema basenami z morską wodą to absolutny strzał w dziesiątkę i idealne miejsce na relaks. Pokój był niezwykle czysty, przestronny, a widok na Zatokę Neapolitańską z prywatnego tarasu zapierał dech w piersiach każdej odpływającej i przypływającej fali. Dodatkowy plus za smaczne, kontynentalne śniadania oraz zabezpieczony, bezpłatny parking dla samochodów.

Wystrój pokoi jest nieco klasyczny i mógłby zostać delikatnie odświeżony

Pool was salt water which was nice. Had to wear a bathing cap which they gave you, NOT a fan, but not a big deal. View is fantastic. breakfast good. Beach is rocks, not sand, so you need footwear

Het uitzicht was fantastisch, eten was goed zowel avond als ontbijt.

Zelden zo’n gedateerde kamer gehad. De bedden zijn echt zeer zeer slecht. Personeel in het hotel is ontzettend aardig, alleen de badmeesters lopen met hun ziel onder hun armen en zijn zeer chagrijnig.

The Room, the swimming pool and the breakfast (the breakfast staff was very friendly).

The location.... The hotel can be very difficult to reach if you have no car. If you travel by train is a long walk from the station to the hotel and there is practically nothing around the hotel. The area is very isolated and doesn't even have a shop nearby to buy water. The restaurant in the hotel can be a bit expensive and the portions of the food are very small. We mentioned that to the head waiter who was an elderly gentleman and he ignored the fact that we were still hungry :) The hotel didn't leave any water for us on arrival and the day was very hot (for the price they Charge for the room) they should complementary water for guests at least on the day of arrival.

We had a seaview room, the room itself was a little tired but the bathroom was very modern, breakfast was very nice and staff really friendly.

The life guards at the pool were very unhelpful and not at all friendly.

Slight issue with our shower which didn't drain properly - raised with reception and nothing happened. Meant we could only run the shower for less than a minute. Otherwise all good

The property seems old and bad maintained. The stuff covers for it with smiles. We didn’t use the hotel’s leisure facilities. We only used it as a stop for a night.

O hotel vende que tem piscina, mas a mesma está terceirizada, ou seja abrrta ao público que pague pata frequentar. Fomos convidados a sair da piscina porque precisavam das cadeiras para os pagantes e não tinham mais cadeiras disponíveis para hospedes. Nunca se viu tal coisa em tantos hoteis que temos ficado.

Iki traukinių stoties Torre dėl greko 15 min pėsčiomis jei norite pakeliauti traukiniu( pigūs ir greitas susisiekimas į visas puses) Lovos minkštos ir patogios,tvarkingas vonios kambarys. Restorane skanus maistas.

Reikėtų šiek tiek remonto, maža pusryčių įvairovė O ir tos nelabai skuba papildyti. Prie baseino bare visi gėrimai iš skardinių ir butelių, ledai iš šaldiklių.

Большой бассейн глубокий, вода не очень пахла хлоркой. Кондиционер в номере мощный, панель управления понятная. Биде в номере. Бесплатный пляж с заводью (без волн) в 7-10 мин ходьбы, платный в 10-15 мин ходьбы. В номере было чисто.

В бассейне обязательно шапочки (их выдают бесплатно). Персонал в баре у бассейна и возле бассейна забавный: один день пончик бесплатно, другой - платно, в один день уже после 17:30 начинают выгонять из бассейна по свистку и складывать шезлонги, другой день до 19 пару человек ещё плавало в бассейне. Первый этаж - это больше вид на бассейн, чем на море. Детский клуб устраивал хаос в большом бассейне. Выбор коктейлей в баре скудный, алкоголя в них очень мало. Хотелось бы наличие кондиционера для волос и лосьона/крема для тела.

It's important to note that it is the only restaurant on-site. The morning breakfast was excellent! It would be nice if the pool were open later than 7 p.m.

Man muss bedenken, es handelt sich um Salzwasser - Meerwasser Pools. Auch das 50m Becken nebenan. Das Frühstück war ok, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels sehr spartanisch. Die Liegen am Pool mussten bezahlt werden. Es ist Badekappen Pflicht, bekommt man aber vom Hotel auch gestellt. Der Zugang zum Meer ist ohne Badeschuhe nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr steinig und rutschig.

Hôtel, tape-à-l’œil, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Personnel au top, accueillant et sympathique. Restaurant très bon, même si le service était un peu trop rapide. Parking privé très appréciable.

Séjour décevant malgré le beau cadre. Chambre et salle de bain pas suffisamment propres et tres vieux. Bonnet de bain obligatoire à la piscine, sans que cela soit précisé sur Booking. Piscine très fréquentée par des personnes extérieures à l’hôtel. La piscine était pas propre et très chaude. Accès à la mer impossible depuis la plage à cause des nombreuses algues. Petit-déjeuner très restreint et peu de choix. L’hôtel est également assez éloigné de la ville : il faut compter au moins 20 minutes à pied, avec très peu de choses aux alentours et peu de restaurants. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops, and just a stone’s throw from Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius. The private car park always had plenty of spaces, and with a 24-hour front desk and the whole complex being gated, we felt very safe throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for all guests, and there was also access to a lovely secluded beach. Our room had a beautiful sea view from the balcony, and it was amazing watching the sunset over Naples. On a clear day, we could also see Capri, Sorrento and Ischia very clearly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely beds, and the air conditioning was extremely efficient and surprisingly quiet. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and had breakfast there most mornings, and the food was delicious. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned every day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

The pool floor was really dirty and the people in charge of cleaning it early in the morning only did a third of it. Such a wonderful pool which should have proper cleaning ( maybe get a pool robot would be a good solution)

We spent one night here before flying home after a 3 week trip of Italy as the location was convenientfor the airport.The pool was lovely and the food was really tasty. There is a beautiful view from the restaurant.

The room was outdated and a bit tatty. The changing facilities for the pool were a bit grubby.

Hotel mne velmi potěšil, má již určitě něco za sebou, ale vše je plně použitelné a velmi čisté. Nabídka jídel na snídani je velmi dobrá a také jídlo samotné je naprosto v pořádku - na snídani jsme se vždy těšili, zejména na naši oblíbenou terasu. Také bazén je výborný, vždy jsme se dostali na lehátka, ač v některé dny je určitě lépe si jej předem rezervovat. Bazén je čistý byl velmi teplý. Povinnost používat koupací čepice chápeme, ač to nepůsobí nejpohodlněji. V recenzích se jako negativum objevuje přístup k moři - určitě to není přístup vhodný pro menší děti, ale já bych ho jako mínus nedával, ve své podstatě je v pořádků, pro plavce bez problémů, jen moře bývá odpoledne neklidnější, tak na koupání v moři je vhodné spíše dopoledne. Moře a celé okolí přístupu k němu je velmi čisté - což není v oblastech na okolních plážích pravidlem.

Nous recommandons vraiment cet hotel !!! Le personnel très agréable et aux petits soins, en particulier au restaurant (les serveurs avaient mémorisé nos boissons de la veille et nous ont demandé si nous les voulions à nouveau). La vue incroyable et le coucher de soleil depuis le restaurant. Les piscines, très grandes et agréables Le petit déjeuner varié La propreté et le confort de notre chambre, avec une bonne literie. La bonne isolation : notre chambre était proche de la piscine, mais nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangés par le bruit !! Vraiment parfait !!

Un peu loin de tout sans voiture, les transports en commun sont à 25min de marche (difficile avec des valises ou en pleine canicule) et le prix des taxi est tout de même élevé... (50€ pour Naples ou Pompei)

- Außenpool, ist am Wochenende allerdings für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. Reisten an einem Sonntag an, waren etwas verwundert, es war total überfüllt, nächsten Tage fast alleine... Lage ist aber sehr schön!! Badekappen Pflicht, wird vom Hotel gestellt. - Frühstücksterrasse, falls man einen Platz bekommt, traumhafte Aussicht. - Zimmer sind groß und schön, Blick aufs Meer.

- Zimmer und Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, wirkte alt, teilweise unsauber. - Hallenbad, Umkleide, sehr heruntergekommen. - Lage, etwas abseits, aber fußläufig alles zu erreichen.

Très vieillissant. Plus un 3 qu’un 4 étoiles à mes yeux. Petit dej très basique. Il faut mettre un bonnet de bain à la piscine et payer un supplément si on souhaite rester toute la journée.

L’unica cosa che non abbiamo molto gradito è stato il fatto che quando ci siamo recati in sala per la colazione alle ore 9:00 erano già terminate molte cose. Penso che sia giusto rifornire il buffet per tutta la durata della colazione in modo che tutti gli ospiti abbiano la stessa possibilità di scelta, per il resto tutto bene 😊

Hotelul are mobilier vechi(anii 2000), baile sunt mai noi. Au un sistem ciudat cu rezervarea locurilor la piscina si plaja. Foarte enervant. Trebuie sa astepti sa ti se puna un sezlong unde rezerva ei ca si cum ai fi un copil de gradinita. Nici macar o sticla de apa nu au dat din partea casei. Nu exista fierbator de apa in camera....are totusi 4 stele.

Some of Swimming pool staff were very rude. On first day when we came to swimming pool hestarted shouting, couldn’t explain nicely that we can’t take the sun beds and that we need to ask them. In swimming pool bar few times tried to take more money than i have to pay thats why i paid always straight away, i didn’t let use my hotel number to clean balance end of my holiday. Even in the end -good i was keeping my receipts, because on last day reception staff told me that i didn’t paid for city tax, i said - i paid. She said no. I went to the reception and showed my receipt, only after she said : ou ok. So i understand that if i would put receipt in the rubbish, I couldn’t prove that i have paid already. Didn’t liked that needs to pay separately for swimming pool if you want use it. 10€ per room( daily)..You need to wear hat as well if you want to swim. From one side is good(clean), but very uncomfortable. Breakfast- every day the same. Not really much to choose, but nice coffee.

La sympathie du personnel et l’attention particulière qui m’a été faite au petit déjeuner ne mangeant ni gluten ni lactose. Le rapport qualité prix par rapport à ce qui peut se trouver aux alentours c’est une pépite. Très belle vue sur la baie de Naples et de Salerne , je conseille fortement

The pools were excellent as they had a big variety and the swimming pool was very large, excellent for doing laps. The staff was very kind. The dinner at the hotel was lovely as it was on the terrace with overlooking gorgeous use of Naples and the food itself was delicious. The rigatoni in eggplant sauce is highly recommended. Breakfast was nice as well especially sitting on the terrace overlooking the bay. The hotel offers direct access to the sea and during our stay in August the water was very nice however the shore is rocky and so there was only one entrance into the sea suitable only for a qualified and experience swimmers and probably not good for kids unless the sea is completely calm. The hotel is quite large and the private parking lot was very convenient.

The Wi-Fi is spotty as sometimes it works quite well and other times it turned off or didn’t work in certain locations. Also the cell reception wasn’t that great. In general, the hotel does look like you’re entering some sort of 1970s dystopian architectural freak escape. But just chalk that up to an expanded experience. There was one comment that the entrance to the sea was slimy and I must say that on one of the steps there was seagrass which did make the step slippery and so this is why I wouldn’t recommend the sea for kids unless they are competent. Even though the hotel and its environs seem quite safe and good, outside of the hotel the neighbourhood looked a bit rundown and coming through the city it looked even a little bit shady.

Dostep do basenu hotelowego jest umozliwiony rowniez dla mieszkancow okolicy, co sprawia ze zwlaszcza w weekend o miejsce moze byc trudno. Staff were great. Hotel was okay for the price but the location meant we had to taxi everywhere so factor that in to your cost evaluation. Facilities were dated and food was good but a little pricey. Surrounding area was average. We went to a local restaurant which was good but there were limited option within walking distance. WIFI was spotty. It was great to have the pool, chairs and umbrellas. We were surprised by the need to wear swim caps but rolled with it. The beach was rocky and not suitable for swimming.

The pools and the staff were very good. Antonio took good care of us during breakfast, Gigi was amazing during dinner service and Pascal was very kind by the pool bar

You preferably need a car to move appropriately. The public transportation of Ercolano and Naples is not the best.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja mielestäni riittävän monipuolinen. Ihania tuoreita hedelmiä! Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella avuliaita ja ystävällisiä. Saimme heidän kautta järjestettyä itsellemme kuljetuksia ja tilattua hotellille kuljetettuna ruokaa. Uima-altaassa piti pitää uimalakkia ja sen saimme hotellista, kuten myös allaspyyhkeet. Ei ollut mikään ongelma mielestäni, ehkä jopa veden siisteyden kannalta hyvä. Allas oli suolavettä, vesi aivan ihanan lämmintä! Allasalueella sai ostettua snackeja ja jäätelöä. Mereen en uskaltaisi mennä uimaan aaltojen vuoksi, rannalta oli kyllä mahdollisuus mennä mereen uimaan. Upeat merimaisemat! Huoneemme oli tilava ja mielestäni siellä oli kaikki tarpeellinen.

Hotelli vastasi täysin odotuksiamme ja olin tyytyväinen kaikkeen.

Quite outdated facility, there are lots of external pool visitors during the day time, making it overcrowded especially during the weekend. 10 eur for a pool umbrella per day, also for hotel guests is a joke.

Очень чисто. Неплохие завтраки. Приветливый персонал, Очень помогли нам с такси и вообще очень услужливые и вежливые ребята. Очень красивый вид. В гостинице есть очень хороший ресторан для ужина.

1. Очень неудобный матрас в комнате для двоих. 2. Имеется пляж, но вход в воду очень неудобный и я даже сказал бы опасный. Не знаю почему не сделать поручень и что-то чтобы можно было нормально зайти в воду…Чтобы зайти в воду обязан нужны водолазные тапки ( без них не возможно зайти, можно порезаться об камни). 3. Гостиница находится в дали от общественного транспорта. Пешком дойти, практически невозможно, особенно летом. Нужна машина или такси. Мы выбрали такси и это было не дешево, но спокойно и сохранило нам много нервов.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati, nonostante avessimo prenotato il parcheggio interno, era tutto pieno. L'apertura al pubblico esterno della piscina rende il lido molto chiassoso e disorganizzato.

Piscinele, ok. Regulamentul, imbecil, te pun sa porti casca(e adevarat, ti-o ofera ei gratis, dar e inconfortabila). Au sala de fitness acceptabila, chiar ok, dar fara clima...ventilata cu 2 ventilatoare de podea...aparatele au manerele lipicioase...au au. Nu e sport, e sauna. Locatia e ok, desi departe de Napoli, ceea ce nu e neaparat un lucru rau. Micul dejun foarte bun.

Camerele mult prea mici...la 25 m2, e inconfortabil pt o familie cu copiii. Restaurantul...hmm foarte scump.

Nettes Personal, sauberes großes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon und Meerblick. Das Frühstücks Buffet war klein aber lecker. Am Pool gab es ausreichend Liegen und der Pool war mir Salzwasser gefüllt. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel. Kleines Gym mit allem was man braucht.

Das Poolwasser war sehr warm. Alles sauber und ordentlich, einfach nur zu warm. Leider kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

We loved the pool. The gym was well kitted. We loved the caprese sandwich at the pool bar. We loved the view of Naples and Capri from our balcony. We loved the balcony at breakfast.

Mycket bra luftkonditionerin i rummet som även hade rymlig balkong ut mot Medelhavet. Avslappnad karaktär på hotellet i sin helhet. Bra personal med fint bemötande. Rent och städat överallt.

Att poolbaren stängde redan kl 19 vilket vi snabbt lärde oss att hantera.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet a recepciónál és a medencéknél. A fatal recepciós csapat mindenben segített, közösen ötleteltünk 1-1 kirándulás ideális szervezésében. Az esti vacsorához igénybe vettük a szálloda éttermét is, udvarias kiszolgálás mellett, kíváló helyi ételeket fogyasztottunk. Gyönyörű kilátás, rendezett körülmények a medencék körül. A fürdőszoba tiszta volt és figyeltek arra, hogy minden nap legyen takarítás.

A hotel fekvése alapján ideális tengerparti pihenésre, de a környéken nem lehet a parton sétálni. Szegényes volt a közvetlen környék látnivalók szempontjából.

God restaurant og fantastisk utsikt

Veldig dårlig tilgang til havet. Kunne de kanskje satt opp et lite rekkverk? Synd å være så nærme havet og ikke kunne bade. Veldig travelt i bassenget og overrasket at man måtte ha på badehette for å kunne ta et bad.

In the middle of nowhere

Lovely clean room and delicious breakfast. Beautiful restaurant terrace with very nice food. Nice pools and access to the sea.

Not great communication about a few things. A) everyone was asked to leave the pool and beach area at 6pm, yet when we were in the room we saw people in the pool till 8pm. No one made us aware of the pool closure and beach closure which I'm guessing was 7pm as we later found it hidden in room information (no info at reception) B) Dogs are not allowed/have no access to the beach and this was the main reason why we booked (our fault for not checking earlier), but it meant it was just a quick (limited also) pee at the grass area. C) The carpark was full when we arrived as many people park there to go to the beach and use the pool only (not hotel guests) there should be designated spaces for guests if the hotel advertises a car park for all guests.

Isolation, young children couldn’t walk to transport. Car is mandatory as no Uber available. Staff were very helpful getting us a car and booster seat for child.

Jo a medence,a kilátás a tengerre

Az elhelyezkedése borzasztó, 1,5km re van a legközelebbi bolt, minden kilométerekre van, a környék szemetes és döglött állatok is hevernek az utcán (macska, sirály pl). Busz vagy vonat megálló nincs a közelben, mindenhova taxival kellett menni. Nincsenek programok a hotelben, semmilyen!!! Egy pingpong asztal van két szakadt ütővel. A tengerbe nem lehet fürdeni annak ellenére, hogy saját partja van, mert óriási sziklákról kellene be és kimászni hirtelen mélyülésbe nagy hullámokkal. A közstrandok koszosak és szemetesek, nemritkán papucsok, székek, polcok is hevernek.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at the reception but not at the pool. Breakfast was pretty good choice for everyone and it was nice food to eat. Pools are brilliant and they use sea water so not too much of chemicals.

Rooms was not very clean and ants is very big problem. All my family was bitten multiple times by them. Internet is working progress at the moment as they installing new service. Access to sea is dangerous and would not recommend anybody to try it.

I checked in on the 7th, and there was no Wi-Fi in my room. I reached out to the front desk several times, but the issue was never resolved. Even though the Wi-Fi was working in other parts of the hotel, the receptionist simply suggested I use the lobby whenever I needed the internet. I work in a hospital! I need internet access at all times, and I had to spend a huge amount of time sitting in the lobby just to stay in touch with my patients. This is absolutely unacceptable! ​The next day, the internet still wasn't working, and the front desk staff just told me they "hoped" it would start working soon. My check-out was at 3:00 AM, so I had to spend the entire evening stuck at reception. ​As for the rest of the hotel: the breakfast is typical for a 3-star hotel at best. There are only two pools, not three, and the staff there aren't the friendliest. One worker dropped and spilled my drink and didn't even apologize — he just picked it up off the floor and put it back on the table. ​There is no proper beach access here. Don't be fooled by the photos; there is only a tiny path down through the rocks, covered in slime, which is simply unsafe. The walls have peeling plaster, the bathroom is full of mold, the furniture is outdated, and the mattress is terribly worn out. ​Bottom line: the staff is terrible, indifferent, and too busy chatting with each other to care. This place is a 3-star hotel at maximum. Honestly, it feels more like a hostel or a 1970s-style boarding house.

Il prezzo non vale la stanza, letto molto ma veramente molto morbido, cuscini troppo sottili, bagno con accessori inesistenti(ganci per asciugamani e porta carta igienica assente) acqua calda che non arrivava.

Gute Lage direkt am Meer mit schöner Aussicht. Ausgiebiges Frühstück. Nettes Hilfsbereites Personal.

Het personeel is supervriendelijk. Het uitzicht op de baai van Napels is mooi.

Het heeft wat van vergane glorie. De kamers zijn best ok. Maar ze dateren uit een andere tijd.

Nagyon segítőkész dolgozók vannak, ha problémánk volt, azonnal segítettek. Tágas szoba erkéllyel, kilátással a medencére és a tengerre, fantasztikus volt. Minden nap takarítanak. Ha valaki szeretne szervezett utazásban részt venni, segítenek a recepción is, illetve taxit is intéznek. A reggeli nem a legnagyobb választék, de 3-4-5 alkalommal még tudsz enni változatosan. A medence tiszta, a napágyak ingyenesek (a foglalás 10 euró, de nem szükséges fizetni, mert mindig van szabad ágy). Az étterem része is nagyon finom.

A medencében úszósapkát kell használni, de adnak a recepción. Tömegközlekedés szempontjából nincs központi helyen, sokat kell sétálni például a vonattól és nem a legszebb környék. A tengerpart nem jó fürdésre.

Very enjoyable stay, restaurant was very good and lovely setting. Great pool area but can be a bit busy, if you like to swim in the sea then make sure you have some beach shoes as it’s quite stony and the entrance is a it rocky but lovely once your in. I would say a car is a real benefit.

Hyvä tukikohta jos haluaa käydä Napolissa, Sorrentossa ja viereisestä satamasta pääsee ilman ruuhkaa Caprin saarelle helposti. Myös Vesuvius ja Pompeii lähellä. Uima-altaita ja merenranta. Ei löydy vastaavaa lähimain mistään. Henkilökunta huippuavuliasta.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is really great and the pool was salt watered.

Occasionally, the shower had no hot water. There’s an additional charge for the lounge chair. The food was fine but a bit pricey. The breakfast was very simple.

Ce n'est pas imputable à l'hôtel mais il y a pas grand chose dans l'environnement direct de l'hôtel, restaurant etc.
