I am a return visitor here. We stayed here several years ago and have never managed to book again. This property is always fully booked. It is very popular. It is exactly what we need. Clean, with a pool, adults only and a sensible clientele of people that cause no trouble and make no noise. Our suite had two balconies, which was just perfect. I also have to commend all the staff in the hotel, especially the reception team, the breakfast team and Cristina the housekeeper. The service is second to none, everybody is so friendly, speaks German and deals with any enquiry so quickly. The housekeeping is of a fantastic standard. We were so happy with everything and we will return.

It’s a bit pricey, but we wanted it. So we paid it.

Zeer leuk hotel op een goede ligging. Confortable kamers. Een geweldig goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Top personeel, iedereen zeer vriendelijk en alles wordt gedaan om aan je wensen te voldoen, met de glimlach. Bij een volgend bezoek aan de regio kiezen we zeker opnieuw voor dit hotel.

Das Hotel ist recht gut gelegen ! Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Mitarbeiter sind bemüht um den Gast zufriedenzustellen . Wir sind schon viele Jahre hier aber dieses Jahr definitiv das letzte Mal .

Das Hotel ist abgewohnt und benötigt dringend eine Renovation ! Am Pool defekte Platten ! Zimmer sind Ok ! Aber abgewohnt ! Preis Leistung Stimmt nicht mehr . Essen war viel besser vor Jahren ! Mitarbeiter fragen beim Check in nach Adresse obwohl ich schon 5 oder 6 mal dort war ! Hatten keine Ahnung das ich schon mal Gast war ?

Très bien de façon générale. L'hôtel donne directement sur une rue non ouverte à la circulation et face à la mer. Gentille attention, nous avons été surclassés pour notre anniversaire. Le petit déjeuner, comme le diner sont sous forme de buffets; l'ensemble est excellent, avec un choix très important (plats préparés très gouteux, en sauce pour certains, poisson au grill, un rayon italien avec des pizzas), des produits de qualité.

Quelques tous petits reproches, pour dire quelque chose... au petit déjeuner, l'omelette n'était pas très baveuse... il serait intéressant d'avoir plus de choix de vin au verre...

Комуникацията със служителите там беше на най-високо ниво – изключителни професионалисти, винаги усмихнати, любезни и готови да помогнат или да отговорят на всеки въпрос за броени секунди. ​Стаите са безупречно чисти и поддържани с голямо внимание от камериерките. Храната в ресторанта е просто перфектна – разнообразна, винаги прясна и изключително вкусна, за което адмирации към готвачите. Външният бар е абсолютно „топ“ – чудесна атмосфера и страхотни напитки. ​От перфектната рецепция, през бързите сервитьори и майсторите готвачи, до камериерките – целият персонал направи почивката ни наистина безупречна. С голямо удоволствие ще се върнем отново!

Très bien de façon générale.

Quelques tous petits reproches, au petit déjeuner, l'omelette n'était pas baveuse et pas de jambon rouge, et au diner, pas de viande rouge au. grill, mais tout le reste était excellent.

J'ai adoré l'emplacement avec accès direct à la plage, et à 15 min de bus du centre ville. J'ai aussi apprécié le SPA inclus dans la prestation et la piscine très bien aménagée Les chambres sont très agréables et propres, bien aménagées. J'ai aussi apprécié l'accueil du personnel, à la réception, la restaurant, le bar, femmes de ménage, tous sont très bienveillants et j'ai aimé le petit cadeau préparé dans la chambre pour mon anniversaire de mariage.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre, pourtant j'ai pris la plus chère pour deux personnes avec vue sur mer, donc du soleil jusqu'au coucher du soleil.... Les nuits sans pouvoir rafraîchir la chambre ont été difficiles. A la piscine J'ai regretté devoir aller demander moi-même au maître nageur de retirer les serviettes des gens qui les installent dès le matin et partent faire autre chose pendant des heures .. il m'a répondu : "ils sont peut-être dans la piscine !" Alors que non, il n'y avait pas de sac ni de chaussures et il le savait très bien... Bref, j'ai tellement insisté qu'il a fini par les retirer... Des gens ont applaudi ! Donc je n'étais pas la seule que ce comportement agace.... Don cil faudrait que le maître nageur applique le règlement (car oui c'est noté dans le règlement de l'hôtel !). Il faudrait également gérer ces abus à la plage, je me suis retrouvée sur le sable et non sur des transats vides mais réservés par des personnes qui ne sont jamais arrivés pour en profiter...

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, bei Ankunft gebrauchteb Zahnstocher in der Zimmerecke, Müll neben dem Bett, Haare auf dem Bettlacken und im Bad gefunden. Sauberkeit fragwürdig. Safe muss für 12 Euro gemietet werden. Klimaanlage selbst auf kleinster Stufe nervig laut.

This is predominantly German area. If you want a sunlounger at the beach, get there early.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Strand und hat eine schönen Poolbereich.Die Verpflegung ist sehr gut und das Personal immer freundlich.Das Zimmer war fùr einen Alleinreisenden sehr großzügig und wenig ruhestörend. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Gläschen Sekt und eine Flasche Wasser sowie eine Flasche mallorquinischen Likör (Gastgeschenk) stand im Zimmer bereit.

Bei früher Abreise gab es nur Keksgebäck und 2 Obstsorten ( Orange\Pfirsisch). Für gebuchte Halbpension hätte ich wenigstens verpackte Sandwiches und Bananen erwartet. Der Kaffee vom Automat war sehr gut.

Bőséges büfé jellegű reggeli és vacsora, gluténmentes opciókkal is. Közvetlen a homokos starnd mellett, közel a buszmegálló, ahonnét Palma-ba el lehet jutni. Barátságos, segítőkész személyzet, recepcióstól, pincéren át a takarítókig. Tiszta, rendezett, kényeles szoba.

Fabulous staff - wonderful location No problems getting a sun bed at any time of day.

Proprio davanti al mare, con possibilità di andare e venire tra la spiaggia e la piscina. La nostra camera affacciava con un vasto balcone sul mare. Colazione fantastica con anche Cava a disposizione

La nostra camera non era proprio pulitissima all’arrivo… qualche capello nella doccia e sugli asciugami ma non siamo schizzinosi 😅

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super lecker und hatte eine riesige Auswahl – sogar glutenfreie Optionen waren vorhanden, was wir besonders toll fanden. Unser Zimmer war schön, groß und sehr sauber. Auch das Badezimmer war geräumig und die Dusche einfach perfekt. Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls richtig schön gestaltet, mit einigen Liegen! Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

An excellent hotel; the rooms are tidy, and the entire staff is helpful and friendly. A sandy beach is just a few meters away. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, and there are live musical performances during dinner. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

No tiene parking y hay horas que se vuelve complejo estacionar en la zona.

Die Lage ist super. Nur paar Schritte zum Strand. Ruhig gelegen, Nachtleben aber gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sprechen verschiedene Sprachen. Sehr sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, einfach top. Cüpli zum Empfang.

Wäre toll wenn es auf den Balkonen der Meerblickzimmer einen Sonnenschirm gäbe. Betten rutschen gerne auseinander, sind aber sonst sehr bequem.

Osoblje je preljubazno i veoma usluzno. Dosli smo u hotel u jutarnjim casovima i dobili smo dorucak i peskire za plazu kao i mesto za oslaganje prtljaga.

Proseko se sluzi za doručak, dok za večeru nemate mogucnosti pića vec se sva pića uključujući i vodu doplacuju.

Great hotel . Staff were excellent , always happy and helpful . Food choices great and everything kept clean and refreshed. Excellent location . Room size good and any issues fixed quickly ( Aircon)

When there was a problem with the cleanliness of the pool, the problem was not resolved quickly.

Tout! La proximité de la plage, la propreté de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, le bar, le restaurant.

Certains équipements pourraient être changés, vraiment très peu (par exemple un des boutons de la chasse d'eau des WC ne fonctionnait pas correctement). Mais comparé à d'autres hôtel, l'état général du Grupotel Acapulco Playa est vraiment très bon. C'est un très beau bâtiment.

Suurepärene hotell, paraja suurusega, super hommikusöök, väga sõbralik teenindus, mõnus bassein ja spa. Väljas olid mugavad tugitoolid/-diivanid, vaatega merele.

Ingliskeelsed- ja filmide telekanalid ei töötanud korralikult ning terve sealoldud aja jooksul neid korda ei tehtud, kuigi vist üritati...

We stayed at the hotel in July 2026. We booked a room with breakfast and had dinner as well. Buffet-style. A varied selection, everything very tasty and always fresh. Friendly staff. 24-hour reception. Located right on the coastline, just a minute's walk to the sea. We were very pleased with our stay!

La proximité avec la mer, le personnel toujours disponible et très sympathique.

Pourquoi pas avoir un lit double pour un couple au lieu de deux petits. Pas très pratique pour un couple

le petit déjeuner est très bien ainsi que le service. Le personnel à la réception est très bien aussi. La chambre correcte mais le matelas/oreillers pas qualitatif. L'Hôtel est très bien situé par rapport aux supermarchés/magasins et à l'arrêt de bus menant au centre ville.

La chambre avec vue latérale sur la mer : latérale oui mais vue sur la mer un peu limite. Le buffet du soir nous n'y avons été qu'une seule fois car il n'était pas assez délicieux pour y retourner d'autres soirs.

Fand es schade das ich zwar einen Wasserkocher am Zimmer hatte aber ab Tag 2 keinen Wasserlöslichen Kaffee mehr dazu bekam schade eigentlich gehört für mich dazu! Das Personal beim Frühstücken könnte etwas freundlicher sein ich kam in der Früh um 7:45 zum Frühstück und der ganze rechte Bereich war leer ich hab mich halt irgendwo hingesetzt war alleine unterwegs und hab mich auf den ersten Tisch gesetzt als mich eine Kellnerin am zweiten Tag blöd ansprach das das ein vier Tisch sei ja alles gut aber es war ja eh alles leer verstand das Problem jetzt nicht.

La propreté, la proximité de la plage. La nourriture très bonne. Le personnel super. La décoration. Le wifi est très bon.

Quelques équipements à rénover. Toutefois une propreté impeccable. Manque de choix sans lactose/gluten au petit-déjeuner. Ou alors mal signalé.

La gentillesse du personnel toujours le sourire la propreté dans la chambre. L'emplacement très bien a côté de la plage pas loin de l'aéroport.

Location

The reception staff was always willing to assist on any queries and gave guidance on facilities, tours, etc. The location was great and the hotel facilities were awesome. The breakfast was great too and awesome service by their team, they are very accommodating.

The aircon temperature setting must be reviewed, I had to switch off the aircon at times because I felt it too cold after adjusting it.

Great hotel, right on the beach, super breakfast, nice room and very friendly staff.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Sehr liebenswürdiger Empfang am Abend und schöne Zimmer mit großem Balkon und tollem Ausblick. Nette Hotelbar direkt unten an der Strandpromenade!

Die Lage und das Reinigungspersonal war super. Frühstück war für spanische Hotels sehr gut mit sehr guten Brötchen und Brot. Das Zimmer hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick zum Park und Meer.

Kritikpunkt ist, dass man die Kaffeemaschine nicht selber bedienen darf und beim Standard schwarzen Kaffee nur eine Variante von voraufgebrühten Kaffee aus einer Kanne bekommt. Auf dem Zimmer hatten wir leider für eine halbe Stunde kein Wasser während meine Frau eingeseift unter der Dusche stand. Die Reaktion bei der Rezeption war sehr irritierend… auch gab es einige tierische Besucher, die in dieser Gegend respektabel Größe hatten. Für die Benutzung des Safes mussten wir 15€ bezahlen.

Very expensive and not worth for the money. The location is great but thats all there is!

Someone from the staff or guests stole our wallet from what was supposed to be guarded pool area and all our documents were gone and the reception people dis absolutely nothing to help us! The rooms are small no smart tv, the bathroom stinks of canalisation and humidity! Drunk and loud germans every day at the pool and common areas, overall terrible experience!

Alle waren super freundlich, es war alles sauber, das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und es hat unheimlich gut gerochen sobald man das Hotel betreten hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely hotel. Great location. 99% German guests in hotel and resort area (just fyi.. not an issue for us). Breakfast fantastic… best buffet I’ve had in 35 years of travelling 💕 Cleaning staff were super lovely and room was spotless. Great air con which drowned out any noise (doors closing etc) the beds were so comfortable we slept for 9 hours each night. Bus into Palma and the airport were on the road behind the hotel so extremely easy to get around. Lovely pool and towels you get at reception. Great time here, thank you

Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the bar was a nice area to grab some drinks. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was a good area for us to relax in.

The room was a bit tired with pain coming off the ceiling in the bathroom. The steam room was not working whilst we were there which was a disappointment

Great location - right opposite the beach. Hotel clean and staff willing to help at all times. Breakfast really lovely and omelette kitchen extremely friendly. Beach bar opposite is a magnet for stag parties so gets a bit rowdy during the day time - so if it’s peace and quiet you’re after then this is not for you!
