Reviewed Sep 17, 2026チェックイン前に遅くなる電話をしたら「ご丁寧にご連絡いただきありがとうございます、ゆっくり楽しんでらしてください」って言ってくれた その後、チェックインした際も感謝してくれた すごく気持ち良く宿泊できた
冷蔵庫が故障していたので、できれば清掃の際に確認していただけたらありがたかった

Parking is 3-4 minutes away from the hotel and it costs 520 yen per day.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026駅から近く、隣にはコンビニがあり便利でした お部屋も古さは少しありましたが、綺麗に掃除されてました 無料の朝食に芋煮があり、山形を感じれたのも良かったです！ スタッフの方も丁寧で気持ちの良い対応をしてくださったのでまた山形に来る機会があれば利用したいと思います
エレベーターが1機しかないのでチェックアウトの時何回が逃すことがあったので早めに出ることをお勧めします。

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The hotel is located right next to the train station and in the heart of the town centre, making everything easily accessible and within walking distance. Staff was kjnd and there was also a nice breakfast included.
There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself. Since Yamagata isn't a very touristy city (although the nature around it is beautiful),, the hotel seems to cater mainly to business travelers rather than foreign tourists. That's not a downside, just something to be aware of before you book.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026綺麗だった。 立地も良かった 朝食も時間を予約制で混雑回避の対応をしていたので良かったと思うが、エレベーターで一緒だった人が、席がない為お弁当ケースにご飯を入れてお部屋で撮る事になってしまったと話してたので、残念そうでした。
エアコンのドライ切り替えが出来たらよかった。

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026充分にお掃除が丁寧にされていました。また､お掃除スタッフの方が朝のご挨拶も朗らかに声をかけてくださいました。 フロントの方はチェックイン直前の問合せの時から丁寧で爽やかな口調で応対してくれ安心感がありました。 翌朝､朝食時もスタッフの方の朝の笑顔や､メニュー説明も判りやすかったです。朝食も美味しかったです。5種類彩り野菜白味噌仕立ての味付けは特に美味しかったです。 また特にフロントスタッフの方で､Hotelにあったチェックアウト日､当日のイベントチラシの質問の対応の速さが素晴らしかったです。冷蔵庫内の忘れ物にも対応の素晴らしさが表れていました。
今回､初めての宿泊でしたが､良くなかった点は全くありませんでした。

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026住宿空間地點絕佳位於山形車站前且隔壁即是便利商店，週遭亦有許多餐廳及小店可以光顧。Check in 時有自助機台且系統有繁體中文可以選擇。這次一共停留兩晚，住房有提供免費早餐，兩張單人床的房型空間適中，開大型行李箱不是問題。

Reviewed May 31, 2026An excellent location next to the train station. A modern hotel with all commodities, including a launderette. An excellent price considering the breakfast is included. Lots of dinner opportunities nearby.
The double rooms are quite small, the bed was against the wall, so in order to get out of bed one person has to climb over the other one. Better go for the twin room, but it's more expensive.

The hotel was undergoing renovation when I stayed there, and the building was wrapped in scaffolding. There was some construction noise during the day.

Reviewed May 22, 2026ライブの遠征でお世話になりました。 駅近で隣にコンビニがありとても便利。 建物自体は新しくは無さそうですが、掃除が行き届いていて清潔だし、床や壁も綺麗。 朝食の種類がサービスとは思えない程充実している。芋煮がとても美味しかった。2連泊したが、おかずも変化があり、物価高騰下で企業努力を感じた。 スタッフさん達の気遣い、挨拶、笑顔等、感じがとても良くとてもレベルが高い。常にスタッフさんが受付に居て安心。 駅近なのに室内はとても静か(廊下での話し声は聞こえる)。 お手頃価格で、価格以上のサービス。
特にありません。 他の方のコメントの中には、エレベータが一つで遅いとありました。 確かにタイミングによっては待ちますが、時間に余裕を持って行動していたし、繁忙期でも無かったので、私は不便はなかったです。

お部屋清潔感が無かった（掃除が意行き届いてない）点が一部あり。自分が地元ホテルのハウスキーパーしていたので視点がそこに向いたのかもしれませんが、初日ベッドサイドの棚？が埃で覆われていた。ベッドメイクの後チェックするべきかな。シャンプーの液の塊が洗面台蛇口後ろにあった。翌日の清掃ではきちんと拭き取られていました。

The complimentary breakfast was only fair, and the breakfast room is too small. 10 floors, 100+ rooms and only 1 elevator. The neighborhood seems to be a nightlife area, so it’s noisy if you have your window open to get some air at night.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026J’ai bien aimé cet hôtel. Au 7ème étage. Lit confortable. J’ai demandé un second oreiller et c’était bien. Douche chaude. À 5 minutes de la gare. Attention le mont Zao est fermé actuellement. Seulement Zao onsen pour aller se baigner ou prendre la cabine pour aller skier sur les sommets. Supérette juste à côté. Petit dej sur place. Très bon wifi. Possibilité de laisser son bagage après le Check out ça m’a bien rendu service.
Il y a des travaux mais personnellement cela ne m’a pas dérangé. Petit dej jusqu’à 9h30. À 8h30 ils ne recomptèrent pas les plats cuisinés donc il faut arriver entre 8h et 8h15 pour avoir du choix. Sinon bon petit dej. Le Check in sur ordinateur quand il y a du personnel en place.

The room is really for one person. The bed is big enough for 2 but it is against a wall. There is no room for luggage at all. The aircon is centrally controlled and was set too warm. You can't open a window. We attempted their electronic check-in, but it failed, and we had to repeat the whole process manually.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026The location of the hotel is near Yamagata Station and the bus terminal. There were also a lot of attractions to visit within the Yamagata Station area. The staff were also kind and polite. The included breakfast is good and complete to start the day. The room is spacious enough and has complete toiletries that I need (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). Overall, I would choose this place again if I visit Yamagata City again.
Maybe they can improve the night wear they provide. I was kind of not comfortable with its design.
