Tuvana Hotel

A lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Couldn’t be any better.

Het hotel is in het oude centrum gelegen en heeft gelukkig een eigen gratis parking. Je moet wel durven door de kleine straatjes rijden tot aan het hotel. Alles ligt op wandelafstand, toplocatie als je het oude Antalya wil ontdekken. De kamer was heel mooi en proper, de badkamer was niet groot maar proper. Het bad was wel beetje verouderd en toonde daardoor niet proper. Goede airco en wifi. Het zwembad was heel aangenaam, heel proper. Pooltowels waren beschikbaar.

Het hotel is in twee delen, met een straatje ertussen. De kamers en de ontbijtruimte in het ene gedeelte, de receptie en het zwembad in het andere. De poolbar was niet open. Er kwam soms wel iemand langs om een bestelling op te nemen en te brengen (duurde wel lang). De hele dag door was er storende loungemuziek in de ontbijtruimte, dat je tot in je kamer hoorde. Het type AI-muziek dat hetzelfde deuntje voortdurend herhaalde. Vreselijk jammer want daardoor kon je niet chillen op een gemeenschappelijke terras tussen het groen. Het personeel was niet echt vriendelijk. Het onbijt was ok maar het duurde tegen dat het buffet werd aangevuld.

The breakfast staff were quite rude. The breakfasts were mediocre.

It was OK. Fresh bakery items and fruit , eggs etc. Some cooked meats and cold cuts , cheese etc. Fresh hot coffee.

I went late morning which was always busy. The layout of the buffet meant always bumping into people, or waiting for dishes to be replenished. Cups and glasses were often missing and had to ask every day for one, and tea selection was poor. However coffee was lovely.

Great place to stay ! Highly recommend !!!

Hotel review The hotel has a good location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The service and treatment were also good.

However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The towels were very old and should be replaced. Unfortunately, there were also insects coming out of the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the location and staff were good, but the condition of the room, old towels, and insects significantly affected our stay.

这个酒店是一个19世纪的建筑进行翻新的，翻新的非常不错，在酒店的大厅其实是个餐厅，这个酒店一共有三个餐厅，还有一个披萨店，还有一个喝酒的酒吧都在这个接触区里面这个建筑群非常大，是有三个不同的区域组成的房间除了枕头有点高一排其他的都非常好，窗户是木头的用的传统的工艺，但是密封性隔音性都还不错，特别值得出的是他们的装修以及一楼和二楼的夹层的一些布置可以拍照完全还原呀19世纪的那种感觉，古堡里面的感觉有一种在古堡里面的主人的感觉非常棒光线射击用的材料发的材料都很好，包括很好的很多的硬件改造都不错，包括他的房间里面的空调挂机，空调都是没有线如何管道的，都是藏在了后面应该排水口是走屋顶的，吊顶上找的非常好

我觉得枕头应该该提供更多的尺寸，我觉得枕头有点高，如果有矮一点的枕头会更好

Beautiful property in a great location in the old city- very atmospheric period mansion.

It was insanely hot while we were in Antalya and the air conditioning in the room was not on when we arrived so it was stifling! Took a while for the room to cool down.

Location was great.

The room had a dangerous step down just inside the door. On arrival the hotel staff did not mention this nor turn the light on after opening the door resulting in my wife having a bad fall as soon as we arrived and needing ice for her injury for the next two nights. The shower arrangement was poor and the water pressure terrible. Thr shower towels were old. The outdoor furniture was broken. The toilet would not flush and we had to pour water out of the kettle to make it flush properly. The room was not cleaned unless we asked. It had very squeaky floorboards that woke each of us up if the other walked on them and no doubt annoyed downstairs.

My favourite place in Antalya. We stay at this wonderful hotel every year for a few days. It is pure understated chic and elegance. The location in the old town is perfect, away from the cheap tourist crowds. The fine dining restaurant is the cherry on top.

We loved our stay. Hotel was in a great location. We had very good communication to advise where the carparking was and staff came and got our luggage and guided us to the hotel. We really enjoyed the poool and garden area during our stay. It was very relaxing. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast area was beautiful and the buffet was very extensive. Would stay again if in Antalya.

Нет такого. Можно написать расположение, но это практически ко всем отелям старого города можно отнести. Калеичи маленький и у каждого отеля можно найти интересные места.

Ужасные и старые номера, грязи нет, но старина, запахи соответствующие, пыль вековая. Сначала поселили в отвратительнейший номер под крышей, обои отваливаются, свет мигает, все максимально уставшее. Обратились в букинг за помощью, 0 эмоций( пошли разбираться на ресепшен. Номер нам поменяли, стало чуть лучше, но на второй день сломался кондиционер. Ремонтировать некому, ещё три дня без кондея, а на улице +40. Выбирали по цене, это было самое дорогое предложение на 6 дней, понадеялись на качество, но это просто провал. Чемоданы сами таскали, воды бесплатной нет, уборка символическая. Завтраки - ужас, просрочка вчерашняя, часто гнилая, в омлете каждый день скорлупа была. Это самый плохой отель, который я только встречал.

A very well situated hotel in the Old Town. It is an authentic older style property which made a welcome change from bright and modern. A very good choice of breakfast. Used the pool which was clean and a nice temperature. Staff were lovely

The smell of cat Urin was everywhere there were plants. So many cats. The floors of our bedroom were dirty. Different areas of furniture had dust on them. Breakfast was fair. Cats were sleeping on dining room cushions

Tolles Frühstück und schöne Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal, kleine Zimmer. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte wissen, dass man die Geräusche aus der Altstadt und den Restaurants deutlich hört.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful and the staff were vey accommodating and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was very good and the hotel was in a very central location in the old town.

The location and the staff absolutely were amazing at Tuvana! They ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible and that we had everything we needed. It was so clean as well!

The tvs were a little dated so they could benefit from an upgrade.

Die Lage in der Altstadt mit dem grosszügigen Garten ist sehr schön. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, die Zimmer sauber. Das Personal am Empfang zeigt sich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Mobiliar rundum ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Angestellten beim Frühstücksbuffet dürften ein Hallo und ein Lächeln verschenken.

The Hotel is in need of updating inside. Our room had damp on all outside walls. Room smelt of and was damp all the time. Virtually no natural light. Swimwear never dried. Breakfast basic.

Beautifully restored and decorated hotel with a parking lot next to it. Driving in the old city is a test of nerves, though. The staff is lovely. The bed and room is comfortable, WiFi is strong and the shower is hot.

The superior double room overlooks a little street and sits above the hotel restaurant so there was some noise

Thank you for a fabulous stay. The hotel has every modern comfort and convenience but retains an old-world charm and elegance, befitting its location in the heart of the old town. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was the only meal included in my reservation. There was a wide variety of freshly prepared items, served in pleasant surroundings looking out onto the courtyard. The appeal of this hotel was partly what attracted me to a holiday in Antalya and it didn't disappoint in any way.

Tuvana Hotel is pure old-world charm in the heart of Kaleiçi. The staff are extraordinarily helpful, the on-site restaurants are amazing, and you can easily walk to all the highlights of Old Town. A wonderful stay — highly recommend!

-Great location in the middle of the old town. - nice welcoming staff

-Difficult to reach with car as the roads are narrow and some are one way. - building is very old and this could be seen in some areas in the hotel. - AC was weak and could barely cool the room in the summer.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, near to shops, restaurants, bars and several ancient sights. The traditional buildings, rooms and furnishings of the hotel give it an authentic Turkish feel. Lovely garden and pool. Even has its own resident dog lying around the reception.

It's a bit hidden away - even the local taxi driver had trouble finding it.

The hotel itself has some charm and ambiance to it but our room was dreadful. Upon entering there was a pile of dirt that the maid had left behind, The toilet was very low as was the bed. The mattress was thin and sagged badly the length of the middle. Just overall dingy and uncomfortable.

The hotel is a group of old Ottoman houses converted to a hotel. It is lovely and historical, in a good location in old town, on a quiet lane with no cars. The restaurants are superb in a garden setting.

The rooms are somewhat dated, but definitely comfortable. No elevator.

Leaving so soon

All have been just perfect from the very beginning. Our compliments to the staff, who were extremely attentive and helpful. They assisted to organize all our sightseeing journeys, and it was well organized. They had communicated with the taxi drivers, unexpectedly for us prepared take away breakfast packages and were reliable 100 percent. I encourage use their service help instead of any other apps or companies. The hotel and atmosphere were breathtaking. Calm place in the old town city centre. Can imagine better place. Bravo 😊

We stayed nearly week, I wish it could be longer :)

Tuvana is a lovely boutique hotel with close proximity to everything located in old town Antayla. Great cold and hot buffet breakfast served in or outside. This hotel has three restaurants. The staff is very accommodating. Lighting in our room was kind of dark and the shower was a bit challenging to negotiate but overall, a comfortable and cozy stay in a family run hotel.

The room needed some TLC and was very dark due to the outside foliage covering the window. The fridge was very noisy during the night.

A beautiful hotel in an old, renovated mansion. The hotel is located on a beautiful quiet street in a great location. The restaurant and pool area are very atmospheric – you can truly relax here, as it's beautiful. Breakfasts are also good. I recommend this hotel!

best location, traditional decor, clean, atmospheric, breakfast is fantastic and all of the reception staff are very helpful, kettles in the room is nice.

I know it's the central location but I found for me the noise travelled a bit so my room was quite noisy overnight (but I am a bad sleeper). Surprised there was no welcome bottle of water in the room on arrival and the connected restaurants do seem really expensive for a glass of local wine.

Location! Perfect and a great place to visit everything and especially the atmosphere around and inside the walls of the city.

Poor quality. Service was average. Bedroom was of below average. Worthwhile only if are always out and about. Don’t expect the finer facilities a hotel offers. Rooms are old. Bed is old. Not very clean and the breakfast was nothing special.

Tuvana was in the centre on the old city close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is 185 years old and well preserved. The area the hotel was located in was lovely and the breakfast spread was amazing. There was a cocktail bar, PIO owned by the hotel that serves really good Margaritas.

The two restaurants in the hotel with Italian and international food are superb and in wonderful romantic venues. The hotel itself is an amazing old home once belonging to the proprietor’s grandmother and is extremely charming with antiques and chandeliers. We loved our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel itself was well placed near the action and nightlife but also very quiet. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only down side was that the room smelled damp. Probably due to heat outside and aircon inside. More airing of the rooms might help. Breakfast was average.

Tuvana Hotel is perfectly situated to explore the old town of Antalya. It is small but nicely historic with a pool, loungers and outside bar which was perfect for winding down after sightseeing. Arriving late, the welcome was friendly and there were plenty of bars and places nearly to eat and grab some food, Breakfast was served in the Seraser restaurant in another old building with a courtyard setting. Lovely choice of food but the orange juice could be freshly squeezed which it didn't seem to be. AC was included and there was plenty of hot water.

It was a very comfortable and stylish heritage hotel in the center of old town Antalya. It was easy to walk to sights and food.

Beautiful boutique hotel that was once an old house, giving it so much charm and character. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of everything—yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The staff were wonderful and so helpful (they even carried our luggage up to the top floor where we stayed). There’s a designated car park space which makes it super convenient if you’re renting a car, and the hotel also has a lovely restaurant. Breakfast each morning was served as a buffet in the main restaurant, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. Highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel!

Great location, delicious breakfast, parking, friendly staff.

Staff were amazing but our room was dark dingy and the aircon turned itself off every hour. We didn’t have a full nights sleep the entire time we were there because of other guests slamming doors into the early hours of the night or drunk people singing outside. It’s actually a lovely little hotel and the staff are fantastic but ultimately I can’t give a higher score because I literally didn’t sleep well once.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Great location in Old Town. I didnt like the fact that room we recived was on the 3rd floor so walking up on those stairs few times a day was a lot. Also it seemed as we were VIP section which was eligibility for room upgrate and nobody informed us about it.

Location was good if you want to be in old town. Old town is VERY hard to navigate if you are driving. We never experienced noise like we did there! There was a wedding at the hotel that went to midnight and was SO LOUD and people coming and going at all hours slamming their doors shut. Bed was ok. Service was fair.

The positive part of the hotel is the pool/garden area, location and the bed being comfortable.

Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. On arrival our bath was dirty with grime and we had to ask for it to be cleaned, which I don’t expect on arrival. Our room missed being serviced on one day of our stay and some items not replenished on other days. On our final day we were due to check out in 45 minutes and were packing up when housekeeping barged in with maintenance to sort something in our bathroom. We explained that we would be leaving within the hour but they still carried on. It was awkward and made for a rush to pack up in time to check out. The breakfast was in fact the same every day. Nothing tasted fresh and was just incredibly disappointing. The room is small and not as advertised; there is not enough space to turn around in the bathroom or bedroom. There are rooms across the street from the main building in a restaurant which is peculiar as the staircase to the rooms is right in the middle of the restaurant which was awkward when passing people eating dinner trying to get into your room. We were next to the terrace and directly above the restaurant which resulted in us being unable to open our curtains due to guests looking in whilst eating. The restaurant was noisy and played music until 12am every night which made it hard to sleep.
