Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita

The property gives you a sense of privacy even though it's quite a big resort. The resort is well taken care of, proven by the fact that they even have a biologist taking care of the biodiversity of the place. The amenities provided are of high quality and the service and responsiveness is also quite excellent. Food is also very good! Special mention to the Italian chef at the Radici restaurant. Can not do better.

Don’t know what it looked like before but you can tell it was recently refreshed and done so very tastefully. Staff were so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Great number of activities (shoutout to Tony who gathered guests for afternoon beach activities) and close to golf as well which was a huge draw for us.

It’s a bit secluded which means great for privacy but less outside the resort in near vicinity if you want to do other on land excursions

The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning villas, breathtaking views, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Île aux Cerfs, which was absolutely breathtaking and an unforgettable experience. The food was excellent, the facilities were outstanding, and every detail of our stay reflected the high standards of Four Seasons. Everything exceeded our expectations. We created unforgettable family memories and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Mauritius. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Four Seasons team for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning in the future.

The villa is amazing , spacious and comfortable with a heated pool. Feels like home. The beach on the island near the resort (ile aux cerfs) is very nice and exclusive.

Food was not the best we had on the island. The beach of the resort is not that great.

The property is stunning on the north eastern side of the island right next to a great golf course and a private beach. Incredible place to stay. Special mention to the pool staff managed by Pravish, thank you so much.

Depending on which villa you are staying in, it can be a fair trek to breakfast or any of the many restaurants. Also to be picky the bikes weren’t great so you likely won’t use them often.

Everything was exceptional for the restaurants and the rooms.The water activities was enjoyable and the crew were friendly. The breakfast was very great and the the Indian restaurant inside the resort was the best. There is free trip to ILE AUX CERFS island from the resort which was a very pleasant experience.

There was a delay for the checkout process around half an hour so you have to keep in mind if you have a flight. The housekeeping you arrange a specific time, they come in another time. The beach itself in the resort is not the best for swimming and the water is not clear however, you can swim in the island

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything is perfectly organized, the facilities are modern, and they are truly playing in another league of luxury. It’s luxury plus experience—an incredible place, highly recommended.

Outstanding service. All staff were very attentive, responsive and were going their best to personalize our stay and make it exceptional and relaxing. Great location, territory and food. Kids club is amazing and entertained kids extremely well!

Entertainment olarak çok zayıf. Her gece 21:00-21:30 odanıza dönmek zorundasınız. Maalesef akşamları kendi villanızda ancak sosyalleşebilirsiniz.

كعادة الفورسيزون دائمًا يتفردون عن الجميع، جربنا السكن في الفيلا المطلة على حديقة والشاملة لمسبح خاص، وجدت الخصوصية ممتازة للسباحة ..الإفطار راااائع جدا وكذلك المطاعم المتوفرة في المنتجع لذيييذة لاسيما الهندي ، السبا جميل ورائع طلبت منهم توفير غرفة خاصة غير مختلطة واستجابو لطلبي بكل رحابة.

Not staying long enough. Also one issue, I’ve reserved a romantic dinner through email before our stay, however, we have not received it or reminded of, also the floating breakfast we had the same, but the staff was supportive and friendly we received it the next day

The stuff is very friendly and they good care of the guests, they look after you at all times. I loved it.

There’s cats in the resort, I’m afraid of them.

Had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Mauritius. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made for such a relaxing experience. The fitness centre was excellent with great facilities and equipment. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast every morning was also fantastic with a great variety and quality. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return!

La struttura è molto bella, curata in ogni dettaglio e immersa in un contesto naturale meraviglioso, con tantissimo verde che rende l’atmosfera davvero rilassante ed elegante. I ristoranti sono di altissimo livello, con grande varietà e qualità eccellente. Ho apprezzato moltissimo anche il servizio di messaggistica: è comodissimo poter comunicare facilmente con la struttura e ricevere risposte rapide e puntuali in qualsiasi momento.

Forse mi aspettavo una posizione leggermente migliore, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la spiaggia. È molto bella, ma non completamente all’altezza delle aspettative che si hanno pensando alle Mauritius.

Spacious , clean ,organized and comfortable Awad break fast chief was helpful and professional in presenting breakfast food menu which I like much more.

Food stuff is not prober especially Indian and Italian resturants. The price is very high inspite of low quality of food and the amount. The rate of room is very high with regard to 2023 rate which was reasonable that time .

Rénové récemment, le Four Seasons est une merveille du début à la fin. Le resort est immense, tout est magnifique. On croise peu de gens, cadre intimiste et tranquille, très reposant. Les villas individuelles avec vue sur l’océan et le lever de soleil parfaites. Gros point fort pour la plage sur l’Ile au Cerf, paradisiaque ! Super spa, super salle de sport, offre de restauration très complète et variée. Service impeccable, rien à dire. Probablement un des meilleurs hôtels de l’île Maurice !

The staff attitude towards black guest has to be addressed. Maybe they are used to seeing black guests in a position of servitude so they are used to treating them as servants. I had a villa and was ignored. When I brought up my concerns, staff rolled their eyes. For $5k/night, that's egregious.

Has issues with the AC in the room Customer we service was really slow - housekeeping don't respond to requests for simple things like we asked for a toothbrush and it took them 3 hours to bring us one. Our pool was not heated and despite asking for them to fix it they just kept us stalling. That completely ruined one and a half day of our stay which was a great disappointed as this was our honeymoon.

The whole experience at the four seasons was absolutely incredible, the facilities became even more brighter after the recent renovation. Thanks for all staff.

Everything was really great. Service is high level. The villa was great. And the private beach on the island is just amazing. The food is delicious. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s unforgettable.
