If the companions are not present at the time of Check In, their personal information is required to carry out Pre-Registration. If the information is not registered on time it will not be refundable.
According to Colombian law 2068 of 2020, companions can only be registered with an official document, a citizenship card for national guests and a passport for foreign guests. It is necessary to print and have the hotel registry signed by each companion and clarify to the reservation holder that when their visitor is going to leave the hotel, they must inform the Reception, otherwise this value will be charged for the rest of the nights of their stay. . and the cancelation of the charge cannot be requested.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Siempre que me he hospedado en este Hotel la experiencia ha sido excelente, la habitación con excelente iluminación, limpia, la cama y almohadas perfectas. La atención en el desayuno y la variedad 10 de 10. No me decepcionó, salvo un único punto en ésta ocasión, el aire acondicionado del cuarto nunca bajó de 21°C y ya Medellín no es tan frío como lo era antes y a la hora de dormir no fue placentero porque se sentía calor.
Lo único que puedo decir de esta ocasión fue el tema del aire acondicionado, pese a que lo notificamos y fueron a revisar, el personal de mantenimiento dijo que estaba bien y que iba a bajar la temperatura pero no se solucionó el problema.

En la habitación hacia más calor que afuera. Pedimos que lo revisaran y no hubo cambio alguno: seguíamos a 24•c El sábado vimos entrar a un hombre con tres mujeres de “dudosa procedencia”. Ellas no estaban registradas y uno de los botones lo detuvo. Otro lo desautorizó y los dejó ingresar. Es un hotel familiar, esto no se debe permitir.

En general todo ha sido muy agradable, por mejorar el aseo del agua de al piscina, pero es lo unico que puedo pedir. Bueno, fui para la maraton de medellin, y vi muchos más huespedes para lo mismo, sería muy bueno si el proximo año organizan un desayuno rapido (3:30am, huevos cocido y café) pensando en mejorar la experiencia.

Que Booking me ubico en 3 habitaciones para 5 adultos, cuando las habitaciones todas tenian 2 camas dobles. Viajaba con mi madre y perfectamente habria podido quedarse con nosotros en una habitación, lo que hubiera resultado en un menor valor pagado. No me ofrecia la opcion de 2 habitaciones para los 5 adultos. En cambio el hotel si las ofrece.

No complimentary water was provided in the room. More importantly, the male staff member at check-in was rude and made me feel uncomfortable by repeatedly emphasizing the hotel’s guest visit policy and the $100 additional charge. I found the interaction unnecessary and unprofessional.

Though I didn’t try the pool due to weather, I loved the varied breakfast, super comfy bed and large bathroom, as well as the city views from my room up high. The staff is well trained and friendly, one can exchange euros at a good rate and the hotel is well located. Overall just great!
I find the excessive stressing of not allowing extra people in your room a bit much. I get the importance of enforcing the rule and charging $99 for someone else staying the night (due to that kind of tourism being rampant in Medellín), but if I wanted to have an actual date over, like I could in other hotels, this would probably prevent that.
