Los huéspedes, con vehículos a gasolina, aún no respetan los espacios de estacionamiento para la recarga de vehículos eléctricos y se estacionan en ellos sin que el personal les restrinja hacerlo. Espero hagan conciencia y ayuden con ellos.

Our sheets were old, very wrinkled and not comfortable at all. Disappointing as we have stayed as this property yearly traveling through Idaho. Carpets seemed dirty as well.

We got the jacuzzi suite because we were celebrating my birthday the countertop next to the kitchen sink. The top of it was sticky, like it didn't get wiped down. Then in the jacuzzi room i'm a plumber, okay, the shower head that was in there as soon as you turned it on, flooded, the bathroom because the seal was actually out of the showerhead. Let the front desk know that I flooded the room didn't realize it till afterwards. Used all of our towels to dry it. The best we could Then, they wouldn't give us any more towels. So we had to drip dry, just an overall bad time at this stay had fun with my wife but just wasn't happy with the room and it wasn't very cheap either. So Couldn't even get a partial refund or anything. Because we booked it through booking.com. Instead of the hotel itself so

Spa was drained and couldn't be used before we had to check out. The work needed to be done and it needed to be drained, but could it have been done overnight when most people are asleep so it could be completed when most people are awake.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Location: great! Right off the interstate and close to Twin Falls, which is a must-see! Bed: super comfortable! Soft sheets. Shower: fine. Plenty of hot water and sufficient pressure. Quiet: we run white noise, so that always helps. Super clean as far as I could see. Friendly and professional front desk staff.
Pillows: thankful we had our own. Breakfast: tons of choices, but for some reason, it just wasn't a great breakfast. Room was pretty cold, too. The staff was attentive, though.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026. It would be better without the outright racist despair. I KNOW how it looks and feels when staff are bigots, I am of mixed race. I have never witnessed that experience in a motel before.
The front desk staff were complete bigots. I am of mixed race, and the caucasian women at the front desk were vile in unkindness by shrewd nastiness. I am a Christian Sanctified, and I felt so unwelcome by them that if I could have canceled at that point, I would have. But I could not or lose my payment.

As we just stayed for one night I didnt see anything that could be better. This is one of the nicer, cleaner hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
