방 시설이 다 낡았어요. 사진에도 세월감이 느껴졌지만 실제로는 더 느껴지네요.

駅から近くて、安い。周りに飲食店が多い。

提携の駐車場が宿から遠い。雨だったので、結局裏手にある提携外のコインパーキングに停めた。

The location, the hotel is close to the station. They proposed various amenities and the staff at the reception was friendly.

The room was not clean. The blanket covers were dirty, we had hair and dead skin from the previous guest on ours. In fact, I do not think they are changed between guests as there were no clean covers on the housekeeping cart (only pillow covers and regular bedsheets). The breakfast was not good either. I have stayed in Japanese hotels for the same price but my room was clean and the breakfast was much better. I didn't feel completely safe as every floor of the hotel is accessible from the street level (the elevator does automatically stop at the reception though). There is only a simple lock on the door, no deadbolt. That didn't make me feel safe.

大浴場 サウナも付いていてとても良かった

提携駐車場が分かりにくい 停めた所が対象外だった もっと近くの駐車場を提携にして欲しい

I love it that they made the extra pillows available to anyone who needs them. Because of that, I was able to sleep really well.

I didn't know the hotel has recommended parking spots that I can use for a discount.

駅からは徒歩5分以内、周りは飲食店の多いエリアで、便利だと思います。 建物はかなり年季が入っている感じで、禁煙ルームにしましたが、タバコの匂いの染みついた感がありました。 浴槽は極小、溜めたお湯を流したら、ユニットバスのトイレの方に流れ出てしまい、床はびちゃびちゃ。栓を半分だけ開けた状態で流しました。 部屋にあったヘアドライヤーは、hotにしても冷風しか出ませんでした。 チェックインはアジア系の若い外国人男性がしてくれましたが、日本語で頑張って対応してくれて、そこが唯一の良かった点でしょうか。 お値段もかなりお安く泊まれたのであれこれうるさく言うのも申し訳ないですが、お風呂やドライヤーは、改善していただけると嬉しいです。

スタッフのかたは優しかったし、笑顔もあった。ただ女性大浴場が使えず、部屋の風呂の排水が、溢れ出てきたのはビックリした。こんな事、初めてでした。早く大浴場修理してほしいです。

かなり内装が古いので、水回りなど不潔なのが苦手な方は注意です。 ホテルマンさんの対応はとても良かったです。

朝食は山形感が、あって美味しい

Great location! Once you discover the shortcut between the hotel and Yamagata train station, it’s just a quick 4-minute walk to the bus stop for Zao Onsen right in front of the station. The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a delightful mix of traditional Japanese dishes and a selection of Western breads. There’s also a nice tea corner, and our favorite was the blueberr There were no glasses or cups for drinking in the room. It felt quite outdated, and on our first night, it was a bit dusty. However, after we requested cleaning, the situation improved on the second night. I recommend asking for a vacuum cleaner right away if you notice any dust.y tea. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations, as our window was covered with a metal structure, but it didn’t bother us too much. A plus is that all the evening entertainment on the second floor was closed, so it stayed quiet at night. The reception is on the third floor, but without clear signage, you might find it a bit tricky to locate.

There is no glass or cup for drinking. The room is too old and on our first night was quite dusty but when we ask for cleaning the 2nd night is better so I would suggest if you feel like smelling the dust please ask for vacumn cleaner right away.

ホテルは今、外装の工事中で窓の景色が息苦しいことを除けば値段相応と言うべきかと思いますが、予約手続きに大いに問題があります。 ネットからの予約でしたが、シングルの部屋に朝食付きを選択したはずなのにチェックインしたら朝食なしになっていて料金も予約時の金額から高くなっていた。 フロントの係員はインド系の外国人で日本語に問題があり、私の名前を毎回間違えるし本当に気分が悪かった。

施設の古さは否めない スタッフの対応は良かった

ドライヤーや トイレのペーパーをはめる箇所等 人の手に多く触れる場所がベトベトしているのが嫌でした。

どこのホテルでもやっているような当たり前の 朝食がとても美味しかったです。 ホテル自体は古いけれどストレスなく２泊しました。 来年もここにしようかな？と考えています。

Building (and the hotel) seems a little old, bathroom is tiny and a little old as well.. but generally the room is spacious and clean (although very basic).
