The apartment was just right to our needs. Was clean and had all the stuff we needed. Breakfast was decent. Facilities and Cleanliness was good. 10min walk from metro line.

The charging sockets were hidden behind bed stands. The doors swung open towards one another making it uncomortable to navigate inside the room.

We zochten naar een hotel met familiekamer zonder slaapbank. Meerdere hotels staat dan ook aangeven dat de kamer is voorzien van een slaapbank. Echter stond bij dit hotel 1x een 2 persoons en 2x een 1 persoon vermeld. Hierdoor hadden wij mede dit hotel geboekt. Om dan vervolgens erachter te komen dit niet het geval is in de werkelijkheid, je onvriendelijk geholpen wordt en het zelf maar moet uitzoeken met de deken en hoe de slaapbank überhaupt werkt, waarschijnlijk omdat de receptie medewerker drukker is met tik tok filmpjes kijken dan klanten helpen. Was dit na een rit van 8 uur een enorme domper. Slecht geïnformeerd, slecht geholpen, gelukkig was het ontbijt lekker.

Die Lage in Montrouge ist sehr günstig. Sehr gutes Zimmer. Gepflegt. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage gegen moderate Gebühr (für Pariser Verhältnisse). Sehr freundliches Personal. Angenehmes Stadtviertel.

Die Tiefgarage hat ein Problem: Mit einem etwas tieferem Fahrwerk (wie bei meinem Auto) setzt man bei der Fahrt in das für Hotelgäste reservierte 2. Untergeschoss an einer Stelle deutlich hörbar mit dem Unterboden auf. Da müsste was gemacht werden; ich habe schließlich keinen ultratiefen Ferrari. Das dürfte auch andere betreffen!

Personnel à l'accueil peu accueillant qu’on semblait déranger lorsque sollicité. Informations contradictoires et changeantes d’une journée à l’autre ( d’une personne à l’autre à l'accueil ) et il y avait seulement un porte valise malgré que nous étions 2 personnes avec chacun une valise et sacs à dos.

Notre apparthotel était spacieuse, propre, très bien situé

L'équipement dans n’était pas suffisant, manque de vaisselle, de serviettes, de torchons, pour un séjour de 9 nuits, c'était difficile de les remplacer.

They have to make sure the AC works at maximum especially during summer.

Our AC was not not working and woken up at 3.15am. And the next day I met the on-duty staff who was a lady. She was very helpful and tried to find a solution by finding a fan. Unfortunately she couldn’t find it.she didn’t give and finally found a much better room with good AC on for me and my wife. Forgot what her name was but for sure she was moslem… mercy beaucoup!!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec nos enfants, l'emplacement est très bien le bus à quelques minutes à pieds, le métro à 10min devant la Mairie Montrouge. Le personnel était disponible et agréable. L'appartement était bien pensé pour 4 personnes.

Nous avons eu 4 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double : deux lits simples dans la chambre et le canapé convertible se transforme en 2 lits simples. Nous nous sommes adaptés en collant deux lits simples mais c'était vraiment dommage. Sinon tout était très bien.

The breakfast was quite good. Room size was good and also common areas are suitable for families.

Room cleaning was quite poor. We found several dirty bed linen and blankets upon our arrival, which had clearly not been changed since the last use. The toilet was smelling quite bad, probably due to poor cleaning service. We were contacted to sort this out only on the last day of our stay, but in the meantime I had already bout some products to clean on my own.

L'aparthotel è molto carino nel complesso e l'appartamento abbastanza grande per 4 persone con una buona posizione. La metro non è proprio vicinissima ma c'è da fare circa 700m di una strada per arrivare alla piazza del municipio da cui parte. La fermata è molto tranquilla con anche qualche bar locale dove bere e mangiare. La linea M4 rapida e ben collegata. Disponibilità di parcheggio in garage chiuso a pagamento. Dal nostro terrazzino al 6 piano si vedeva uno scorcio della Torre Eiffel. Possibilità nella sala colazione di bere gratis le bevande calde dalla macchinetta e di riempire le proprie bottiglie di acqua dal distributore.

Il divano letto al nostro arrivo non era pronto e lo abbiamo dovuto aprire noi (era comunque comodo per dormire). La pulizia era molto scarsa e ho dovuto comprare una scopa e dei panni per pulire di nuovo il pavimento su cui ho trovato briciole capelli e macchie appiccicose in cucina.

Kamer was oke maar keukentje heel klein je moest tegen de koelkast duwen om de vaatwasser die er stond open te kunnen krijgen. Badkamer vooral bad heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. En de toilet rook als bij de lagere school van onze kinderen heel erg naar urine. Dus het was niet het geld niet waard iets meer dan €800,- voor 3 nachten met 4 personen, 2 honden, ontbijt en parkeren

The proximity to the public transport. It is not too far from Paris.

The online photos are completely misleading—our room was old, dark, small, and dirty. We booked an apartment for a family of 4, but only one bed was made upon arrival. When we asked about it, we were told housekeeping wasn't available and the manager insisted we make our own beds! Thankfully, the receptionist was kind enough to come up and help us herself. Breakfast was extremely basic with almost no options and undercooked eggs. Definitely not 4-star standard.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel Adagio. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant, disponible et toujours à l'écoute. Toute l'équipe a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse et de professionnalisme, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est confortable, propre et l'ambiance est chaleureuse. Je n'ai absolument rien à reprocher. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Je n'ai rien à signaler de négatif. Tout a été à la hauteur de mes attentes. J'ai apprécié l'ensemble de mon séjour et je suis entièrement satisfaite.

La proximité des transports.

The small apartments they rent are a comfortable size for a small family of 3-4, with an ok stocked mini kitchen and some room to sit and eat. There is also balconies available for the apartments, though we didn't use it due to heat and the intersection in front of the building. They also offer an ok buffet breakfast, they have (paid) laundry and a foosball table which kept my youngest entertained. It is about 10 minutes walk from the closest subway, which is well connected to the rest of Paris. The area is generally calm and quiet.

While the bed lining was spotless, the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The only fresh vegetable at breakfast was cherry tomatoes, some lettuce and other fresh vegetables would have been nice.

Really dirty balcony, spider webs in the kitchen, very small rooms, hardly any space. Logistically hard to move around given how tight the space was. Foul smell in the toilet. No exhaust fans in the toilet or bathroom.

Nice location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to Metro for access into the center of Paris. We picked this place as we were driving in from the South, good secure parking. Staff were friendly.

We were in an apartment with balcony for 4 people, the room didn't match the photos on the website. Strange layout of the room and all in need of refurbishment. Wasn't expecting to have to take out the rubbish.

The staff was very welcoming and helped us with all the information we needed. We didn’t need the luggage storage, so I don't have info about it. Everyone spoke both English and French, which made communication very easy. The building had an elevator accessed by card, which made it feel safer. The room was equipped with air conditioning (simple to operate), a private bathroom with a shower, a comfortable bed, and a kitchen with a stove, pan, glasses, mugs, microwave, dishwasher, and cabinets. This allowed us to prepare breakfast and even simple dinners. The location was really good, with a safe environment, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a subway station (about a 10–15 minute walk). It wasn’t in the city center, but the neighborhood was calm and very pleasant. We didn’t have breakfast there, but it was available. The biggest issue for me was the contact after our stay. I forgot my power bank charging in the room and reached out several times through messages, but I never received an answer. That was very disappointing.

Price at booking for 4 nights did not include not small additional hotel fees (135 euro had to be payed more than indicated) plus parking 17 euro per day. There is no other possibility to park your car. Uncomfortable beds (folding). If you want change towels need to pay. In prices like that should be included.

The hotel room was clean.

The staff weren’t friendly. I only had one or two persons say hello/goodbye as we came or left. The bath tub drain was clogged and we stood in the dirty shower water. Gross. The one wood key didn’t work in the elevator as we tried go down. The door closed and I pressed the bell button. No help. The lights turned off! 😡Then I kept hitting the bell button but nothing! No help or anything. Finally another traveller came to use the elevator and we went down with him. I took the key to the desk attendant and he didn’t even seem to care 🤷‍♀️ I got upset. He just reprogrammed the key. No sorry or care.

Pokój na 3 piętrze z balkonem po wewnętrznej stronie budynku dawał ciszę i spokój. Klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko, aneks kuchenny, wanna z prysznicem były udogodnieniem pobytu. Blisko sklep spożywczy i dobre połączenie komunikacyjne do centrum.

By wjechać do garażu potrzebny jest pin który dostaniesz dopiero jak się zaanonsujesz, przez co musisz zaparkować na ulicy. Garaż jest na minus 2 piętrze i uwaga : samochody powyżej 185 cm NIE WJADĄ ! Tego nie ma w informacji ! W ubikacji brak wieszaka na ręcznik i przykry zapach jak po papierosach.

For a hotel that advertises AC, there was none in the breakfast area and the reception was sweltering as well. Check in was a miserable experience. We arrived for the agreed time of 3:00 PM and were left waiting for our room to be prepared for over an hour longer. Even though we had booked an apartment with 2 twin beds ..not a couch bed, we were given the excuse that this was not available and had to be arranged. Meanwhile reception continued to book dozens of people in and who’s rooms were prepared before ours. The AC in our suite was barely working . Breakfast service was slow as the one staff member was the cook, the table cleaner and the person responsible to bring out more food. This resulted in many people , like us, waiting for the trays to be refilled.

Que le prix du parking ne soit pas indiqué dans la réservation, c'est surprise en arrivant. Très bruyant si fenêtre ouverte et climatisation bloquée à une certaine température, ce qui fait qu'avec la canicule, c'était compliqué. Les boissons fraîches a disposition qui sont gratuites, n'étaient pas fraîches du tout.

Bonjour, suite à notre séjour une absence de climatisation dans l’hôtel deuxième lit sur un clic clac, mais la climatisation était un pompon. Ils nous ont ramené des glaçons pour refroidir. Nous voudrons une remise commerciale sur un prochain hôtel s’il vous plaît.

Le staff n'a pas respecté ma location, de surcroît j'ai récupérer une chambre avec deux lits simple ajouté a cela des roulettes sous un des lits ce qui n'a pas été du tout agréable.. J'en ai assez des hôtels qui ne sont pas assez attentifs à la commande.. 160euros la nuit cela mérite un minimum d'attention de la part de l'équipe. !! Meme si j'assume n'être jamais revenu voir la réception. laisser un set up de literie tel que celui ci n'est agréable pour personne, ça fait soirée pyjama

Kicsit 'franciásabb' és választékosabb reggelire számítottunk egy ekkora (~100 szoba/apartman) hotelben, de éhen nem maradtunk azért.

All arrivo ho chiesto se era possibile restare un giorno in piu dei 7 previsti. In reception mi hanno confermato che era possibile, ma che non era possibile fare un unico pagamento, ma due distinti. Io ho saldato il soggiorno preventivato convinto di saldare il giorno in più al termine del soggiorno, invece il giorno previsto mi hanno detto che la stanza non era stata prenotata, quindi sono dovuto partire come da prima prenotazione. A parte questo inconveniente la struttura è ottima, pulitissima, confortevole e comoda per visitare la città.

Unit was massive, had a separate dividing door for more space and a balcony. Breakfast included all the greats - bacon and eggs, pastries and salads/cheeses. Would stay again.

O ar-condicionado do quarto simplesmente não funcionou em temperaturas de 32° C em Paris. O ar era central mas funcionava apenas na sala, no quarto principal permaneceu um forno. Reclamamos na recepção e enviei uma mensagem, mas nada foi feito. Fujam deste hotel no verão.

The check in staff were welcoming and helpful (when I needed to extend my stay and when I locked myself out) The room was large with a small kitchen. The bathroom was roomy. The bed was actually a sofa bed which I was a bit surprised about although it was comfortable (I stayed three nights) There were plenty of towels The apartment was well equipped There was a door I could open to step out and enjoy the view (5th floor). Not a terrace but somewhere to stand and drink a coffee. Although I was there during a busy bank holiday weekend, it was pretty quiet from within my room. There is underground parking although I did not use it. The hotel had left some complimentary coffee pods and tea bags which was very welcomed

The kitchen area could do with a thorough clean but it was clean enough. The toilet in the bathroom is very high. Im 5 foot 8 and I could just about put my toes on the floor which I found very funny. I don't know if if was an air freshener or cleaning product but the smell was pretty overwhelming for my first night?
