Sehr schönes helles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Teils der Mitarbeiter können gut deutsch! Großes und gutes Frühstück- und Abendbuffet. Schöne Bar.Strand ist nur über die Promenade, Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Schöne Hotel anlage.Flughafen mit Taxi nicht mal 10min. entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es gibt nur einen kleinen Minus Punkt: Hatten mit Abfluss der Dusche Probleme , waren 3x bei Rezeption, leider wurde es während unseren Aufenthalt nicht gerichtet. Aber war kein Problem,... Sonst kann man nichts negatives sagen.

Die Zimmer sind super - bequeme Betten und das Personal geht auf "fast" jeden Wunsch ein. TOP LAGE!! das Frühstück ist weltklasse - es hat alles von A-Z und es schmeckt alles super fein - es wird auch frisch alles zubereitet. / Ich kann das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Klimaanlage war in unserem Zimmer etwas laut, wurde aber an der Rezeption erwähnt und man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.

Krásny hotel, príjemný personál. Ešte som nazažila hoteľ kde 2 krat za deň upratujú izby, ešte aj pozornosť nechajú . Na každom poschodí k dispozícii filtrovaná voda a výrobnik ľadu. Každý večer organizovali program. Vynikajúce raňajky a večere. Jednoducho hotel na úrovni: pekný, čistý, so super atmosférou a vynikajúcou polohou.

Mohli by byť na raňajky parky a nenašla som maslo. Ale aj tak raňajky boli na veľmi vysokej úrovni.

We stayed for four nights five days as part of a trip to tour around Spain. We used this hotel as a break for our poor feet after travelling through Barcelona. As Canadians, we are used to doing all inclusive trips yearly down south to the Dominican Republic or Mexico. The food at this hotel is second to none and 1 million times better than any hotel we have ever stayed at in those countries. The only downside is that we are used to having all inclusive or three meals a day with all drinks included whereas in this hotel, it is only half board with two meals and drinks only included at breakfast. There are lots of good restaurants down the street from this hotel if you require lunch. What I appreciated most about this hotel is the fact that it is an adults only hotel and that I could sit by the pool in silence to read my book. In other all inclusive hotels that we visit yearly the music is booming and it is a party atmosphere. This one is very quiet and calming and gives you a chance to rejuvenate. The room we stayed at was a standard one and very small for two people. We didn’t spend much time in the room so that wasn’t really an issue but could see it being one if you were staying for a week or longer. The staff is extremely attentive and very helpful. Whatever you need, they do their best to try and accommodate you. I also know that they speak a lot of different languages. The beach is only across the street which is fabulous. When we travel to Mexico and the Dominican the beach area and the loungers belong to the hotel and are free to use. The beach loungers here belong to private enterprise and so you must pay between 30 and €75 per day for two lounge chairs and an umbrella. Not insignificant, but important for Canadian visitors to realize. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come again. It is too bad it is such a long flight from Canada!

Das Frühstück bietet wirklich für jeden etwas. Es gibt frisch zubereitete Omeletts, vegane Aufläufe, spanischen Käse und vieles mehr. Auch die Mehlspeisen sind sehr lecker und das Nutella/Nocciola vom Zapfhahn ist natürlich ein kleines Highlight. Das Restaurant „Origin“ können wir ebenfalls empfehlen. Die Preise wirken auf den ersten Blick vielleicht etwas hoch, aber das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und die Qualität stimmt. Es ist eben kein Fast Food Restaurant. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Strand. Wer gerne viel Zeit am Meer verbringt und zwischendurch schnell mal aufs Zimmer möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen oder Anliegen immer versucht zu helfen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Zimmer ist schon sehr klein. Zwischen Bett und Wand sind vielleicht 40 cm Platz, man kommt gerade noch so vorbei. Bei fünf Tagen Aufenthalt wurde die Bettwäsche leider kein einziges Mal gewechselt. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten beim Frühstück war für uns wirklich kaum trinkbar. Das Frühstück an sich bietet zwar für jeden etwas, aber bei manchen Sachen könnte definitiv mehr da sein. Von frischem Gemüse wie Tomaten oder Paprika gab es zum Beispiel jeweils nur eine (kleinere) Schale und das bei über 100 Gästen. Dementsprechend war vieles natürlich schnell weg.

The hotel is really nice, the vibe, the food, the services. We really liked that they have beach towels that you can exchange daily. The thematic food days were really nice, the specials especially. The water refill from the lobby is a nice feat. We had a really good stay. PS: it was my wifes birthday, so they brought a complementary processo bottle, that was a nice gesture.

In the elevators and on the halls, was pretty hot, but manageable. And at the pool, a bit of more hard order would be nice, as the people were putting towels on the sunbeds even though they were not coming.

Everything was perfect! Staff were amazing, facilities are spotless. Location is a bit out from the Palma centre but the bus is a quick and reliable way to get there.

Das Hotel verdient meiner Meinung nach 7 Sterne und nicht nur 4. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da es sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen befindet. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind ein absoluter Traum. Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alles war frisch, sauber und von hoher Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Mitarbeiter wurde ich stets freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich jedoch dem Management Christian aussprechen. Sie ist immer vor Ort, sehr freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit und kümmert sich mit viel Herz um die Gäste. Sie nimmt sich für jedes Anliegen Zeit und findet selbst für besondere Wünsche oder Probleme stets eine Lösung. Dies war mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, aber ganz sicher nicht mein letzter. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Osynkade hissar vilket gjorde att det stannade på alla våningar. Väldigt små rum. Folk paxade solstolar väldigt tidigt.

Reception was a disaster , beginning from check-in and for all our stay , you had to keep calling to get something done , seemed like no one knows nothing there. When we arrived in the room the safe door was broken , literally hanging without the possibility to close it. One of the days the cleaning cleared our room from everything, when we came back we didn’t had a single glass in the room , also no coffee or towels left in the room. Outside at the pool some days they provided excellent service , other days no one came to ask you if you want anything, you had to go inside to ask yourself.

Viele Speisen waren bereits vertrocknet oder warm, da offenbar keine ausreichende Kühlung vorhanden war. Eine große Auswahl bringt wenig, wenn die Qualität darunter leidet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schön renovierten Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. An unserem Duschkopf hingen bei der Ankunft schwarze Haare, die während unseres gesamten viertägigen Aufenthalts trotz Reinigung nie entfernt wurden. Der restliche Zustand des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Poolhandtücher gibt es nur gegen Kaution und mit einer zusätzlichen Karte, für die ebenfalls eine Gebühr beziehungsweise Kaution hinterlegt werden muss. Dieses System empfanden wir als unnötig kompliziert und wenig gastfreundlich. Ein weiteres Problem war die Situation am Pool: Bereits am frühen Morgen waren nahezu alle Liegen reserviert, sodass es kaum möglich war, einen Platz zu bekommen. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel ist den aufgerufenen Preis leider nicht wert.

Un top pour Pedro (réception / concierge) qui est un exemple! Super sympa et serviable, bravo! - Le buffet du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont délicieux, bravo! - L'excellente climatisation dans la chambre et le restaurant, c'est très agréable - L'efficacité du nettoyage de la chambre, très rapide - La situation en face de la plage - La gestion des serviettes de bain sur les chaises de la piscine qui empêche les clients mal éduqués de réserver les chaises dès l'aube

- Le surveillant de la piscine et responsable des serviettes n'est pas orienté client et ne semble pas très motivé. J'ai voulu échanger une serviette de bain contre une nouvelle, il m'a donné une carte en m'expliquant qu'il ne pouvait pas procéder à l'échange, tout ça sans sourire ni envie. Heureusement que le staff de la réception a pu me venir en aide, lui avec le sourire et avec de l'envie. - Des clients viennent s'entraîner au fitness en maillot de bain en suant sur les machines. Ce serait bien que quelqu'un surveille et leur fasse la remarque, c'est désagréable pour les clients respectueux qui s'entraînent en vêtements de sport

Zu kleine Zimmer für ein 4 Sternen Hotel. Die schränke sind ein no Go. Und das man bis 16.00 Uhr warten muss bis ein Zimmer gemacht werden kann.

Iedereen was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ! De buffetten waren heel uitgebreid en elke een dag ander thema , keuze in overvloed . Wij hadden een kamer op het eerste verdiep met 2 ligstoelen , met zicht op zee .

Mycket fräscht och trevlig personal. Områdena vid och runt hotellet håller hög standard. Ett hotell jag gärna åker tillbaka till.

Hotellet erbjöd halvpension och middagens buffé hade mer att önska. Allt på bordet var bra och det fanns mycket att välja på men att krydda maten var inget som ingick i kock-kursen.

Great property, very clean , with good facilities ! The location is amazing so are the views from the rooms ! The food is also very varied from a night to another and was very good . The spa is great and we really enjoyed the activities ! But the real + was the amazing staff : from the very start of our stay they were incredibly helpful and friendly ! As it was our honeymoon, we had an upgrade and some presents we’re waiting for us in the room ( chocolate, strawberry, champagne, )! Thanks again for the great stay we had

Direkt an der Playa mit Roof-Top Bar

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Weltklasse!! Alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann und man kommt eigentlich immer sofort dran. Der Dachpool ist wunderschön mit genialer Aussicht und es gibt auch eine Bar beim Pool. Fitnesscenter war klein aber alles da was man braucht inkl. kostenlosem Wasser und Eiswürfel im gesamten Hotel. Die Origin Bar vorne am Strand ist sehr schön mit ausgezeichneter Karte und vielen Cocktails inkl. chilliger Musik. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich!

Leider sind die Pools nicht beheizt was heutzutage mit einer Solaranlage ganz einfach wäre. Am Dachpool gibt es keine Toilette und man kann das Dach nur über einen Lift erreichen auf den man teilweise länger warten muss, wenn viel los ist. Man muss ganz runter fahren in die Lobby wo es eine Toilette gibt oder man geht aufs Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe vom Flughafen und als Ausgangspunkt für Radausfahrten sehr geeignet. Wir haben auch den Punkt "adults only" sehr genossen. Das Personal war durchgehend extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Buffet sowohl am Morgen wie auch am Abendessen sehr vielfältig und lecker!

Leider hat das Personal die eigentlich vorhandenen Regeln sowohl im Poolbereich (Stichwort Liegen über mehrere Stunden einfach besetzen oder laut herumgrölen) wie auch im Speisesaal (am Morgen gab es zwei junge Mädchen, die im knappen Pyjama zum Frühstück kamen, am Abend allerlei spezielle Outfits) nicht durchgesetzt. Dies war sehr schade, da bei vielen Gästen das Wort Anstand mittlerweile ein Fremdwort ist.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and helpful staff. Stayed there for 4 nights this week. Start of the summer season, however, Playa de Palma is a lively place to stay. Spa facilities in the hotel are worth a mention. Facial carried out by Christina was relaxing and rejuvenating x Would go again in a heartbeat x

Die lage ist sehr gut alles sehr nah. Die rooftopbar ist atemberaubend. Das essen war abwechslungsreich aber zu wenig auswahl.

Kaum Stimmung!! Viele ältere Personen. Für junge pärchen ist das nichts. Die dusche war eine Katastrophe. Aus dem duschkopf kam kaum wasser raus. Sauberkeit war auch nicht so gut. Die Betten ungemütlich und die zimmer zu klein für 2 Personen.

Great location only 10 mins from the airport, good beach across the road. Some of the nearby restaurants are ok, if you come out beach side and go left it gets a lot busier, mainly Dutch and Germans. rooftop pool is quite small and bar closes a bit early. Breakfast was decent and lovely pool area. Not much noise from nearby bars or restaurants. All in all its a decent spot, not spectacular but ok value for what we paid

Obiekt bez dzieci zatem wszystkie plusy z tego wynikające. Wybitne przyłożenie się do jedzenia, przygotowania potraw i smaku. Czysto. Dogodna lokalizacja w pierwszej linii od morza. Widoki z pokoju super. Blisko autobus miejski do Palmy oraz dwie, trzy wypożyczalnie aut - z parkowaniem trochę gorzej trzeba znaleźć miejsce. Rejon dość zurbanizowany. Blisko do lotniska, ale bez immisji.

Wonderful Week in September 2025 We returned for the third time and as with our previous visits we had a wonderful time. It is in a fantastic location on the beach and has a a beautiful pool and spa. The hotel was spotless and the food was great ( we stayed half board) and the staff - particularly Chrisoula on reception - could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We will be back next year

We had an amazing stay in October here! The staff, particularly Lucas, were so welcoming and entertaining. We had a rainy day during our visit and enjoyed so many free activities at the hotel such as pilates, painting and cocktail making! We also had karaoke and a disco. It is the perfect hotel for couples, big groups of friends or even if you are travelling solo. A really excellent location!

Excellent hotel. Great location, very good food. 25m pool and rooftop pool is see through. We had premium terrace room 121. We got the sun 4pm to 7pm. There is a hot tub on the terrace which is useful when it’s cloudy. Rooms are small but well designed. We had enough room. Spa is included with sauna and warm indoor dipping pool. We had good massages from Julia. There are many waiters and bar staff but we enjoyed the service from Pablo, Stefan and Anais. Lucas works hard to offer nice daytime entertainment. I made cocktails, enjoyed some fun kareoke and decorated a Spanish fan. Our room was always clean from house keeping team, particularly Nieves Reception team are friendly and 24 hours. Thank you particularly Carla and Marc When we had a problem this was rectified by Alfonso from management team. Thank you It’s a great hotel. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived everything was Fantastic!! Guys on Reception were Brilliant and nice touch with Cava on arrival 👌🏻. Then got to the room which overlooked the sea and I just said “Wow” as I walked in, honestly couldn’t fault it and then call from Reception within 10 minutes confirming all ok with the room.. Room immaculate, comfy pillows, great mini bar, great showers and storage with a great balcony, Karolina in Sky Bar was very customer focussed and helpful , deserves Star of the week. We will definitely be coming here again!! Oh and the food was superb! See you soon
