De ligging met het uitzicht.

Zeer gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. Kapotte verlichting, bedjes bij zwembad kapot en versleten. Airco maakt ontzettend herrie. Zeer gehorige kamers, je hoort de buren hoesten en naar toilet gaan. Kamers lijken op een kamer in een verzorgingstehuis. Prijzen eten drinken erg duur 4 tot 6 euro voor een frisje of bier. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed.

Everything - really couldn't fault it. Nice setting and location, plus the staff were all excellent.

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, cucina veramente eccellente, ambiente molto rilassante immerso nel bosco, sono stati due giorni di puro relax, consigliatissimo per chi ha bisogno di staccare la spina lontano dal caos quotidiano!

Great stay at a very comfortable hotel, fantastic amenities including a lovely pool which is much needed for summer. Staff were great throughout our stay, and also a very good breakfast!

Hotel confortable avec une très belle piscine. Le personnel est très attentionné et fait des efforts pour échanger en français, ce qui mérite d'être souligné. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et le restaurant change de menu régulièrement. Nous reviendrons y séjourner.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour L’hôtel est vraiment sympa, il a un charme incroyable. La chambre est propre et assez grande. Tout avait été installé pour le lit de notre fille de 4 ans. Le personnel a été adorable dès le premier jour et nous a proposé des solutions car notre vol de nuit était retardé. Les piscines sont super. Nous reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion

Les repas sont à mon sens trop cher pour la quantité. Une seule bouteille d’eau par jour quand on est 3 c’est trop juste. Je regrette aussi la surveillance du maître nageur sur place, nous avons assisté à une absence de surveillance d’une famille heureusement que nous étions assez nombreux à la piscine pour sortir rapidement le bébé de l’eau. Le maître nageur était lui dos à la piscine accoude au bar à 1 m de la petite. Une fois le bébé sorti de l’eau il ne s’est pas intéressé à l’incident…

Everything! The location and area of the hotel are amazing; it features beautiful mountain views, plants, trees, and flowers. The perfect rooms—including a large bathroom, a super comfortable bed, and a coffee machine with two complimentary coffees per person per day and a free bottle of water every day—are situated in cute little cottages with outdoor terraces spread throughout the olive-tree-filled park. The swimming pool area is beautiful and very well-maintained. There is a cute pool bar and lunch area, a huge pool, and even a jacuzzi, along with super comfortable sunbeds and big umbrellas. Breakfast and dinner are truly an incredible experience. The food quality is superb, fresh, and delicious, with so much to choose from at both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dinner. Last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to all the staff members: everyone working at reception, everyone at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner, the team members we didn’t meet (like the chefs and everyone responsible for the consistently delicious food), and of course, the housekeeping staff who took care of cleaning our room! Thank you all for your amazing service, your kind attention, your understanding, your great communication, and your daily dose of happiness. You should be truly proud of what you have created together at this hotel! We are so glad we made the right choice to stay at your hotel for the first four nights of our holiday, and we would surely love to come back in the future. Kind regards, and hopefully see you soon!

The only thing that we think needs attention is the waiting time for drinks (especially coffee) at breakfast. Because there is no self-service drinks station or coffee machine where you can quickly get a coffee or juice yourself, you have to wait until a staff member welcomes you at your table, takes your order, and then wait again for the drinks to be prepared and served. Out of the four times we had breakfast, we received our drinks very quickly once; the other times, it took at least 15 to 20 minutes from the moment we entered the breakfast area until our coffee and other drinks arrived. We understand that serving drinks this way is meant to feel more personal and exclusive, which is very much appreciated, but the waiting time could easily be shortened. This could be achieved by installing a self-service drinks station and coffee machine as an option, while still offering the same table service. Alternatively, you could adopt a different ordering or delivery system, or ensure there are more staff members present to serve guests during peak hours. That being said, we still received amazing service from all the staff and enjoyed delicious breakfasts with our group. Out of our entire stay, this is truly the only area where we feel there is room for improvement.

Restaurant staff was super nice. Half board dinner was very good. A bit pricey for the location and standard but staff in the restaurant made up for this.

Staff were extremely helpful in being able to give you tips on beaches and restaurants to visit in the surrounding area. I looked forward to the breakfast everyday - they had just the right selection of options and had some of the best pastries I have ever had!

The bathroom area by the pool was a bit tired and needs an update.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and wonderfully maintained gardens. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, but what truly stood out was the exceptional quality of the food. Every meal was outstanding, with incredible flavours and textures. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced: the pastries tasted as if they had been freshly baked that morning, perfectly crisp and buttery, and even the scrambled eggs, despite being prepared in advance, were served at the perfect temperature. The homemade pasta was exceptionally tender and delicious. Everything was excellent. The staff were genuinely wonderful throughout our stay—kind, patient, attentive and very accommodating. As we were travelling with children, they went out of their way to adapt to our needs, even modifying dishes on the menu for us. Both the restaurant and hotel teams made us feel very welcome.

The only slight downside was the 10 a.m. check-out time, which felt a little early. However, the staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us extra time to pack before leaving the room. We were also welcome to stay at the hotel for the rest of the day, enjoy the pool and use the outdoor shower facilities, which was greatly appreciated.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful views and an amazing pool area. Buffet breakfast was beyond anything we expected. But more importantly, the staff are so caring and attentive. They truly made our stay 10/10. Grazie!!

Wij verbleven drie nachten in dit hotel. Hotel ligt rustig. We waren vroeg en konden ook al eerder in de kamer :-). Kamer was echt superschoon! Kamer was ruim met terras. Ontbijt is echt heel erg uitgebreid en drank wordt aan tafel bezorgd. Op de kamer heb je een fles water, thee en koffie en dat wordt ook iedere dag aangevuld.

Het onderhoud van alles laat hier en daar te wensen over. Langs het pad naar onze kamer stonden allemaal lantaarns en geen van allen werkten. Dus moesten we in het donker onze kamer vinden. Later brandde een snoer verlichting maar daarvan deed de helft het ook niet. In de tuin wordt continue gewerkt met machines (niet elektrisch...;-() maar het zier er desondanks niet heel goed uit. Er zit ook een restaurant bij het hotel. De kaart is erg beperkt (seizoen waarschijnlijk) en de prijzen zijn veel te hoog voor hetgeen je krijgt (hoeveelheid). Kwaliteit en smaak is wel goed overigens.

La chambre est sombre et peu aérée, impression d’humidité. Et surtout, insonorisation entre les chambres étonnamment mauvaise.

Traumhafte Lage mitten in den beeindruckenden Bergen, Hügeln und nur zehn Fahrminuten entfernt vom Meer. Wir wurden schon beim Empfang an der Rezeption mit vielen Ausflugsideen überrascht und einer genauen Karte ausgestattet, waren nur drei Tage in der Vorsaison mit Frühstück dort, ist ein beliebtes Hotel auch bei Familien mit tollem Pool und Bar. Alles exakt wie beschrieben, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr bemühte Restaurant Chefin, wer hier das Frühstück bemängelt hat, können wir nicht verstehen. Die Zimmer sind auf einzelne Häuser in der Anlage verteilt, großteils mit Blick auf die Felsen und Berge, es gibt Kaffee/Tee, Mini Bar und Snacks und gratis Wasser. Was wir nicht gewöhnt sind, ist eine Decke für zwei, da es Anfang Mai doch noch kühl war. Aber es gab sogar Bademäntel am Zimmer, perfekt wären noch Hausschuhe gewesen, für die kalten Bodenfliesen. Aber das ist schon wirklich das Einzige. Wir waren über den tollen Geesamtservice vom Badetuch bis Sonnenschirm und den guten Ausflugstipps angenehm positiv überrascht. Herzlichen Dank!

Great location with beautiful views. Resturant is excellent with a fine chef. Pool is great. Rooms are a bit dated, but nice and clean.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a fantastic view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was incredible, possibly the best meal of our trip. The staff were wonderfully polite and accommodating, and gave us lots of tips to explore the beautiful area. We wished we could have stayed more nights.

Super schöne weitläufige und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Perfekter und aufmerksamer Service im Restaurant. Besondere Gerichte auf der Karte und dazu ausgewählte Weine - ein Genuss! Großer Pool auch hier mit Blick in die Umgebung. Ruhig gelegen, toller Weitblick. Herzlicher Empfang und gute Tipps an der Rezeption. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Alles super!!!! Lediglich die Beleuchtung der Wege zu den Häusern bei Dunkelheit könnte etwas heller sein.

Beautiful location in the hills with views of green mountainside and rocks. Hotel is close to several beaches, with umbrellas to borrow. Friendly staff throughout, and a solid dinner menu (if a little heavy on inventive flavours at times) in the restaurant. Pleasant pool with (cold) jacuzzi, to make most of setting. Rooms (most called "suites") are comfortable but not very modern.

Incredible location, quiet and secluded, beautiful pool and restaurant with great breakfast

The walls of the rooms are too thin so we could hear our neighbours a little too well. Asked the staff to help us book a boat tour and they never got back to us or gave us any updates.

The location of the hotel was wonderful amongst nature and the mountains. The staff were excellent and helped us so much with excursions, restaurants, archeological sites and beach information. Plus the food in the restaurant for breakfast and especially dinner fantastic!

Le personnel est parfait et en plus beaucoup d'employés parlaient Français 👍😁. Chambre avec une terrasse sur le jardin, superbe. Beaucoup d'articles de toilettes (gratuits) et pour grignoter (payants mais très diversifiés). Rien à redire sur le dîner peut-être que l'hôtel pourrait proposer dans, la 1/2pension une formule accord mets/vins? Le cadre est époustouflant. En résumé nous regrettons de n' avoir pris qu'une nuit.

Ne pas avoir apprécié est trop fort pour ma critique, juste prévoir un menu avec accord mets/vins.

The view and surroundings are unique! It is quiet and peaceful with wonderful gardens. Spacy rooms. The lounges and tables could be fixed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire property is very well-kept, clean, and lovingly maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with great tips for our stay. The restaurant was excellent — both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices and everything was prepared with great care. Overall, this is a place full of charm and hospitality, and we would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just outside of Arzachena in a very peaceful setting with stunning views of the hills. It is an easy drive to several beaches and beautiful spots on the coast. To reach anything you need a car so it is best suited for those who want a relaxing stay. The tranquil setting allows you to really disconnect. The rooms felt very natural in the aesthetic, with a large terrace. Everything was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very nice, especially the pool area. We didn't want to leave. And the restaurant was amazing! Delicious food in a beautiful setting! The best part was the staff! Everyone was super helpful and friendly especially the reception staff. I would love to come back one day and can highly recommend the hotel, as we had a wonderful stay.
