Very dated hotel. Cobwebs above window. Smells musty & old. Tub is old & dingy. Front clerk unfriendly & rude. Breakfast was good. Made to order omelet's, unfortunately several items empty.

Clean beds were good large mini-fridge liked the sink and counter separate from the toilet/shower. exhaust fan in bathroom very well lit, much better than most

Not a lot of parking, but at least it's free No elevator.

Front desk will not give you any information even with a reservation. Claiming sold out even though I have a reservation. Needed to confirm what time I could check in at the latest and they would not answer the question. Staff needs to be trained better on customer service and how to value the people paying their establishment. Don’t waste your time here, you’ll get better service at a few other hotels in the area.

The carpet was filthy. Our sink didn't have hot water. The TV did not work. The pool and hot tub had people throwing around a football. I will say the breakfast omelet bar was enjoyable and the only highlight of the trip.

Breakfast was excellent and in a good location off the lobby. Lots of choices hot and cold. Bonus, was a staff member making omelets, eggs, pancakes and more.

1. Not well maintained. The sink didn’t work well. Part of the lamp fell off onto the floor. 2. Staff was not helpful at all. I had a lot of trash and wanted to leave it in the hall to be picked up. And the desk staff told me to haul it down to the outside dumpster. Completely out of line considering that we paid hotel prices! To add insult to injury, there is a tip envelope left in the room! For what exactly? 3. When I was checking out the staff person asked “how was your stay” and I answered “not great.” The response “Wonderful! Have a good day!”

A glass of wine after a long day of travel. The young lady who checked us in was wonderful. We really enjoyed our breakfast, my omelette was delicious.

4/5. Great customer service. Kristen was excellent. I arrived late, almost at 11 p.m., after driving all day and being exhausted. She was very friendly and even helped me find my bed in the suite, which I had clearly missed after the long drive. Turns out I needed to open an extra door. She was very helpful, welcoming, and kind throughout the interaction. Now, the reason I gave the hotel a 4/5 is because Kristen was one of the reasons I didn’t rate this stay a 1/5. Her customer service genuinely stood out and significantly improved an otherwise disappointing experience. The bathroom grout on both the walls and floor is moldy. The drive in due to construction detours was very difficult and frustrating. The property itself feels run-down, and there was a noticeable sewer smell right before arriving, which made the arrival experience unpleasant. While it’s not completely unacceptable, the overall condition of the property is not what I would expect and does not feel presentable for a higher rating. Breakfast was okay. The coffee was great, but the eggs were bland. Last but not least, not having an elevator simply because the property only has two floors was surprising, as this is not something I typically see in hotels. Kristen deserves recognition and likely a raise for the impact her service has on the overall guest experience. She is clearly one of the reasons this stay does not reflect a much lower rating. I don’t think I’ll stay again unless the hotel is improved and the construction is completed. Thank you.

It was close to the people I came to visit.

First, and you'll understand why I bring this up, our room happened to be one of the furthest from the desk/amenities. Long ass walk. Room was smaller than I expected. Went to get settled in and put some stuff away, and found frozen breast milk in the freezer of the mini fridge. Walked it down to the office to let them know that the cleaning people didn't do a great job. Go back to the room to get ready to swim, and I find a box if someone's left over pizza, stuck up on top of the microwave. Walk it to the office again.. "Sorry..." is basically what I got. Went about our business, til it was time for bed. Kids HAD to have their OWN bed, so we opened the sofa sleeper, and guess what, no bedding. Aaaaaargh.....once again, I walk back to the front desk, tell them About having no bedding. He gives me 2 flat sheets, and a blanket. No fitted sheet, AND no pillow. They were out. So, I'M making their bed , just so they can sleep. NOT TOO FREAKING HAPPY !!!!! I had hoped for a better experience...NOT SO !!!

Indoor pool 24hr, water temperature warm but not too much. Continental breakfast included and staff were very nice and polite . Plenty of extra towels in pool area, bathrooms next door.

You could smell the chlorine from the pool/hot tube all the way from any hallway. Burn your eyes when near pool area. Wish they could add a shower to rinse before/after using pool/hot tube.

I liked the space and the beds. Staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was nice.

Everything - smelled bad, toilet didnt work, phone didnt work, staff were unhelpful and one of them was rude from the moment I walked in. Also, NO ELEVATOR.

Heater in room was blasting when we arrived it was so hot turned on air conditioning and it didn't work too well it kept clicking off even though there's no way the room was already 70 as we just got there and it was horribly hot

We were in a suite that was apparently designated dog suite. The room smelled musty. The furniture and carpet were worn and looked like a cat scratching post. My dog kept sniffing an area on the bottom of the wall where the carpet comres up the wall like another dog had peed there. The front desk brought me some spray air freshener, that helped by stopping my dog from sniffing that area. The room still smelled musty. Plus the furniture was stained.

The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a motel. Eggs and pancakes made to order.

The location was easy to find. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels. We always enjoy Best Western and their breakfasts. However, this one hit it out of the park! They had a cook custom prepare your eggs-scrambles, over easy, or omelette with a multitude of different ingredients. It was incredible!

The picture on hotel.com is not a realistic representation of the actual hotel. It's just one level above camping. We had to shower with our sandals on and the place is gross.

Pros: best hotel breakfast you’ll ever have! Eggs/waffles, pancakes, French toast made to order with all the topping you could want. Hot tub for relaxing and Large swimming pool open 24 hours a day!! Friendly staff, clean room Large smart tv in room Affordable vending machine snacks Cons: shower head was tiny and you have to hold it while you shower No shampoo provided to us (only conditioner) Pillows were tiny and square so not comfortable bedding. The hot tub only fits 3 people max so you have to wait your turn to use it. Room smelled weird.

Not a bad place for a quick overnight stop, parking was tight and hard to maneuver, and not enough spaces if the hotel is full. We can’t do stairs any longer so no elevator gets a downgrade. The room could have been cleaner, the sofa smelt dusty. We left before breakfast got underway so we didn’t get to try that. We have stayed here a few times over the last twenty years, it’s just a little tired.
