The cleanliness was poor. The bedsheets were not changed at all during our 7-day stay, which was very disappointing and below the expected standard.

However, there are several areas that need improvement. The furniture feels old, cleanliness was below average with noticeable dirt around the outdoor tables, and the towels were worn and should be replaced. The biggest disappointment was the dining experience. There is only one restaurant, and the food quality was poor. Staying for a week made meals quite repetitive, and since dining options at Four Seasons were difficult to book, food became a real challenge during our stay. We also booked the resort’s off-site dining experience, where guests are taken to an external location for a set menu. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing meals we have ever had. The food quality was extremely poor despite the high price, and we ended up eating only the bread and butter. The tennis coach was skilled and friendly, but unfortunately he was not reliable with appointments. We planned our schedule around our lessons several times, only to have them cancelled at the last minute. The most concerning issue was safety. We encountered two snakes near our villa. Initially, our concerns were not taken seriously, as we were told it was normal because of the natural surroundings. While we understand wildlife exists, it should not be appearing so close to guest accommodation. We have travelled extensively, and resorts usually have proper wildlife control measures to keep guest areas safe. It was especially frightening because we were travelling with young children. After we requested a villa change, we were moved to another villa, and the situation was much better. This resort has incredible potential thanks to its beautiful setting, but it needs more attention to cleanliness, guest safety, and food quality to match the standard expected from a luxury resort.

Tout était paradisiaque, le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. Ils sont tous adorables nous avons apprécié notre surclassement chambre. Nous avons été sous le charme du tout du golf en voiturette . La plage privée sur l' ile aux cerfs est un bijoux. La qualité des repas était au rendez vous. Nous avons passé une semaine anniversaire parfaite.

La piscine serait plus agréable si elle était chauffée.

Du brauchst für alles einen Voucher oder Karten (Badetücher, Golf etc) - alle Informationen wären doch im System weil man muss immmmmmmmer die Zimmernummer angeben! Es war eine riese Baustelle - sah alles etwas profisorisch aus Es gab nur ein offenes Restaurant (italienisch), wenn man jedoch nahe Italien wohnt, muss man leider sagen dass es einfach nur sehr teuer ist und das Essen maximum Mittelklasse

Seuls souci , nous n’avons pas été prévenu que les restaurants étaient en maintenance. Mais nos inquiétudes ont été vite dissipées car des mesures compensatoires a la hauteur ont été mises en place .

From the moment we arrived, this resort exceeded every expectation. After a particularly eventful year for our family in Dubai, we were looking for somewhere that would allow us to completely switch off, relax, and spend quality time together. What we found was paradise. The setting is simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to stunning sunrises, crystal clear water, and views that look like they belong on a postcard never got old. The private island beach was spectacular and provided the perfect escape to unwind and recharge. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. From the warm welcome on arrival, complete with flowers and bubbly waiting in our room, to the friendliness and professionalism of every member of staff we encountered, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What made this holiday particularly special was that it offered something for everyone. My wife enjoyed the beach, pool, spa and a few strawberry daiquiris, while my son and I had the incredible opportunity to play both championship golf courses. Sharing my son's first full 18-hole rounds in such a stunning setting created memories that will stay with us forever. Both golf courses were world class. The Ernie Els designed Anahita course and the Bernhard Langer designed Ile aux Cerfs Golf Club are among the most beautiful courses I have ever played anywhere in the world. Most importantly, we laughed, relaxed, reconnected as a family and created memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We are already missing the views and counting down until our next adventure back to Mauritius. A truly magical family holiday and one we will never forget ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 without hesitation. 😎🏝️⛳❤️🍓🍹.

Le cadre est magnifique, calme et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et offrent une très belle vue. Le personnel a été accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des équipements, la piscine ainsi que l’ambiance reposante du lieu. Une très belle expérience à Maurice, que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The hotel room was not conducive for spending time inside when weather is bad. Hotel has no indoor facilities for a coffee during the day.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely going back there. Will strongly recommend it. Appartments are clean and well looked after. The apartments are spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The people are so welcoming

We arrived at the facility after a long flight with our young family, having booked and fully paid for two prestigious suites more than two months in advance. Prior to arrival, we had also contacted the property to clearly communicate our needs. Unfortunately, upon check-in we were informed that the suites we had reserved were not available that night. Instead, we were offered two separate suites on different floors, with the possibility of a solution the following day. Traveling with five young children and their mother, this situation was extremely stressful and not what we expected from a well-rated property of this standard. After more than two hours of uncertainty, one of the managers, Anish, stepped in and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to his efforts and several phone calls, we were eventually accommodated in a three-bedroom apartment. Although this was not the prestigious suite we had paid for (USD 17,000 for 6 nights), the room layout was ideal for our family, we accepted the solution as we were exhausted and just needed to settle in after a long journey. That said, the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff throughout our stay made a real difference. Their kindness and constant willingness to help helped us move past the initial disappointment and made our overall experience much more pleasant.

The location and quietness of the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The greenery and cleanse of the resort. All team management were super helpful as they arranged dinner for our anniversary and extended our stay for late check out as our flight late at night.

Some of the waiters were very slow in bringing food and drinks in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet need more food and drinks added .

The private beach is really really bad. I’d say it’s the worst beach in Mauritius. The cocktails at the bar were terrible. Your bar tenders need serious training. Especially for the price . Breakfast also has room for improvement

I didn’t like that the result was boring, with nothing much to do besides the restaurants and kids club. Maintance was not good. And i booked a pool view and pool was not working.

Most of the staff were pleasant, especially the breakfast staff.

Anahita is a residential development consisting of privately owned apartments/villas with cars parked directly outside them like a motel. Lacks holiday atmosphere. Not a hotel as such. The reception does not exude luxury and calm; it is a small and uninviting unit. We were given cold flannels and a tasteless green drink upon arrival. The on site beach is small and manmade. The swimming pool is large but extremely cold. The offsite beach (beautiful) on an island is over an hour door to door round trip including walking to the jetty, waiting for the boat, then waiting again for the buggy to take you to the beach. The boat runs every 30 minutes. Last return is 16:00hrs, after that we were informed transport is for golfers only. 16:00hrs is a good time to return... if there is space on the 15 seater boat, we therefore left earlier than we would have liked to ensure seats. Our 3rd floor apartment was spacious with a sea/river mouth view, but the block was located on a muddy grass bank with no direct access into the water, rather than the sandy beach one would expect. I felt instant disappointment and as soon as the check-in staff left the room, my son said he didn't like it. The television was playing a recording of how you can purchase the apartments and rent them out. We both agreed that something was not right and the following morning enquired about a refund due to being miss sold. 3 restaurants. The just about affordable restaurant was closed for a golf dinner the first night and again the 2nd night. The buffet restaurant is £50 a head and doesn't even include a glass of water. There are no menus in the room or online, this means you are at the restaurant before you realise the excessive cost, which is not relative to Mauritius. Breakfast is included and very nice. Restaurant style more four star than five. Minimal items in kitchen. No oven gloves, dishwasher or clothes wash pods. Electricity to fridge and washing machine cut a few times.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with all facilities. Resort Staff are very friendly & helpful. Food variety was good, well prepared & cooked. We’ve been to Mauritius many times but first at Anahita, we would definitely recommend & return ourselves.

Food is exorbitantly priced if you don’t book a package. There were birds and cockroaches in the dining area. The birds sit on the food in the buffet! No one seemed phased about the cockroaches as well- needless to say we did get tummy bugs! Booked a taxi from the hotel- got harassed by the driver who insisted we pay him as the hotel takes 2 months to pay! Everything is fully booked and needs to be booked in advance which is a challenge if you’re only there for a week. Someone should let you know that island sunbeds are fully occupied instead of getting there and having no where to sit. It is too far away from other places should you want to go out of the resort- the taxi costs to get around are exorbitantly priced. The bed sink in the middle. We didn't bother changing the room but we should have.

The Location is excellent, the golf courses, the personnel, water sports, etc. The hotel needs a bit more of maintenance (tennis court, some furnitures, etc). But in all, we were extremely happy to be there! We will be back!

Our stay was beautiful. The resort offered a wonderful and peaceful stay. All the staff are super nice and attentive and care. The kitchen staff are lovely especially Ti madam, Karisma, Syndy and Roshinee. I would definitely comeback and recommend Anahita.

The golf courses,driving ranges, beaches and the island . Nicely laid out with lots of greenery.

The day we arrived we played golf and got back to room to shower before dinner but there was no hot water! So we had to go to dinner after wiping ourselves down with some wet one wipes instead. Also the Il Forno restaurant was disappointing as thought it was Italian but very limited pasta choices. The lamb we ordered was extortionately priced at over 2,000 MUR for four or five small cubes. I thought for the price it would of at least been the rack on the bone.

Entire site is amazing, it’s full of greens and gardens. Apartment was comfortable and very tidy. It had everything I might need during my stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. They assisted me with all my requests and inquires. Price is worthy for this place. Highly recommend

Very nice and beautiful golf free training

Beautiful resort and the staff was lovely. However, leaving the windows open invited mosques and lizards all over the house. I would recommend window netting panels to prevent this. Also dishwashing soap in the kitchen to clean utensils and handwashing soap. Otherwise, I would definitely visit the resort again. The view was breathtaking and the staff went above and beyond for the guests.

J'ai passé un sejour inoubliable. Un hotel exceptionnel, tant du point de vue de l'hébergement, que de la restauration ou encore des installations et commodités comme l'accès à une plage privée sur l'ile aux Cerfs... qui n'a pas de prix pour eviter les foules !

Apartments were good sized kids enjoyed the personal pool and the view of the golf. OVERALL, the stay was pleasent.

Toilets have no sprays in them! I visited Muritius more than 4 times with different parts locations and hotels(Maradiva, FourSeasons Lax), including the Four Seasons which is walking distance from Anahita all othe hotels I have visted got water sprays in the toilet was a relief for me not having to carry a portable one or when I asked them they gave me a 0.025L plastic tube not sure what that will do....
